Medford police arrested Frary Thursday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Thursday and released after posting bail. Drugs — Frank Abreu Jardim, 47, of the 2700 block of Heritage Road, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Jardim Thursday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, and for parole violation on a previous meth possession charge. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $15,000 bail. Sex Offender — Jesie Samuel Arguelles, 25, no known address. Medford police arrested Arguelles Thursday on a felony charge of failure to register as a sex offender and for parole violation. He was lodged in jail Thursday without bail. Drugs — Ian Michael Rowbottom, 22, of the 400 block of Oak Grove Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Rowbottom Thursday on felony charges of heroin and methamphetamine possession, and on warrants for heroin possession, providing false information to police and driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Ismael Garcia-Nava Jr., 21, of the 2200 block of Manchester Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Garcia-Nava Thursday on felony charges of distributing and possessing methamphetamine and possessing heroin, a misdemeanor charge of felon in possession of a weapon and for parole violation on a previous charge of using a weapon. He was lodged in jail Thursday without bail. Drugs — Britney Ann Thompson, 27, of the 5000 block of Del Mar Drive, Central Point. Jackson County Sherifff's deputies arrested Thompson Thursday on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine and heroin, and on previous warrants for meth possession and second-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Christopher Paul Devine, 39, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Devine Friday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, a charge of parole violation on a previous meth possession charge, and warrants for second-degree robbery, meth possession and providing false information to police. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail. Drugs — Tyler Reed Howerton, 30, no known address. Medford police arrested Howerton Friday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, and misdemeanor charges of third-degree criminal mischief and two counts of violating a no-contact order. Drugs — Chelsey Elizabeth Weyand, 32, no known address. Talent police arrested Weyand Friday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, interfering with a police officer, resisting arrest and attempted assault on a police officer. She was lodged in jail Friday on $22,000 bail. Driving While Suspended — Raymond Richard Preston, 48, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Preston Friday on a felony charge of driving while suspended, and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree trespassing. He was lodged in jail Friday on $11,000 bail. Drugs — Michael Rae McCollum, 27, no known address. Medford police arrested McCollum Friday on felony charges of methamphetamine possession and first-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor charge of second-degree disorderly conduct and on felony warrants for first-degree burglary, meth possession, first-degree theft, identity theft, and misdemeanor warrants for second-degree theft, third-degree theft, providing false information to police and failing to display a driver's license. He was lodged in jail Friday at $48,000 bail.
