This is third-party opinion/analysis ABOUT State of Utah v. Tyler James Robinson — NOT the court record. It is indexed for comparison against the primary transcripts/filings. Transcript is the YouTube auto-caption track (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_vCrLEbudFM) — verbatim ASR.

All right. Yesterday, a buttload of evidence was presented in the pre-trial hearing in front of a judge who will determine whether there will be a full trial of Tyler Robinson on first-degree murder charges in Utah. Now, uh, Fox News this morning did a really great wrapup of all of the evidence. Let's look at the overview and then we will, uh, drill down on certain aspects of this evidence. Go ahead. Take it away, Larry. >> At this point, we're at four confessions. You got one to the parents. You got one through the text messages to his lover. You got one through the note that he leaves for his lover. Uh and then you have the confession uh also to the police. Let's move on to the surveillance video because this is going to show the movement. They presented this in court yesterday, the movement before the shooting, the actual shooting itself, and then after the shooting. That was in court yesterday. The next thing, and this you've seen this online, I did a lot of dispute about this. the ballistics report. Uh they found a casing and and also the gun was loaded that they found. So what they're going to do is they're going to look at what was fired the bullet at Charlie Kirk and then they're going to compare to the gun and the firing marks. Those are exclusive. Meaning if another gun fired, those markings are not going to be the same. That's how they linked it to the suspect here. Okay. Then you go to this Dremel tool right here. Why is this important? In the note, he talks about the tool uh uh I'm sorry, the the witness on the stand, the lover talks about uh Mr. Robinson asking for this tool about a month ago to actually put those inscriptions into the bullet casings that were found later on the scene. The last thing uh before I get to the testimony, the DNA, this has also been under under dispute. The towel that was used uh to wrap the weapon after Mr. Robinson uh assassinate allegedly assassinated Charlie Kirk had two strands of DNA there. You had Mr. Robinson and you had Mr. Twig. So they presented that in court saying these are the only two uh credible DNA that we found on the towel. It had to have been one of them. Lastly, you get to the testimony. This is what I talk about that confession where uh the the suspect essentially confesses it to his lover. He puts it in the text messages. He puts it in the note and tells him why he did that, why he wanted to assassinate Charlie Kirk. He talks about his political motives. Um, and and lastly, he puts the note under the uh computer desk. And then you got the text messages right here. He says it again. He asked him why he did this. I also think it's important to note one thing that we learned yesterday is that the lover also said he identified Mr. Robinson from the surveillance video. That's the same thing that his parents said as well. So, even without the confession, they knew it was him. So, they're going to be breaking this all down in court today. >> That's right. Um, oh gosh, so much to get to here and so much to unpack. Uh, and just bear in mind that there are lunatics out there who will look at all of this evidence and say, "Nope, this is actually BB Netanyahu who did this. It's MSAD and the IDF. And and I just want you to know something. Uh if you've watched those shows, if you've actually said, "Well, hold on. There's a lot of questions that need to be answered here." I I don't blame you. I blame the people who are lying to you. Okay? Um and and [clears throat] I blame the fact that the media has a news vacuum about this. Nobody wants to talk about this. They they pretended a week after Charlie Kirk was assassinated before our very eyes. It was kind of a traumatic moment for all of us. Still is for many of us. I a part of me still can't get over the fact But somehow for some reason, well actually no it isn't for some reason because he was a Christian conservative. It just disappeared from the headlines. Let's just move on. They're not even covering this remarkable trial that's going on right now. And in the in a vacuum, something's going to fill it in this news vacuum about the truth behind the murder of Charlie Kirk. a whole lot of [ __ ] fills it. That's what's happened and it's pretty evil stuff. Now, uh let's get to those text messages. Andrew Kovid, who's a producer for, uh the Charlie Kirk show, a friend and a colleague there at Turning Point USA, here's the um text messages with Tyler Robinson and Lance Twigs. We're uh going to show you some of Lance Twigs, by the way. Lance Twig, so they were roommates, right? But then a couple of weeks after they became roommates, they began a deviant sexual relationship. Lance Twigs has been described as gay, transgender, They just throw everything against the wall. I'm sure that was part of the deal, too. Uh I'm pretty sure they vote Democrat, too, given that resume. Uh by the way, where's Jimmy Kimmel and all his jokes about the murder of Charlie Kirk? I I'm I'm sure that he'll be jumping in here somewhere. Uh Lance Twigs, uh appearing in a videotaped deposition, didn't look so binary in court yesterday. Uh he I think he's going by he. Let's call him he since he was born with the equipment. Was wearing a jacket and a tie. Wonder why why he's suddenly non-binary. Binary. um the text messages um specifically about him killing and and expressing his love for his gay transgender lover. Um expressing all of that love and then um telling him to look under his keyboard. Under the keyboard is where he found the note that said that he went to go uh kill Charlie Kirk. Um, and then at one point, h do we have can we zoom in on this enough? Um, I plan to grab my mindful. He's very upset that his left rifle and he needs to go back and get his rifle. Um, he also talks about the reason he did it. Hang on. Uh, where's that one? Why did you do it? He said he was sick of the hatred. He was sick of Charlie Kirk's hatred and so the best remedy for that hatred was to assassinate him and leave his wife a widow and his children fatherless. because Charlie Kirk was spewing hate. And of course, we know that Charlie Kirk didn't spew hate. Charlie Kirk had the tmerity to sit there, open up a microphone, and let people who disagreed with him challenge him so that he could have a respectful conversation with those who disagreed with him. That's hate when you're on the left because you're not allowed to disagree. Disagreeing and telling the truth to someone like this is actually hatred. These are the text messages. Um, and then I want to go through this because, you know, it would really be easy to go after certain podcasters. Candace Owens is not alone, but she's been at the forefront of this. to go after them and call them names and disparage them and knock them down and tear them apart and make fun of their voices which Candace is big case it's pretty easy to do that voice seriously is like fingernails on the chalkboard I really say a prayer for her husband that said I'd rather do what Data Republican has done here which is just a very cleareyed antiseptic breakdown a Tik Tok if you will, of what Candace Owens has said and claimed and never backed up and what the evidence now proves. And and I know data Republican works for MSAD. She's IDF. This is all funded and we're funded by the Israeli government and whatever. Go for it. Honestly, I don't care at this point. I've got a pretty clear record of my public voice close to 20 years now saying things about the state of Israel that I have said for my entire public career. If you think that I'm that shallow and if you think I'm that much of a a prostitute of my ideas that I would say things because I'm getting a paycheck from a foreign government, it's insulting and frankly you probably shouldn't be here. That said, if you really want to question people out there and what their positions are and what's going on with foreign influence, it seems weird to come after me or maybe even the company that I work for, which has been consistently in support of the nation of Israel and the Israeli people for decades and decades without any disruption of that support. You might want to compare that to people out there who years ago are on the record saying glowing wonderful things about the state of Israel, saying pretty critical things of Islamic terrorism and countries that sponsor and support Islamic terrorism. in fact even visited Israel like the opening of the US embassy in Jerusalem right there in Jerusalem at the invite of the Israeli government and the Trump administration celebrating it and now suddenly a couple of years later they've got a completely different set of values and a completely different set of principles. See it seems to me they're the ones you should be challenging. They're the ones you should be questioning, not those of us who have That said, here's data Republican with an open letter to Candace Owens. You told millions of people that Tyler Robinson wasn't even there, that you felt confident stating that Tyler Robinson did not kill murder Charlie Kirk. He was on camera prone on the Losi rooftop at 1222. Shot at 122328. DNA on the screwdriver at 30 quintilion to1. DNA on the rifle at 1.7 octillion to one. He told his family what he did. His parents helped him surrender. He texted his roommate. I am sorry. I He engraved, "Hey, fascist catch on the ammunition a month before he used it." You said police didn't even question Lance Twigs. He was interviewed twice. FBI the morning after. Joint state federal team. 7 months later, his own attorney voluntarily phone surrender. You laughed when you said it. You told Shawn Ryan a shaped charged uh charge killed Charlie that PETN was in his microphone. The medical examiner says gunshot wound, bullet fragments were dis recovered from his body. A 30 cal06 mouser with Robinson's DNA was found in the woods. Neither side, not prosecution, not defense, has mentioned explosives. Not once in 4 days. You said the shot came from below. The Losi building is above the amphitheater. You called Erica Kirk a clinical psych psychopath to an audience of millions. You said the assassination was an occult ritual. You said Charlie was sitting in a pentagram. You told people Israel killed him because he refused Netanyahu. You made over a hundred episodes. You built a franchise on a dead man's name. And the hardest fact of all, Tyler Robinson's own defense lawyers. The people whose entire career is on the line to get him acquitted have refused to make a single one of your arguments. Not one. They're challenging DNA methodology. They're doing their jobs. You're doing something else entirely. Charlie Kirk changed my life. He platform my work when nobody knew who I was. He had my back when I was doxed. I was the 10,000th most important person in his world. And I will never be able to repay him. So, I did what I know how to do. I read every transcript. I watched every hour of testimony. I catalog your claims and I held them up against what was said under oath. Everyone, every single one failed. I don't know why you did this. I'm not going to speculate on your motives because that would make me exactly the kind of analyst I've spent my career refusing to be. But I know what you did. You told people confident lies about a dead man's murder. And millions of them believed you. And some of them turned that belief into threats against his widow. The trial continues. And every day of sworn testimony is another day your words get tested against reality under oath on the record where it counts. I'll be here for all of it because just as Charlie defended me, I will do what little I can to defend his legacy at Turning Point USA and Erica Kirk from evil. Data Republican, someone that I think most of you probably admire for the great work that she has done over the last couple of years as well. Uh probably the best way to sum all of this up is to uh let Candace have the last word. So go ahead, Candy. >> Is that Tyler Robinson, who did not attend UVU, had never been UVU campus, um packed up his car that day, uh jumped onto a rooftop, figured out how to like jump around like Spider-Man, and just knew exactly where Charlie Kirk would be seated despite having never been there. >> I don't think Tyler Robinson was there. >> You don't think he was there? >> I think he's a total psy. I think they get look alikes and they get everybody wearing the same outfit. I think he played a role and I believe that what he did was he picked up clothes and he dumped them behind the the Dairy Queen. I think he had a role. But I do not believe that Tyler Robinson is the person who was walking in that staircase. I do not believe the person walking in the staircase. And I feel confident stating that Tyler Robinson did not kill murder. His roommate is a federal asset. Lance Twigs, the person. >> Why do you think that? >> Because the police didn't even question him, which if you run the theory that he was killed with a PE pin shape charge, >> then they all suddenly start to make sense why they wouldn't bring the bomb dogs over to where Charlie died was that he was shot from below. >> Because I watched his shirt go out and I it was I watched the friction of his body and I saw that his necklace broke before he was hit. I thought >> honest to God perspective. I believe she is a tried andrue psychopath truly. And I'm not saying that to be theatrical. I'm I'm, you know, not trying to be hyperbolic. I mean a clinical psychopath. >> Some ritualistic thing or >> Yeah. So for two, the people who orchestrated his assassination, it was ritualistic. I mean, when you told me at dinner that he was assassinated in the middle of a pentagram, >> I was like, "Holy shit." >> When someone sent me an old Freemason Bible and it showed how they believe that you have to be in a pentagram to sacrifice someone, literally shows you like there's a map inside of the Freemason Bible. And I looked at it and I said, "Holly was sitting in a pentagram." Do you think he was killed because he was going against Israel? >> 1,000%. >> We'll continue to follow the facts. We'll continue to follow the evidence and uh hopefully you'll follow us as we do that as well. Uh we love and respect Charlie Kirk and his family and we are still devastated at his loss and we recognize exactly the message that was sent to all of us who do what we do. It was meant to be not. The public assassinations are more than just murder. They are political statements. They are done for a reason. Not just against the victim. It's himself, in this case, Charlie Kirk, but to everyone who is connected to that person. When they murdered John F. Kennedy, it was an attack on America, right? Uh Lee Harvey Oswald and everything Kennedy stood for. That's what assassinations are meant to do. When they attempted to murder Donald Trump, they attempted to end his movement. They attempted to alter history and alter an election. It was an attack not just on him. It was attack on all of us who are connected to, aligned with, and support him. That's what these things are. That attack was on Charlie Kirk. He is not with us anymore. He has been destroyed. But what they tried to do is destroy us. They tried to destroy our words. They tried to destroy our message. What they weren't expecting is that for every time Charlie Kirk gets destroyed, a whole army of us stand up to take his place and lift that flag, lift that banner, and keep marching forward. They can't destroy us. But that was the attempt, and we know that, and that's why we continue to fight. I'm not sure what she's doing. and Shawn Ryan, thank you for your service. I I wish you would take a break from your podcast and uh maybe look into writing thriller novels like your other fellow SEALs have done with their post-military career, but when you wait into topics like this, you you you don't do our country proud and you don't do your service proud. with all due respect and um say a prayer for Candace Owens. And I mean that seriously. She needs help. Help that I don't think is available right here in
