AMS to host parent nights By Local report Aug 24, 2016 12:00 AM A A Ashland Middle School in the coming months will host four "parent nights" geared toward helping parents stay involved in their child's education. The one-hour sessions, held in the AMS library, will be held Sept. 27, Oct. 25, Nov. 29 and Jan. 10, with the first session titled, "Academic Anchors — Supporting Classroom Life." Other sessions focus on how to support a positive social scene, social media tips, tricks and tales and the brain "at this age." Each session will include a short presentation about the main topic.
