Ashland police reports, Aug. 22-23 By Local Report Aug 23, 2018 05:40 PM A A Wednesday, 1:43 a.m. – Ashland arrested a woman on an outstanding warrant in the 200 block of Water Street. Wednesday, 6:54 a.m. – Ashland police lodged a man at the Jackson County jail for allegedly giving false information to a police officer, resisting arrest, interfering with a police officer and harassment after he provided a false name, then ran while being detained after being found sleeping at the Lithia Park Bandshell in the 100 block of Winburn Way. Wednesday, 2:04 p.m. – Ashland police arrested a man for prohibited use of marijuana in public in the 300 block of Oak Street. Wednesday, 3:13 p.m. – Ashland police cited a man and women for prohibited smoking in the first block of East Main Street.
