Emergency services, Aug. 21 Monday Aug 21, 2017 at 8:00 AM Felony arrests Theft — Megan Maryssa Cheek, 19, no known address. Medford Police arrested Cheek Saturday on felony charges of first-degree theft and second-degree theft, a misdemeanor charge of violating a restraining order, and on misdemeanor warrants for failure to appear in court on previous charges of heroin-possession, second-degree theft and violating restraining orders. She was lodged in jail on $55,000 bail. Drugs — Christopher Alan Lee Sutton, 25, no known address. Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement arrested Sutton Saturday on felony charges of delivery of methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail on $507,500 bail. Weapon Possession — Bill Wesley Spencer Jr., 33, of the 500 block of West Dutton Road, Eagle Point. Medford Police arrested Spencer Saturday on a felony charge of felon in possession of weapon, and a misdemeanor charge of probation violation on possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail on $5,000 bail. Vehicle Theft — Brandon David Gonzalez, 31, or the 100 block of Bliss Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Gonzalez Saturday on felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and a misdemeanor charge of possession of heroin. Gonzalez was booked in the Jackson County Jail Saturday and released Sunday because of overcrowding. Drugs — Christopher Wayne Powers, 27, no known address. Medford police arrested Powers Saturday on felony charge of heroin possession. Powers was released Sunday because of overcrowding.  Assault — Ashley Brianne Hartman, 28, of the 2000 block of Elliott Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Hartman Saturday on felony charge of fourth-degree assault and misdemeanor charges of assault and harassment. Hartman was released Sunday on her own recognizance. Theft — Amanda Marie Fisher, 29, no known address. Medford police arrested Fisher on felony charges of first-degree theft, third-degree theft, violating a no contact order, and on misdemeanor charges of failing to appear in court for charges of delivery of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of heroin and second-degree trespass. Fisher was released Sunday because of overcrowding. Drugs — Tahra Amber Haner, 31, no know address. Medford police arrested Haner on felony charge of possession of methamphetamine and a failure to appear in court warrant on a previous charges. Haner was released Sunday on her own recognizance.  Assault — Christina Dawn Thoren, 40, of the block of 1800 Kings Highway, Medford. Medford police arrested Thoren on felony charge of fourth-degree assault and misdemeanor charges of assault and harassment. Thoren was released Sunday on her own recognizance. Weapon Possession — Steven Richard Nagel, 29, of the block of 1500 Main Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Nagel Sunday on felony charges of felon in possession of weapon, first-degree theft, possession of meth and a violation of his probation.  Nagel was lodged in jail on $22,500 bail. Drugs — Michella Marie Gater, 31, of the 2500 block of Ashwood Court, Medford. Medford police arrested Gater Sunday on felony charge of methamphetamine possession and misdemeanor charges of heroin possession and a failure to appear in court warrant on a previous charges. Gater was released Sunday because of overcrowding. Vehicle Theft — Timothy Jordan Waddle, 26, of the 100 block of Glenn Way, Central Point. Central Point police arrested Waddle Sunday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and methamphetamine possession. He was lodged in jail on $17,500 bail. Vehicle Theft — Alonza Knight Self, 27, of the 2100 block of Greenbrook Drive. Medford. Medford and Central Point police arrested Self on Sunday on a felony charge unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and a probation violation. He was lodged in jail on $7,500 bail. Crime reports Theft — 400 block of North Riverside Avenue. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 2:30 p.m. Saturday. A 12-gauge shotgun was reported stolen. The loss was valued at $1,000. Vandalism — 2100 block of Poplar Drive. Medford police took a report of vandalism at 9:48 a.m. Saturday. The damage was estimated at $1,750. Burglary — 4500 block of Lone Pine Road. Medford police took a report of burglary to a business at 1:23 a.m. Sunday. Prescription mediation was reported stolen. The loss and damage was valued at $2,200.
