A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Friday arrested Jossart on a charge of unlawful use of a vehicle and three out- of-county warrants. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Drugs — Eric William Linton, 28, of the 1100 block of West Vilas Road, Central Point. A sheriff’s deputy Friday arrested Linton on a charge of possession of amphetamines. He was lodged in jail and later released because of overcrowding. Drugs — Michael Joseph Atwood, 40, of the 100 block of West Jackson Street, Medford. A Medford police officer Friday arrested Atwood on a charge of possession of amphetamines. He was lodged in jail and later released because of overcrowding. Crime reports Theft — First block of Evergreen Drive, Prospect. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Friday took a report of a theft in which a skill saw and other items valued at $1,300 were removed from a yard. Vehicle theft — 500 block of Effie Street, Medford. A Medford police officer Friday took a report of a theft in which a white 1997 Dodge Stratus containing $40 cash and a set of keys was stolen.
