SUBS: Justifieation fer an Established School to train MATS Personnel in
Survival, Evasion and Escape at MeCall, Idaho, to be known as
HATS" Survival School”,
@. Vacility at Thern Cresk consisting of three (3) bulidinga,
water systen, plumbing, septic tanks, etc. has been made available for
an indefinite period by U. 5. Forest Service in addition to 8 acres of
feneed land with access road for utilisation as building area.

@. Paved highways through McCall and within one (1) mile of
Paorn Creek.

Airport, MeCall. Rew 2700' runway utilised by Forest
Service fee BW-3's, Ferd Trimeter and Travealair 6000's. Runway is
being extended to 5240' this summer under CAA ee:
Wineteen (19) airstrips in prinitive area which can be
used for plored in drepping and serial pickup.
4. Fayette Lake is eultable for operation of amphibious air-
eraft up to and ineluding SA-16.
