Tell us tales of terrible visitors Dark clouds or no, summer's coming. And that can mean only one thing: summer houseguests. Here in the lovely, tourist-centered Rogue Valley, year-round residents can count on company hankering to enjoy the sights. While most visitors are nothing but pleasant, nearly every host has a houseguest horror story to tell. You know -- the one about the folks who invited themselves for a weekend and stayed for a week. Or the one about the pals who ate all the food, used all the towels and terrorized the cat. Or the friends-of-friends who dropped by unexpectedly, then stayed up till 2 a.m. playing pinochle. You get the idea. As part of a story kicking off summer in the Rogue Valley, the Mail Tribune is seeking tales of terrible visitors. If you've got one to share, please submit it in writing, by mail or e-mail, to Horror, Mail Tribune, P.O. Box 1108, Medford, OR 97501, or [email protected] Deadline is May 21.
