Oregon Road Conditions & Cams Email Story to a Friend April 18, 2006 Emergency services Felony arrests Forgery — Shawn Harrison Kyker, 30, of the 4700 block of Oaktree Circle, Medford. Medford police Monday added two counts of first-degree forgery and one count of first-degree theft to Kyker, who remained lodged at the Jackson County Jail without bail. Theft — Iris Mauria Cartner, 23, of the 900 block of Alta Avenue, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Cartner on a charge of first-degree theft. He was lodged at the Jackson County Jail, where he was released Monday due to overcrowding. Theft — Nicole Elizabeth Ralston, 35, of the 800 block of Narragan Street, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Ralston on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. She was lodged at the Jackson County Jail, where she was being held Monday in lieu of $5,000 bail. Theft — Rosie Marie Hodder-Cleamons, 44, of the 2300 block of Clover Lawn Street, Grants Pass. Oregon State Police on Monday arrested Hodder-Cleamons on a warrant charging her with first-degree theft. She was lodged Monday at the Jackson County Jail, where she was being held Monday without bail. Burglary — Michael McKenzie Baker, 18, of the 1000 block of West Fourth Street, Medford. Baker made his initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and first-degree burglary. He was processed Monday at the Jackson County Jail, where he was released on his own recognizance. Crime reports Theft — On the 6400 block of Crater Lake Highway, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies took a report at 6:34 p.m. Monday of the theft of miscellaneous items valued at $3,500. Shot animal — Jackson County sheriff’s deputies took a report at 1:04 p.m. Monday of a cow shot in a field near the intersection of East Antelope Road and Dry Creek Road. No value of the loss was listed. Burglary — 2700 block of East Evans Creek Road, Rogue River. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies took a report at 6:34 p.m. Monday of a burglary of a residence from which only alcohol was reportedly taken.
