An Oregon State Police trooper March 10 arrested Reyes on a charge of unlawful use of a motor vehicle. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released because of overcrowding. Drugs — Michele Melissa Ann Gray, 31, no known address. Gray appeared March 12 in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of methamphetamine. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Teresa Louise Gerlach, 37, of Lakewood, Calif. Gerlach appeared March 13 in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with delivery and possession of methamphetamine. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Willis Ray Sarver, 42, of Grants Pass. Sarver appeared March 13 in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession, delivery and manufacture of methamphetamine. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Chere Rene Sarver, 41, of Grants Pass. Sarver appeared March 13 in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession, delivery and manufacture of methamphetamine and being a felon in possession of a weapon. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Weapon possession — Mark Allen Defenbaugh, 43, of the 200 block of Lowe Road, Ashland. Defenbaugh appeared March 15 in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with being a felon in possession of a weapon. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Robert Andrew Delugach, 31, of the 600 block of Jeanette Avenue, Medford. Delugach appeared March 15 in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of methamphetamine. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — James Terron Smith, 43, of Tenmile. Smith appeared March 15 in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of marijuana. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Cynthia Elizabeth Butler, 25, of the 800 block of Palm Street, Medford. Butler appeared March 16 in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of morphine. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Heather Elizabeth Campbell, 21, of the 1200 block of Cherry Street, Central Point. Campbell appeared March 16 in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of cocaine and delivery of cocaine near a school. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Donald Oliver Nielsen, 53, of the 2000 block of Campus Drive, Medford. Nielsen appeared March 16 in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of methamphetamine and endangering the welfare of a minor. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Charles Randall McWhorter, 50, of the 200 block of Seventh Street, Ashland. McWhorter appeared March 16 in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of hashish. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Vehicle theft — Bruce Eddie Franklin, 25, of the 600 block of Pine Street, Medford. Medford police Tuesday arrested Franklin on charges of reckless driving, attempting to elude police on foot, attempting to elude police in a vehicle and unlawful use of a motor vehicle. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Wednesday on $25,000 bail. Theft — Ashley Anne Relling, 20, of the 700 block of West Fourth Street, Medford. Relling appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with two counts of first degree theft and two counts of second-degree theft. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Christine Rene Allard, 40, of the 1400 block of Poplar Drive, Medford. Allard appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of methamphetamine and endangering the welfare of a minor. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Identity theft, theft — Wanda Diane Garcia, 45, no known address. Garcia appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with identity theft, two counts of first-degree theft, second-degree forgery, third-degree theft and second-degree theft. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Jessica Nicole Anderson, 20, of the first block of Myers Court, Medford. Anderson appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of methamphetamine. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Debra Marie Dunn, 46, of the 900 block of Winchester Street, Medford. Dunn appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of methamphetamine.
