Medford police arrested Conte Monday on one charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance Monday. Weapon — Quanah Lee Dunlap, 23, no address reported. Medford police arrested Dunlap Monday on one charge of felon possessing a restricted weapon and on warrant for alleged parole violations. She was booked into jail Monday and held without bail. Unauthorized use — James Robert McAllister Jr., 35, of the 100 block of West Gregory Street, Medford. Central Point police arrested McAllister Friday on charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle, possessing a stolen vehicle, felon possessing a firearm and criminal mischief in the second degree. He was booked into jail Friday and held without bail.
