KOBI-TV to air interview with Oregon St. coach Robinson Dec 06, 2009 12:00 AM A A KOBI-TV Channel 5 will air an interview at 9:30 p.m. tonight with Oregon State men's basketball coach Craig Robinson in a locally produced show, "Up Close With Patsy Smullin." Smullin, president and owner of California Oregon Broadcasting Inc., recently traveled to Corvallis to interview Robinson, who is in his second year as the OSU head coach. He is also the younger brother of First Lady Michelle Obama. In the show Robinson discusses his team, which finished with an 18-18 record in his first year after going 0-18 in Pac-10 play the previous year. He also will discuss what it's like to have such a close connection with the First Family.
