Emergency services, Jan. 30 Monday Jan 29, 2018 at 7:19 PM Jan 29, 2018 at 8:01 PM Felony arrests Theft — Brandon Ray Wilson, 28, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Wilson on an out-of-county warrant for felony and misdemeanor theft charges as well as a charge of possession of heroin and failing to appear on drug and theft charges. He was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Sex-offender registration — Richard Thomas Christie, 51, of the 2500 block of Table Rock Road, Medford. Christie made his initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on a charge of failing to register as a sex offender. He was booked Monday in jail and released. Assault — Richard Wayne Stepp, Jr., 35, of the 1000 block of West 13th Street, Medford. Medford police Sunday arrested Stepp on charges of felony fourth-degree assault, coercion and harassment. He was lodged Monday in jail on $17,500 bail. Drugs — Shawn Everett Davis, 22, of the 500 block of Morton Street, Ashland. Medford police Sunday arrested Davis on charges of possession, manufacture and delivery of heroin. He was lodged Sunday in jail without bail. Vehicle theft — Katherine Grace Stuart, 42, no known address. Medford police Sunday arrested Stuart on a charge of unauthorized use if a motor vehicle. She as lodged Sunday in jail and released Monday on her own recognizance. Theft — Cody Chance Hanson, 22, of the 4000 block of Indian Creek Road, Shady Cove. Eagle Point police Monday arrested Hanson on warrants charging him with three counts of first-degree theft. He was lodged Monday in jail and released on his own recognizance. Crime reports Theft — 2800 block of Biddle Road, Medford. Medford police took a report at 7:28 a.m. Monday of the theft of two refrigerator condenser units. The loss was valued at $1,500. Theft — 2800 block of Biddle Road, Medford. Medford police took a report at 9:35 a.m. Sunday of the theft of copper wire and a radiator. The loss was valued at $3,550.
