SOU president named to association board Oct 31, 2012 12:00 AM A A Southern Oregon University president Mary Cullinan was selected to serve on the American Association of State Colleges and Universities board of directors at the association's annual meeting Tuesday, Oct. 30, according to a news release. Cullinan will serve on the board through 2013. AASCU is a Washington-based higher-education association made up of more than 400 public colleges and universities.
