John Duane Koelmel Jr. Mar 06, 2007 12:00 AM A A John Duane Koelmel, Jr. John Duane Koelmel, Jr., 58, of Little Elm, died on Thursday, March 1, 2007 at his residence. He was born on July 8, 1948 in Glendale, Calif. to John Duane and Helen Catherine Fisher Koelmel, Sr. He married Jean Lee Jew on May 10, 1980 in Santa Ana, Calif. He was a member of CrossRidge Church in Little Elm. He was in Auto Sales for 31 years. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 6, 2007 at 3:00 p.m. at CrossRidge Church in Little Elm. Reverand Marc Farnell will officiate. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 5, 2007 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at CrossRidge Church in Little Elm. He is survived by his wife, Jean of Little Elm; one daughter, Justine Cornell of Savannah; and one son, Jarett Koelmel of Little Elm. He is also survived by one brother, David Koelmel of Australia and two sisters, Sharon Porter and Diane Marsh both of Medford, Ore. Services are under the direction of Slay Memorial Funeral Center, Aubrey, Texas.
