Dan is survived by his partner, Jacqueline Schrieve of Central Point, Ore.; children, Rodger Glenn of Central Point, Ore., Tracey Glenn of Central Point, Ore., and Steven Lang of Central Point, Ore.; sister, Terry Edwards of Olympia, Wash.; and grandchildren, Melissa Glenn and Kendall Glenn, and Elijah Pryse. He was preceded in death by his wife, Edith Lang; his father, Ray Lang; and his mother, Dora Lang Dan was born October 26, 1947 in Fresno, Calif. He graduated from McLane High School in Fresno in 1965. Dan joined the U.S. Navy in 1966. After his enlistment Dan moved to Soquel, Calif. where he started working in fabrication and manufacturing in the bay area. In 1979 Dan and his father, Ray, started Bay Cities Fabricators in Watsonville, Calif. In 1990 Dan bought Ray's half of the business and moved the company to White City, Ore. where he ran the company until his passing. All three of Dan's sons worked with him at Bay Cities Fabricators. He took special pride in teaching his sons the steel business. Dan married Edith Glenn in February of 1980 and added sons Rodger Glenn and Tracey Glenn to his family. In December of 1980 his third son, Steven Lang, was born. Dan was an outdoorsman, enjoying hunting, fishing, and riding his custom Harley Davidson chopper. He was the president of the local Shadows MC, which he was very passionate about. A celebration of Dan's life is will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, September 12, 2015 at the Gold Hill Moose Lodge, 9713 Old Stage Road, Gold Hill, Ore. 97525. All are welcome to attend.
