A Medford police officer arrested Brand late Friday on charges of second-degree kidnapping, fourth-degree assault, strangulation, harassment and disorderly conduct. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained Saturday in lieu of $1,014,000 bail. Theft — Michael Lee Dalton, 47, of the 4100 block of Corey Road, White City. A Medford police officer arrested Dalton late Friday on one count of first-degree theft. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Saturday on $5,000 bail. Drugs — David Leland Seely, 22, of the 2100 block of Roberts Road, Medford. A Central Point police officer arrested Seely early Saturday on a charge of possession of amphetamines and a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Saturday on $9,000 bail. Drugs — Daniel Lee Hindman, 43, of the 1100 block of Hamilton Street, Medford. A Medford police officer Saturday arrested Hindman on a charge of possession of amphetamines, and warrants charging him with failure to appear in court. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Saturday on $13,000 bail. Drugs — Brook Lee Ziegler, 41, of the 700 block of Trinity Way, Medford. Ziegler appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with delivery of amphetamines, manufacturing amphetamines and possession of amphetamines. She was booked into jail and released. Drugs — Dayna Ann Phillips, 45, of the 1000 block of Glengrove Avenue, Central Point. Phillips appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of amphetamines. She was booked into jail and released. Advertisement Crime reports Burglary — 56400 block of Highway 62, Prospect. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Saturday took a report of a commercial burglary in which items valued at $1,000 were taken. Theft — 2200 block of Perri Place, Medford. A Medford police officer Saturday took a report of a theft in which stereo equipment and compact discs valued at $1,375 were taken from two cars. Theft — 1700 block of Easy Street, Medford. A Medford police officer Saturday took a report of a theft in which a compact-disc player, an amplifier and compact discs valued at $1,845 were taken. Theft — 1400 block of Honeysuckle Avenue, Medford. A Medford police officer Saturday took a report of a theft in which a camera, cash and jewelry valued at $6,975 were taken.
