A Medford police officer late Monday arrested Giosh on charges of first-degree arson, reckless endangering, reckless burning and third-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained late Tuesday on $50,000 bail. Drugs — Bradley Phillip Smith, 34, of the 900 block of West Second Street, Medford. A Medford police officer Tuesday arrested Smith on charges of possession of amphetamines and being a fugitive from California. He was lodged in jail without bail. Drugs — Michael James Kinler, 26, no known address. A Medford police officer Tuesday arrested Kinler on a charge of possession of amphetamines. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Tuesday on $5,000 bail. Vehicle theft — Scott Steve Switzer, 44, of the 1200 block of Leland Street, Medford. Switzer appeared Tuesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with unlawful use of a vehicle. He was booked into jail then released on his own recognizance. Vehicle theft — David Lee Blunkall, 19, of the 2700 block of Falcon Street, White City. Blunkall appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with unlawful use of a vehicle, third-degree theft and failure to appear in court. He was booked into jail then released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Adam David Stofflet, 26, of the 400 block of South Central Valley Drive, Central Point. Stofflet appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with delivering controlled substances near a school, manufacturing controlled substances near a school and possession of amphetamines. He was booked into jail then released on his own recognizance. Crime reports Burglary — 1600 block of Avenue F, White City. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Tuesday took a report of a burglary in which someone entered a business and stole a piece of machinery valued at $20,000.
