Medford police arrested Hays Sunday on charges of theft in the first degree, unlawful entry into a vehicle, identity theft and misdemeanor fraudulent use of a credit card. He was booked into jail Sunday and released on his own recognizance Monday. Assault — Amanda Rose Johnson, 30, of the 700 block of Summer Glen Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Johnson Monday on charges of assault in the first and second degrees, tampering with evidence and criminal mistreatment in the first degree. She was booked into jail Monday and held on $212,500 bail.
