Jackson County reports 11 new cases of COVID-19 Tuesday By Mail Tribune staff Sep 29, 2020 02:26 PM A A Jackson County reported 11 new cases of COVID-19 Tuesday, pushing the local total to 1,171 cases. The Oregon Health Authority reported 299 new cases and eight more deaths in Oregon, pushing the state’s total to 33,291 cases and 555 deaths. In Jackson County, 174 patients are considered infectious. Eighty-six people have been hospitalized, and five people have died.
