Cohen appeared Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with manufacturing and possession of marijuana. He was booked into the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance. Coercion — Steven Roland Cooke, 40, of the 300 block of West Gregory Street, Central Point. Cooke appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with coercion and two counts of menacing. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Burglary — David Allen Miller, 28, of the 1100 block of Progress Drive, Medford. A Jackson County sheriff's deputy Friday arrested Miller on charges of first-degree burglary, harassment and second-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Friday on $24,000 bail. Theft — Ryan Lee Armstrong, 20, no known address. Medford police Friday arrested Armstrong on a charge of first-degree theft. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Friday on $5,000 bail. Drugs — Levi Carrithers, 20, no known address. Central Point police Friday arrested Carrithers on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Friday on $5,000 bail. Drugs, assault — Eric Lee Stockton, 25, no known address. A sheriff's deputy Friday arrested Stockton on charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, attempting to elude police on foot, driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence of intoxicants, resisting arrest, possession of methamphetamine, assaulting a police officer and a parole violation.
