Medford police arrested Crawford Friday on outstanding warrants for possession of amphetamines and failure to appear on charges of possession of amphetamines and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail. Burglary — Larry Brad Rogers, 42, Medford. Medford police arrested Rogers Friday on a charge of first-degree burglary and for violation of a restraining order. He was lodged in the jail in lieu of $25,000 bail. Robbery — Laurent Gabriel Bissey, 23, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Bissey Friday on charges of third-degree robbery, second-degree theft, fourth-degree assault and two counts of harassment. He was lodged in the jail in lieu of $19,000 bail. Assault — Israel Fransua Moncada-Ochoa, 22, Medford. Medford police arrested Moncada-Ochoa Saturday on charges of felony fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged in the jail on $8,000 bail. Assault — Jimmy Andrew Delzell, 20, Medford. Medford police arrested Delzell Saturday on a charge of third-degree assault. He was lodged in the jail in lieu of $25,000 bail. Parole violation — Ralph James Tinsley, 37, Medford. Medford police arrested Tinsley Saturday for parole violations on a charge of first-degree arson. He was lodged in the jail, with no bail listed. Advertisement Drugs — Katherine Marie Hogue, 39, Medford. Medford police arrested Hogue Saturday on a charge of possession of amphetamines. She was lodged in the jail, with no bail listed. Theft — Jason Glenn Simcox, 26, Medford. Medford police arrested Simcox Saturday for failure to appear on outstanding warrants for second- and third-degree theft, passing bad checks and traffic infractions. He was lodged in the jail. Drugs — Michael Shane Akers, 23, Medford. Medford police arrested Akers Saturday for a parole violation on a charge of possession of amphetamines. He was lodged in the jail, with no bail listed. Crime reports Burglary, vandalism — 3400 block South Pacific Highway, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies responded at 8:44 a.m. to a report of broken doors and windows at Quality Auto. Damage was estimated at $400. Theft — 7000 block Sixth Street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies responded at 11:34 a.m. to a report of a theft of a Currie Electric 21-speed bicycle valued at $1,500. Emergency services Disorderly conduct, driving under the influence, noise complaints — More than 15 people were arrested for disorderly conduct and at least seven were arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants on New Year’s Eve and early New Year’s Day, Jackson County jail logs show. Local law enforcement agencies also responded to a handful of complaints of gunshots and noisy parties in the wee hours of 2005.
