Oregon Road Conditions & Cams Email Story to a Friend October 22, 2005 Emergency services Felony arrests Animal abuse — Seth Allen Johnson, 22, of the 3000 block of Avenue A, White City. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Friday arrested Johnson on charges of first-degree aggravated animal abuse and endangering a minor. He was booked into the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Charlie Hamilton Charlton, 40, of the 3600 block of South Pacific Highway, Medford. An Oregon State Police trooper Friday arrested Charlton on charges of possession of methamphetamine and two counts of driving with a suspended license. He was lodged in jail without bail. Drugs — Terence Amory Hall, 34, of the 14600 block of Avalon Road, White City. Hall appeared Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of methamphetamine and two counts of endangering a minor. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Benica Marie Walker, 26, of the first block of Mace Road, Medford. Walker appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of methamphetamine. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Fernando Mesta, 22, of the 900 block of Niantic Street, Medford. Medford police Friday arrested Mesta on charges of possession of methamphetamine, disorderly conduct, harassment, second-degree criminal mischief and endangering a minor. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Friday on $19,000 bail.
