Medford police added a first-degree rape charge to eluding, harassment, reckless driving and parole violation charges Gullock was jailed on Sept. 17. He remained in the Jackson County Jail Friday night on an added $1 million bail. Drugs — Delbert Love Cole, 48, of the 600 block of West 11th Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Cole late Thursday on a charge of possession of amphetamines. He was lodged in jail, where he remained on $5,000 bail. Mistreatment — John Peter Hinton, 40, of the 300 block of Chestnut Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Hinton Friday on charges of first-degree criminal mistreatment and second-degree child neglect. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Friday night on $9,000 bail. Mistreatment — Christopher Neil Frenzel, 22, of the 400 block of 12th Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Frenzel Friday on charges of first-degree criminal mistreatment and second-degree child neglect. He was lodged in jail, where he remained on $9,000 bail. Theft — Frank Anthony Saenz, 37, of the 100 block of Cottage Avenue, Medford. Oregon State Police arrested Saenz on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle. He was lodged in jail, then released because of crowded conditions. Advertisement Drugs — Wendy Frances Clark, 40, of the 2200 block of Fowler Road, Central Point. Medford police arrested Clark Friday on a charge of possession of amphetamines. She was lodged in jail, where she remained Friday night on $5,000 bail. Theft — Diane Barbara Santos, 45, of Medford. Medford police arrested Santos Friday on charges of first-degree theft and carrying a concealed gun. She was lodged in jail, where she remained on $25,000 bail. Assault — Richard Lee Hahn, 39, of the 1500 block of South Peach Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Hahn Friday on two counts of fourth-degree assault — one felony and one misdemeanor — and charges of harassment and interfering with making a police report. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Friday night on $16,000 bail. Assault — Dustin Allen Walker, 24, of Williams. Medford police arrested Walker on Friday on charges of second-degree assault, endangering another person and second-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Friday night on $1,008,000 bail. Drugs — Ramiro Cabrera-Reyes, 36, of the 800 block of West 14th Street, Medford. Cabrera-Reyes appeared in Jackson County Circuit Court Friday on an indictment charging him with possession, delivery and manufacture of amphetamines and delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school. He was booked into jail and released. Drugs — Joseph Ray Davis, 26, of the 400 block of Plum Street, Medford. Davis appeared in Circuit Court Friday on an indictment charging him with possession of amphetamines. He was booked into jail and released. Crime reports Theft — 400 block of Sutter Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report Friday of the theft of a man’s gold ring with diamonds valued at $2,500.
