March 11. 2015 2:00AM William F. Christofferson "Dr. Bill" William F. Christofferson "Dr. Bill", 62, passed away Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at his home. He was born June 19, 1952 in Palo Alto, Calif. to William and Lillian Christofferson. He attended high school in Los Altos, Calif. and College in Sonora, Calif. before attending Southern Oregon University and dental school at Oregon Health Sciences University. William served four years in the Navy and was also the owner and dentist at Ruch Dental for 31 years. In his free time, he enjoyed Chesapeake breeding, camping, fishing, SCUBA diving, bowling, traveling to Yosemite, stocks, and research of all kinds. He love animals, all creatures great and small, Dr. Bill loved them all. He is survived by his sister, Sherry Christofferson; loving pals, George, Mama Kittie, Jasmine, and Gizmo. He was preceded in death by his parents. A celebration of life is planned for Saturday, April 4, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at the Applegate Valley Grange, 3901 Upper Applegate Rd, Ruch, OR.
