Emergency services, Dec. 9 Saturday Dec 9, 2017 at 8:00 AM Felony arrests Contraband — Amanda Marie Stewart, 28, of the 700 block of Queens Drive, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Stewart Friday on an additional felony charge of supplying contraband and an additional misdemeanor charge of possessing heroin. Jackson County sheriff's deputies originally arrested Stewart Wednesday for violating a first-degree theft conviction. She remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Friday without bail. Drugs — Benjamin Paul Lusby Jr., 55, no known address. Medford police arrested Lusby Thursday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and on a California fugitive warrant. He remained lodged in jail Friday without bail. Assaulting an Officer — John Jason Russell, 46, of the 900 block of St. Francis Drive, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Russell Friday on an additional felony charge of assaulting a police officer. Medford police originally arrested Russell Thursday on a misdemeanor charge of harassment and on a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a prior charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He remained lodged in jail Friday without bail. Robbery — Kevin Don Anderson Jr., 20, of the 3300 block of Butte Falls Highway, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Anderson Friday on felony charges of first-degree robery, first-degree criminal mischief and unlawful use of a weapon, and on misdemeanor charges of menacing and recklessly endangering. He was lodged in jail Friday on $100,000 bail. Criminal Mischief — Monika Lynn Koshinski, 33, of Wolf Creek. Medford police arrested Koshinski Friday on a felony charge of first-degree criminal mischief and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree disorderly conduct. She was booked in the jail and released Friday on her own recognizance. Drugs — Gerald Andrew Frigaard, 34, of the 600 block of West Main Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Frigaard Friday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, on misdemeanor counts of second-degree trespassing and possessing a Schedule III controlled substance and on a sanction for violating his probation on a prior conviction for failing to register as a sex offender. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail. Forgery — Dawn Elaine Robinson, 24, of the 400 block of West Gregory Road, Central Point. Medford police arrested Robinson Friday on felony charges of first-degree forgery and identity theft, and on a misdemeanor charge of possessing methamphetamine. She was lodged in jail Friday on $20,000 bail. Vehicle Theft — Joshua Scott Francis, 24, of the 400 block of Cedar Street, Rogue River. Medford police and Phoenix police arrested Francis Friday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, second-degree burglary and first-degree criminal mischief, and on a sanction for violating his probation on a prior methamphetamine-possession conviction. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail. Identity Theft — James Lee Goodell, 45, of the 900 block of South Oakdale Avenue. Medford police arrested Goodell Friday on a felony charge of identity theft and for violating his parole on a prior first-degree rape conviction. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail. Crime report Burglary — 800 block of Stewart Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of burglary to a business at 3:15 a.m. Friday. A large double-pane glass door was reported vandalized, and the damage was valued at $1,000. Burglary — 2100 block of East Barnett Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of burglary to a residence at 8:35 a.m. Friday. Items reported stolen included a flat-screen TV, a TV soundbar speaker and a remote. The loss was valued at $400.
