Medford police arrested Ratliff Wednesday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault, misdemeanor charges of contempt and strangulation, and for failure-to-appear warrants for charges of assault, harassment and resisting arrest. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday on $85,000 bail. Drugs — Heather Rene Ulrey, 29, no known address. Medford police arrested Ulrey Thursday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession. She was booked in jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Brian Michael Grimm, 33, of the 1000 block of Spring Street, Medford. Medford and Central Point police arrested Grimm on felony charges of possessing, manufacturing and distributing methamphetamine, possessing, manufacturing and distributing heroin and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $525,000 bail. Drugs — Ryan Joseph Dunn, 40, of the 1900 block of Lampman Road, Gold Hill. Medford and Central Point police arrested Dunn Thursday on felony charges of methamphetamine possession and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and for misdemeanor charges of reckless driving and driving while suspended. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Assault — Christopher John Zach Campbell, 32, of the 100 block of North Columbus Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Campbell Thursday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault and a misdemeanor charge of harassment. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $8,000 bail. Court Appearance — Isaac Lee Edwards, 22, of the 2100 block of Happy Valley Drive, Medford. On Thursday, Edwards made his initial court appearance on felony charges of possession of a destructive device and manufacturing a destructive device, and a misdemeanor charge of first-degree criminal mischief. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Court Appearance — Victor Leon Lilya, 29, of the 300 block of Flower Street, Shady Cove. On Thursday, Lilya made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Court Appearance — Ronnie Jay Panos, 61, of the 3200 block of Madrona Lane, Medford. On Thursday, Panos made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of failure to register as a sex offender. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Angela Marie Kozloski, 30, no known address. Medford police arrested Kozloski Thursday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession and a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft. She was lodged in jail Thursday on $28,000 bail. Crime reports Theft — Medford police took a report of a residential burglary at 11:43 a.m. Wednesday in the 600 block of Palm Street, Medford. Items reported stolen included a blue Acer 17-inch laptop computer, a men's gold-plated watch with dial face, a men's silver ring with onyx stone and diamond on one side, and an Italian-made revolver with thumb safety. The loss was valued at $1,400.
