Medford police Tuesday arrested Rowden on charges of possession of methamphetamine, failure to appear in court and an out-of-county warrant. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained late Tuesday on $21,000 bail. Drugs, forgery — Sheena Ann Cortez, 20, of the 300 block of Chestnut Street, Medford. Medford police Tuesday arrested Cortez on charges of possession of methamphetamine, four counts of possession of a forged instrument and a parole violation. She was lodged in jail without bail. Theft, criminal mischief — Michael Max McCulloch, 45, of the 2700 block of Falcon Street, White City. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Tuesday arrested McCulloch on charges of second-degree burglary, first-degree aggravated theft, first-degree theft and first-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Tuesday on $25,000 bail. Crime reports Theft — 200 block of Bigham Brown Road, White City. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Tuesday took a report in which jewelry valued at $1,300 was stolen.
