It always seems to work fine for me. — Paul M., Medford Yes, Paul, it does seem rather pleasant after going through some of the bigger airports like San Francisco or Los Angeles. However, what works fine for you doesn’t always work fine for every passenger. At times the terminal gets pretty crowded, especially in the morning hours when several flights are leaving at roughly the same time. Often passengers miss flights as they try to get through the baggage check lines. The new terminal, part of a $35 million reconstruction effort, will have more ticket counters, better baggage handling capabilities and will be big enough to handle the increasing number of passengers who go through the airport.
