Police and Fire logs for Dec. 19 Dec 20, 2011 12:00 AM A A Police reports Thursday, 10:55 a.m. — 47-year-old man was arrested and lodged at the Jackson County Jail for second-degree criminal trespass when he returned to Ace Hardware after having been told three times not to return. The case has been forwarded to the Jackson County Attorney's Office. Thursday, 1:26 p.m. — 24-year-old man was trespassed at Louie's Bar and Grill. He was later located at Safeway and arrested on three counts of second-degree criminal trespass. He was lodged at the Jackson County Jail. Thursday, 3 p.m. — Police received the report of a stolen bicycle on the 300 block of A Street. Friday, 12:26 a.m. — 41-year-old man was arrested and lodged in Jackson County Jail after he violated the conditions of his probation. Friday, 8:42 a.m. — A woman reported that someone had entered her car and stole some money on the 700 block of Pennsylvania Avenue. Friday, 11:27 a.m. — Southern Oregon University campus public safety officers turned in a California identification card found on the SOU campus. Friday, 10:53 a.m. — Officers responded to a motor vehicle accident involving three vehicles at Sherman Street and Siskiyou Boulevard. One vehicle was towed from the scene. Friday, 12:56 p.m. — 41-year-old man was cited for possessing an open container of alcohol at Bill Patton Gardens. Friday, 3:17 p.m. — 18-year-old man was cited for a leash law violation on the Plaza. Friday, 3:31 p.m. — Sometime between 2:15 p.m. on Thursday and 1:20 p.m. on Friday an unknown person entered Full Circle Chiropractic at 1701 Siskiyou Boulevard and stole about $100 in cash. Friday, 3:44 p.m. — Police investigated a motor vehicle collision at the 2200 block of Ashland Street. Friday, 4:14 p.m. — A juvenile man menaced a juvenile woman causing damage to a shirt she was wearing with a pocket knife. The boy was referred to the Jackson County Juvenile Department for menacing, harassment, reckless endangering and criminal mischief. Friday, 5:05 p.m. — Ashland Police received a report of suspicious activity. Saturday, 5:53 p.m. — Officers confiscated less than an ounce of marijuana from a juvenile woman on the plaza. Saturday, 10:04 p.m. — 18-year-old man was issued a citation for minor in possession of alcohol. Sunday, 1:28 a.m. — 21-year-old man was arrested and lodged on a Medford Municipal Court warrant. He was also cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. Sunday, 1:48 a.m. — 41-year-old man was arrested for driving while under the influence of alcohol. Sunday, 6:10 p.m. — 56-year-old man was arrested for driving while under the influence of intoxicants. Sunday, 8:05 p.m. — 58-year-old man was issued a citation for scattering rubbish. Friday, 5 p.m. — Smoke detector activation, no fire on the 400 block of Thornton Way. Saturday, 1:54 a.m. — Invalid assist to the 700 block of Glendale Avenue. Saturday, 3:10 a.m. — EMS call to the 300 block of Mountain View Drive. Saturday, 6:17 a.m. — Sprinkler activation, no fire on South Pioneer Street at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival's Elizabethan Theater.
