The Ashland Police Department seeks to improve its relationship with the community and Chief O’Meara has some thoughts on what we all can do to help. The spread of misinformation has been a huge obstacle for law enforcement. But no matter how difficult it can make our daily lives, Tighe hopes the best practices he and his officers practice can help mitigate the animosity they sometimes face.
