The Grants Pass-based insurance firm has locations in Beaverton and Lake Oswego, and provides access to more than 100 insurance companies. The office is open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. The firm's web site is www.InsuranceLounge.com and telephone number is 866-211-8660. Lithia issues notes totaling $300 million Lithia Motors has completed issuance of $300 million in senior notes due in 2025. The private offering notes carry a 5.25 percent rate, and were sold to institutional investors. Proceeds, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing will fund acquisitions, capital expenditures and debt repayment.
