Emergency services, Aug. 31 By Mail Tribune staff Aug 31, 2022 12:00 AM A A Felony arrests Criminal Mischief — Elia Anikin Naymik, 18, of the 1200 block of Kameron Springs Drive, Talent. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Naymik Monday on a felony charge of first-degree criminal mischief, and misdemeanor counts of reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail and released Monday on his own recognizance. Attempted Arson — Byron Hays Rogers, 37, no known address. Medford police arrested Rogers Monday on a felony charge of attempted first-degree arson and a misdemeanor charge of reckless burning. He was booked in the jail and released Monday on his own recognizance. Fraud — Alyonai Russia Uchytil, 23, no known address. Medford police arrested Uchytil Monday on new felony charges of fraudulent use of a credit card, identity theft and first-degree theft. Uchytil was initially arrested Aug. 7 on a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft and warrants for failing to appear in court on previous counts of felon in possession of a restricted weapon second-degree theft and second-degree trespassing. She was held in jail Tuesday without bail. Drugs — Trudy Lynn Wooster, 42, no known address. Medford police arrested Wooster Monday on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing a Schedule II controlled substance and manufacturing and delivering methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of unlawfully possessing meth and on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of driving while suspended or revoked. She was booked in the jail and released Monday on her own recognizance.
