A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy arrested Caucutt late Wednesday on charges of possession of amphetamines, harassment, private indecency and third-degree sexual abuse. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, then released Thursday evening on his own recognizance. Drugs — Eric Darnell Hilliard, 33, of the 900 block of West Second Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Hilliard Thursday on charges of possession of cocaine, supplying contraband, driving with a suspended license and failure to appear on a past driving with a suspended license charge. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Thursday night. Burglary — Wesley Palmer Flitton, 24, of Medford. Medford police arrested Flitton Thursday on charges of second-degree burglary and first-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Thursday night on $10,000 bail. Burglary — Kimberly Denise Collard, 29, of Medford. Medford police arrested Collard Thursday on charges of second-degree burglary and first-degree criminal mischief. She was lodged in jail, where she remained Thursday night on $10,000 bail. Drugs — Michael Ortiz, 38, of the 1700 block of Holcomb Spring Road, Gold Hill. Jackson County Narcotics Enforcement Team arrested Ortiz on charges of possession, delivery and manufacture of amphetamines. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Thursday night on $25,000 bail. Crime reports Theft — 5300 block of Highway 66, Ashland. Sheriff’s deputies took two reports of stolen mail. Separately, they also took reports of stolen mail in the 4300 block of Foots Creek Road, Rogue River, and the 3700 block of Devils Garden Road, Medford.
