Burn to learn By Mail Tribune May 31, 2009 12:00 AM A A Firefighters from Jackson Country Fire District 5 conduct training exercises and then burn down the old El Tapatio restaurant building and Mr C's Market in Ashland, Ore., Sunday, May 31, 2009.
