A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Tuesday arrested Quinn on charges of possession of amphetamines and a probation violation. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Theft — Diana Lynn Jenkins, 45, of the 500 block of Southwest C Street, Grants Pass. A sheriff’s deputy Tuesday arrested Jenkins on a warrant charging her with first-degree theft and an out-of-county warrant charging him with a parole violation. She was lodged in jail without bail. Assault — Joshua James Lang, 19, of the 3300 block of South Pacific Highway, Medford. A sheriff’s deputy late Monday arrested Lang on charges of first-degree assault, fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged in jail on $300,000 bail. Crime reports Vehicle theft — 6800 block of Highway 62, Central Point. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Tuesday took a report of a theft in which a 2002 Ford F-150 pickup was stolen. Theft, vandalism — 3000 block of Avenue A, White City. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Tuesday took a report in which several tools were stolen and the property vandalized. Damages were estimated at $780. Burglary — 2600 block of Crater Lake Highway, Medford. A Medford police officer Tuesday took a report of a burglary in which someone entered a storage unit and stole a 1992 Yamaha all-terrain vehicle valued at $1,000. An additional $200 worth of damage was done to the storage unit. Advertisement Vehicle theft — 500 block of Maaike Drive, Medford. A Medford police officer Tuesday took a report of a theft in which a 1984 Honda Civic was stolen. Burglary — 800 block of Ellendale Drive, Medford. A Medford police officer Tuesday took a report of a burglary in which someone entered a home and stole $550 in cash. Miscellaneous Emergency foster care — The Jackson County Child Welfare division of the Department of Human Services reports that 31 children were placed in foster care in November, with one of them placed with relatives.
