There are approximately 40 institutions that are affiliated with the NCCAA Division I. Fiegi led the Cascade Collegiate Conference in scoring with a 24-point average. He was twice named the conference player of the week. The 6-foot-9 sophomore post paced the league in field goal percentage (.595) and was second in rebounds (8.4) and blocked shots (1.7) per game. Fiegi’s 54 blocks this year is the fourth highest single-season total in program history. He had 51 last season and is currently fourth in career blocks. Fiegi shot 73 percent from the line and averaged over one assist and one steal per game. Teammate Jeff Dunn made the second team. Advertisement Western Baptist (18-14) defeated Concordia University in the first round of the eight-team conference tournament, 78-76, but fell to No. 4-ranked Albertson College in the semifinals, 86-83.
