Oregon Road Conditions & Cams Email Story to a Friend January 30, 2006 Emergency Services Felony arrests Drugs — Scott Allen Lee, 31, of the 100 block of Talent Avenue in Talent. Medford police arrested Lee Saturday on charges of possession of methamphetamine and providing false information. Lee remained in the Jackson County Jail late Sunday on $8,000 bail. Drugs — Matthew Ryan Pierpoint, 31, of the first block of Orange Street was arrested on Saturday. Medford police arrested Pierpoint on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. There were also warrants charging failure to appear on theft and drug-related charges. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and remained there without bail. Drugs — Flores Lallo Espinosa, 31, of the 600 block of Cherry Street in Medford. Medford police on Saturday arrested Espinosa on charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing methamphetamine and marijuana. He also was suspected of being in the county illegally. He was lodged in jail where he remained late Sunday without bail. Assault — Richard Arnold Babcock, 53, of the 300 block of Stevens Road, Eagle Point. Medford police on Sunday arrested Babcock on one count of fourth-degree felony assault, fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged in jail on $12,000 bail. Drugs — Gerrald Blake Wooley, 20, of the 900 block of Rose Street in Phoenix. Medford Police arrested Wooley on Sunday on a Circuit Court warrant for possession of methamphetamines. There was also an allegation of parole violation. Wooley was lodged in jail on $8,000 bail. Theft — Roger Wayne Gould, 21, of the 600 block of Royal Avenue in Medford. Medford police on Sunday arrested Gould on first-degree-theft charges. He was also charged with witness tampering. He was lodged in jail on $10,000 bail. Crime reports Burglary — 1200 block of Wirthington Street, Medford. Medford police Sunday took a report of a burglarized residence. A necklace, bracelets and rings with an estimated value of $1,600 were reported stolen. Burglary — 9500 block of Old Stage Road, Gold Hill. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies on Sunday responded to a burglary at a trailer court in the area. Items estimated at $1,300 were reported stolen.
