October 29. 2014 11:53AM Embark on a spooky trolley tour through Jacksonville Halloween-themed trolley tours will travel through Jacksonville's downtown from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30. The event will start at the corner of Oregon and C streets. The tour will travel through town and teach people about the history of buildings and some of the historic figures whose spirits may still lurk there. The tours are 45 minutes long. The cost is $10 per person and $5 for children under 12. Parking is available behind the city's visitor's center at the Jacksonville library.
