Emergency services, Sept. 3 Sep 03, 2022 12:00 AM A A Felony arrests Vehicle Theft — Jacob Joseph Perry, 31, no known address. Jackson County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Perry Wednesday on felony counts of possessing a stolen vehicle, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, attempting to elude police by vehicle, misdemeanor counts of reckless driving, recklessly endangering another person and attempting to elude police on foot. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Friday without bail. Arson — Rosendo Shane Garcia, 35, no known address. Medford police arrested Garcia Thursday on felony charges of first-degree arson, first-degree criminal mischief, and misdemeanor charges of reckless burning and first-degree trespassing and on a Josephine County warrant. He was held in jail Friday without bail. Drugs — Ryan William Goerz, 35, of the 500 block of Countryside Drive, Central Point. Medford police arrested Goerz Thursday on felony counts of manufacturing, delivering and possessing a Schedule II controlled substance and on warrants for failing to appear in court on a prior heroin possession charge and for violating his probation on prior convictions for delivering and possessing methamphetamine and possessing heroin. He was held in jail Friday without bail. Assault — Devan Ann Harral, 35, of the 100 block of Fifth Street, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Harral on a felony charge of second-degree assault constituting domestic violence and misdemeanor counts of fourth-degree assault, menacing and interfering with someone making a police report. She was held in jail Friday without bail. Burglary — Kody Owen Lewis, 29, no known address. Jackson County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Lewis Thursday on a felony charge of first-degree burglary and misdemeanor counts of first-degree trespassing and second-degree criminal mischief. He was held in jail Friday without bail.
