Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Stindt late Tuesday on charges of first-degree burglary and first- and second- degree trespass after he allegedly entered an 87-year-old Rogue River man’s home and refused to leave. Stindt reportedly entered the home in the sixth block of Rogue River Highway without permission. After being led completely off the victim’s property, Stindt allegedly returned. No one was hurt in the 11:30 p.m. incident. Stindt was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $25,000 bail. Assault — Terence Patrick Treacy, 47, Medford. Medford police arrested Treacy Wednesday on a charge of felony fourth-degree assault and interfering with a report. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $9,000 bail. Assault — Michael James Jones, 20, Medford. Medford police arrested Jones Wednesday on charges of felony fourth-degree assault, fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $12,000 bail. DUII, drugs — Wesley Joe Box, 22, Medford. Central Point Police arrested Box late Tuesday on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, driving while intoxicated, possession of amphetamine and giving false information. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $18,000 bail. Drugs — Cathleen Gene Reeves, 47, Jacksonville. Medford police arrested Reeves late Tuesday on charges of possession of amphetamine, attempting to elude offices and driving with a suspended license. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $12,000 bail. Crime reports Burglary — A resident reported a cabin in the 6300 block of Highway 62 was broken into during the past two weeks. Several items were missing, including firearms, with a total value of about $670. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies were investigating the report taken at 5:55 p.m. Wednesday. Assault — A 34-year-old Rogue River man reported to Jackson County sheriff’s deputies that his leg was broken in a fight at about 1:30 a.m. Wednesday. The man apparently returned to his home after the fight and realized the extent of his injuries. There was no word on whether was hospitalized. Theft — A black Trek mountain bike valued at $1,200 was reported stolen from the 1200 block of Quincy Street in Ashland Wednesday. Police are investigating.
