Medford police Monday arrested Garwood on charges of first-degree burglary, third-degree theft, three counts of contempt and failing to appear on a previous drug charge. He was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Drugs — Amanda Marie Fisher, 28, of the 300 block of Sutter Avenue, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Fisher on charges of possession and delivery of methamphetamine and hit-and-run driving. She was lodged Monday in jail and released on her own recognizance. Weapons — Danee Patricia Donna Conken, 25, of the 3100 block of West Main Street, Medford. Medford police Sunday arrested Conken on charges of carrying a concealed weapon, possession of a weapon with an altered identification, possession of heroin and methamphetamine and for failing to appear on nine other pending charges. She was lodged Sunday in jail and released Monday on her own recognizance. Drugs — Antwain Alberze Humburgs, 32, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Humburgs on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged Monday in jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — James Alan Giles, 52, of the 300 block of Haven Street, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Giles on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and for violating the conditions of his parole on a previous drug conviction. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail. Sex-offender registration — Lotonu U. Sofatu, 25, of the 600 block of Black Oak Drive, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Sofatu on a charge of failing to register as a sex offender. He was lodged Monday in jail on $7,500 bail. Drugs — Eugene Coleman Ramsey, 25, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Ramsey on a charge of possession of heroin and for failing to appear on a previous drug charge. He was lodged Monday in jail and released on his own recognizance. Vehicle theft — Brett Micheal Toman, 22, of the 100 block of Espey Road, Grants Pass. Medford police Monday arrested Toman on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen vehicle and possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged Monday in jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Paul Emanuel Norton, 33, of the 600 block of Beatty Street, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Norton on charges of possession of methamphetamine and heroin, interfering with a police report and warrants for failing to appear on 10 other charges. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail. Crime reports Theft — 2300 block of Biddle Road, Medford. Medford police took a report at 7:12 a.m. Monday of the theft of two chainsaws and a duffel bag from a vehicle. The loss was valued at $2,150. Theft — 1500 block of Corona Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report at 9:59 a.m. Monday of the theft of two pressure washers from a vehicle. The loss was valued at $1,800.
