Medford police arrested Smith on charges of possession of amphetamine and parole violation. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Drugs — Amber Diana Cortney Smith, 29, of the 400 block of East 12th Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Smith on two charges of possessing of amphetamine and two charges of endangering a minor. She was jailed on $18,000 bail. Drugs — James Garcia Dimaya, 23, of Hayward, Calif. Oregon State Police arrested Dimaya Friday on a charge of possession of amphetamine. He was jailed on $15,000 bail. Drugs — Braulio Sapico Zonia Jr., 28, no address listed. Oregon State Police arrested Zonia Friday on a charge of possession of amphetamine. He was jailed on $15,000 bail. Drugs — David Allen Miller, 24, of 1100 Progress Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Miller Friday on a charge of possession of methadone. He was jailed on $5,000 bail. Rape — Guy Dure Trammel, 43, of the 3100 block of Dark Hollow Road, Medford. Medford police added charges of attempted first-degree rape and first-degree sexual abuse. Trammel was arrested Nov. 13 on sexual abuse charges in connection with parties where he allegedly plied teenage girls with alcohol, then had sexual contact with them. He remains in jail. The new charges added $2 million to his previous bail of $1 million. Drugs — Judith Lynn Jones, 32, of the 100 block of Alder Street, Central Point. Jones appeared in Jackson County Circuit Court Friday on an indictment charging her with possession of amphetamine. She was booked into jail and released. Eluding — Floyd Duane Sheppard, 52, no address listed. Sheppard appeared in Circuit Court Friday on a warrant charging him with reckless driving, attempting to elude a police officer in a vehicle, second-degree assault and harassment. He posted $50,000 bail, but was held on $150,000 bail, so remained in jail Friday night. Crime reports Theft — Eighth and A streets in Ashland. Ashland police took a report of $3,000 worth of tools taken from a van parked on the street. Theft — 7000 block of Rogue River Highway. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy took a report Friday of a 9mm Intratec handgun in a box. The gun had an estimated value of $500.
