Principal Investigator: SANKAR ADHYA Organization: DIVISION OF BASIC SCIENCES - NCI Fiscal Year: 2024 Award: $1,025,659 Funding agency: National Cancer Institute Using our phage-based vaccine technology, we have succeeded (i) in eliciting highly specific vaccines against EGRvIII glioblastoma cancer cells in Mouse. This phage vaccine would next be tested by injecting into live model mouse. with EGFRvIII glioblastoma for efficacy. (ii) Constructed (in collaboration with Dr. Mitchell Ho) a Nanobody displaying phage that specifically neutralizes the activity of Covid19 pseaudovirus.
