Medford police arrested Laux May 14 on charges of second-degree robbery and first-degree theft. Laux allegedly robbed a Medford branch of U.S. Bank on May 10 and made off with an undisclosed amount of cash. He faced an added charge Thursday of possession of amphetamine and was held in the Jackson County Jail on $255,000 bail. Drugs — Robert Henry Hall Jr., 64, of the 4000 block of South Pacific Highway, Medford. Medford police arrested Hall Thursday on charges of possession, delivery and manufacture of amphetamine. He was jailed on $25,000 bail. Drugs — Valerie Ann Nelson, 52, of the 1300 block of Lawnridge Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Nelson Thursday on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. She was jailed on $5,000 bail. Vehicle theft — Sarah Katherine Stanley, 22, no address listed. Ashland police arrested Stanley Thursday on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle. She was jailed on $5,000 bail. Drugs — Michael Shane Akers, 20, of the first block of North Columbus Avenue, Medford. Akers appeared in Jackson County Circuit Court Thursday on indictments charging him with possession and delivery of methamphetamine. He was booked in jail and released. Drugs — Susan Jane Smith, 39, of the 6200 block of East Evans Creek Road, Rogue River. Smith appeared in Circuit Court Thursday on an indictment charging her with tampering with drug records. She was booked in jail and released. Burglary — Sean Wayne Hodgson, 22, of the 200 block of North Eighth Street, Central Point. Hodgson appeared in Circuit Court Thursday on indictments charging him with first- degree burglary and first-degree theft. He was booked in jail and released. Drugs — Ronald Richard Anderson Jr., 32, of the 600 block of West Fourth Street, Phoenix. Anderson appeared in Circuit Court Thursday on an indictment charging him with possession of methamphetamine. He was booked in jail and released. Crime reports Burglary — Medford police Wednesday received a report that someone broke into Beavertooth Oak in Medford and left a faucet on, flooding the warehouse. No value for damages was listed. Burglary — Medford police Wednesday received a report that someone broke into a business in the 1000 block of South Central Avenue, Medford, causing an estimated $1,000 in damage to the building. No items were reported stolen. Theft — Medford police Wednesday received a report that a compact disc player, speakers, amplifier and CDs were stolen from a vehicle at the 800 block of Grant Avenue, Medford.
