Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Blagg Wednesday on a felony warrant charging methamphetamine possession. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday on $10,000 bail. Drug Possession — Martinez Thomas, 63, no known address. Medford police arrested Thomas Wednessday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree trespassing. He was booked in the jail Wednesday and released because of overcrowding. Drug Distribution — Kenneth Alan McCoard, 21, of the 100 block of Tripp Street, Medford. Medford police arrested McCoard Thursday on felony charges of distributing and possessing methamphetamine, misdemeanor charges of felon in possession of a restricted weapon and concealed possession of a dangerous weapon, and for violating his parole on a previous meth-possession conviction. He was lodged in jail Thursday without bail. Assault — Curtis Patrick Robinson, 22, of the 500 block of Mace Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Robinson Thursday on felony warrants charging reckless endangering of a person protected by the Family Abuse Prevention Act, unlawful use of a weapon and second-degree assault, a misdemeanor charge of violating a restraining order and misdemeanor warrants charging fourth-degree assault. He was lodged in jail Thursday without bail. Court Appearance — Verne Eugene Thayer III, 56, of the 100 block of Amy Street, Central Point. On Thursday, Thayer made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession. He was booked in the jail Thursday and released on his own recognizance. Court Appearance — Spencer Patrick Cyr, 18, of the 900 block of Westrop Drive, Central Point. On Thursday, Cyr made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of second-degree burglary, and misdemeanor charges of second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree trespassing. He was booked in the jail Thursday and released on his own recognizance. Court Appearance — Thomas Lynn Fears II, 36, of the 2100 block of Old Greensprings Highway, Ashland. On Thursday, Fears made his initial court appearance on two felony counts of first-degree sexual abuse. He was booked in the jail Thursday and released on his own recognizance. Court Appearance — Douglas Glen Turnbull, 55, of the 6300 block of Harold Road, Central Point. On Thursday, Turnbull made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession. He was booked in jail Thursday and released on his own recognizance. Robbery — Dakota Lee Geer, 26, no known address. Central Point police arrested Geer Thursday on a felony charge of third-degree robbery, a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft, and on a sanction for violating his probation on a previous heroin-possession conviction. He was lodged in jail Thursday without bail. Drug Possession — Jessica Raquel Johnson, 20, no known address. Medford police arrested Johnson Thursday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, and on an out-of-county warrant charging failure to appear in court on a third-degree theft charge. She was lodged in jail Thursday without bail. Drug Possession — Robert Paul Thomas, 41, no known address. Medford police arrested Thomas Thursday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, and on two misdemeanor counts of felon in possession of a restricted weapon. He was booked in the jail Thursday and released. Drug Possession — Crystal Ann Beachler, 37, no known address. Medford police arrested Beachler Thursday on felony charges of methamphetamine and heroin possession, and for violating her parole on a previous meth-possession conviction. She was lodged in jail Thursday without bail. Drug Possession — Tania Mare Boyd, 29, no known address. Medford police arrested Boyd Thursday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, and on warrants charging failure to appear in court on previous charges of first- and second-degree theft, first-degree burglary, methamphetamine possession and on an out-of-county warrant charging third degree theft. She was lodged in jail Thursday on $55,500 bail. Drug Manufacture — Jessica Michelle McCoy, 33, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested McCoy Thursday on felony charges of manufacturing, distributing and possessing methamphetamine, and on warrants charging failure to appear in court on previous charges of manufacturing, distributing and possessing heroin, manufacturing, distributing and possessing meth, and first-degree child neglect. She was lodged in jail Thursday on $70,000 bail. Burglary — Robert William Doctor, 49, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Doctor Thursday on a felony charge of first-degree burglary and a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $22,500 bail. Crime report Theft — Medford police took a report of theft at 2:06 a.m. Thursday in the 1600 block of Crown Avenue. Items reported stolen included an Apple iPad, two Samsung tablets, an Amazon Kindle Fire tablet and a ZTE smartphone. The loss was valued at $1,950.
