The Jackson County Sheriff's Department Saturday arrested Rosecrans on charges of distribution of methamphetamine near a school and possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $531,000 bail. Drugs — Thomas Allen Geisenhaver, 52, of the 200 block of South Oakdale Avenue, Medford. Medford police Saturday arrested Geisenhaver on a charge of methamphetamine possession. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Meagan Patrice Fuller, 37, of the 7200 block of Thompson Creek Road, Applegate. Medford police Sunday arrested Fuller on a charge of methamphetamine possession. She was booked in the jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Bill Wesley Spencer, Jr., 31, no address given. Medford police Sunday arrested Spencer on a charge of methamphetamine possession. He was lodged in the jail without bail. Drugs — Klove Faith Morris, 22, no address given. Medford police Sunday arrested Morris on a charge of heroin possession. She was lodged in the jail without bail.
