All right, guys. Welcome in. A lot is happening. Things seem to be accelerating a little bit in um both global politics, international politics, um foreign policy, and the Tyler Robinson investigation, the investigation into who killed Charlie Kirk, how and why. So, I hope you have a chair. You will not need all of it. Just the front edge of it should suffice. But make sure you don't fall off the front of it because tonight's going to be a heck of a lot of fun. Uh, as I say in the title, did you know the Butler, Pennsylvania Trump crime scene was also paved over? I bet you didn't know that. I myself did not know that until extremely recently. Uh, of course, we have to talk about uh some of the stuff Candace talked about tonight. Um, Frank Turk's ever evolving stories. The more he talks, the more guilty everyone looks. So, I am thankful they keep trotting him out in various I don't know venues or or performances because it's it's really really lousy. It's really really lousy the more he talk well I mean he's lousy for them. Uh we will go back to the scene of the crime for the uh Butler Pennsylvania attempt. I want to take a very close gander at that. Uh but first I do want to even before I get to my opening statement I want to say something about um what what Trump is doing on the global stage. I got to get my thoughts out here. because I I've gotten a lot of people saying, "Should we believe this? Is the war over? Is Is peace on the horizon?" I hope so. I hope so. I will admit. I'm skeptical. I'm dubious, but I hope so. I would love to be wrong. Um, but here's how I compare it. You know, should we should we immediately rule it out of hand? No. No. Let's say you have a really unreliable friend and your friend in the past was reliable or you thought he was and then you came to learn he was sort of a scumbag and you you weren't sure what to make of your friend, but your friend calls you one day and he says, "Are you going anywhere today?" And you say, "Well, I was planning to go to the grocery store. I was going to go to Walmart or Publix, maybe Kroger. Uh, I might go pick up a pair of jeans, maybe get a haircut. I got to run by the bank. I've got a package to drop off at the post office. Why? What do you have in mind?" and he says, "Well, if you'll stay home, I'll come by and I'm going to give you $10,000 in cash." The question is, do you stay home? Now, keep in mind, your friend is notoriously unreliable. I probably stay home. I probably wait to see if he shows up. If he shows up, I'm $10,000 richer. It's like mana from heaven. $10,000, a lot of money. Well, if I leave, there's no chance I get the $10,000. And that's how I feel right now with this peace agreement. If we if we say, "Ah, we don't believe it. You know, go to hell, Trump. You've you've stabbed us in the back one too many times." Well, you might be missing out on $10,000. Maybe we're going to have a peace agreement and we would have gone to the grocery store instead. So, I sit back and I wait. I wait cautiously. I wait um I'm cautiously optimistic. But I had somebody ask me today, why is he doing this? It's and and and the point I made to him back is it does feel a little bit like Tucker Carlson is sitting in the White House.The things Trump is saying the last couple of days, the things he's doing the last couple of days, his shifting opinion on our greatest ally, his shifting opinion, frankly, on um the regime in Iran, the Iranian people, it seems a little bit like Tucker Carlson is running foreign policy. Well, is he picking up the phone again and talking to Tucker? I don't know. Um, does he have new people around him that are influencing him in a better direction? I don't know. We're hearing things floated around about Pete Hexath potentially getting axed. I'm in favor of that. Uh, John Ratcliffe potentially getting axed. I'm in favor of that. Um, getting people like that out of the administration would go a long way towards restoring sanity here in the United States. But they're not the only problems. Obviously, they're just the people at the very top who probably have the biggest problem, who I probably have the biggest problem with just because they have the closest access to the president. And so, that's where we are. And so, why is he doing it? Well, one is he needs a win. He desperately needs a win. Gas prices are ludicrous. When you're paying $1,150, $200 to fill up a pickup truck, it's expensive. Uh even a small four-door sedan is going to run you $75 to fill up right now. Most Americans just can't afford it. Uh most people don't have an extra $ 20 to $50 a week to fill up gasoline. That's a lot of money. So that's number one. He needs a win. He's got to bring the gas prices down. He's got to get people back on his side. Uh number two reason, if it's not just that he needs a win, he's a populist at heart. He always has been. And what has happened is what he thought was going to be a deeply popular war turned out to be deeply unpopular. And he's been looking for an escape hat ever since, I think. and finally he's just cutting and running. And I'm okay with that. I'm okay with cutting and running when you realize you you you're going to lose the hand, right? If if you think the guy's got a a full house on the other side and you're sitting on a pair of fours, it's okay to fold the pot, you know, and just let him pick it up and have it and then we'll try again another day. So maybe he just is a populist. He realizes this is his deeply unpopular position he's been taking and so he's just cutting and running. The third is is more terrifying. And the third is that this is just an op. You know, this happened last June. Uh about a year ago this time, they did a quick midnight hammer strike in Iran and they told us that was it. And everybody was like, "Oh, you got to trust the president." Even Charlie Kirk was saying, "I did not want them to do the strike, but it seemed to work out okay. Um it didn't lead to World War II, so we trust the president and we move on." Well, that trust earned us the the strikes uh here recently, the last 90 days or so, that have caused gas prices to spiral out of control, global energy markets, global fertilizer markets to grind to a halt and uh countries on the verge of starvation in many instances. So, that's that's something that is problematic. And so, you know, it's it's it could be just an operation. you pull back just a hair. You just let everybody kind of fall back in line, maybe maybe vote in some elections here coming up in uh in the fall and then once the Republicans maintain the majority of the House and Senate, you go right back into it. I'm I worry about that. I worry about that a lot.So, I have no idea what it is. I'm not a soothsayer. I have my I don't I don't have a crystal ball. If I if I did, it probably would have a crack in it, knowing me. Um but that's that's just reality. I I I cannot tell you why this is happening, but I will say I feel a little bit like the guy waiting for his friend to come by with $10,000. I hope he I hope he shows up. I hope this is real. I hope we get out of this situation. I hope we don't do any more damage to the global economy, the American economy. Hope we don't lose any more lives. I hope we don't have any more planes crash. I am deeply concerned about a false flag attack here on the United States soil. And I won't even tell you because you all know where that likely would come from if it happened. So that's kind of just a recap of global politics. I don't think there's much else that can be said about it. Um we will see whether he follows through and gets rid of Heg Seth and Ratcliffe. I think the country would be better off for it. It's I'm hardressed to believe two worse people could be put in those positions. Uh what's going on in the uh the ODNI right now, the office of the director of national intelligence is is frankly shameful. People are are playing politics with the appointment process. Uh that's not good. That's certainly not good. Um, but the president coming out and saying, "Okay, you you don't want to approve my o my selection for the DNI, then I'm gonna make it so that uh we don't we don't extend FISA without the the SAVE Act." I don't care if we extend FISA. I'd love to get the SAVE Act. I don't care if we get FISA. So, that's really neither here nor there for me. So, that's all I have to say about that. I there's really not much else to say about it. Still deeply disappointed in the president for how he's conducted himself in foreign policy the last 6 months, last year. Um but uh but I'm hopeful that things will turn around. Now with that said, uh tonight I do want to visit the Butler scene. I want to go back to something I said um our last time we were together Tuesday night. Tuesday night we talked about how there probably, in my opinion, was more than one shooter. I will show evidence of that tonight because a lot of people followed up, email, text, message, um text message. People did not know what I was talking about. thought they hadn't heard of it, which is frankly shocking consider it was an assassination attempt on a president of the United States that resulted in the death of a first responder. So, uh, we will talk about that and I will show you why I believe there was at least one more shooter and potentially two shooters. It will not take long to do. The next thing I want to cover, there's something buried in a recent filing with Tyler Robinson. It is deeply problematic. Deeply problematic, deeply problematic. and it is that they are going to use testimony from Lance Twigs, but it's not the testimony he gave back in September. It's new testimony he just gave a couple of months ago. And that's what they're going to try to use at the preliminary hearing. I'll tell you what the problem I have with that is and why there are some recent filings having to do with the Twigs family that may be impacting my ability to trust anything Lance Twig says at this point.Um, but last but before I get into all that, before I get into the opening, before I get into to what's going on at Butler, before I get into Lance Twigs, I have to follow up with something Candace said today. Um, because she was talking about the necklace. She was talking about the necklace and she was talking about Frank Turk, that lying dirt bag, Frank Turk, who's a horrific example for Christianity because he paints himself as some sort of pastor. He's got he's got a a nonprofit or a training seminar he calls CIA. That's the name of his school. Like if you go to the Frank Turk School of Apologetics, it's CIA. It's like Christians in Apologetics or something. I don't know what it's called, but it's called CIA. I wouldn't name my organization that I just that's not what I would name my organization. I'm not that kind of guy. Um but let's go to the original video because this is what Candace was um today. I want to show you this real quickly and then I want to show you a different version of this exact same story from this exact same library in that exact same shirt. Believe it or not, there's a little known podcast out there that very few people have seen based on the number of viewers. But we got to set it up this way because this is his original story that everybody just kind of accepts. Well, not finally, but when we were about to leave, we finally got access to the car again. a necklace that Charlie was wearing. It's a cross necklace. It had some medallions on it. And when I went into the backseat of that car, I pulled my bag out and that necklace was attached somehow just kind of draped over the bag. So, I gave it to Mikey and I said, "Mikey. I want you to give this to Erica." It was a comfort to her. So, he pulls the bag out. He sees the necklace. He thinks, "Oh, Erica was looking for this." He hands it off to Mikey. And Mikey takes it to Erica. That's version one. That's the version we've all heard. That's the That's the version we've all come to know and love. Would you believe it if lying dirt bag If if lying dirt bag Frank Tur another version of that. Is this timestamped? Yes. Okay. Here is the second version. You'll recognize the shirt. You'll recognize the library. You will not recognize the story because lying dirt bag Frank Turk tells it differently in this interview with the apostate prophet that very few people have seen. We had to go to Salt Lake City for that. [clears throat] They wouldn't let us back in the car that we had taken over to a hospital until because they considered it part of the crime scene. >> Yeah. until they looked at it and that about 5:30 they released it to us so we could go back in the car and I had to get everything I had was in that car. My computer bag, my wallet, my passport, my you know everything was in there. It turned out that Charlie was laying on it across the back seat. It was between the two bucket seats and it was full of blood. And as I pulled it out, his necklace, which we were looking for, was across the top of it. He was wearing a necklace and it came off. And Erica had asked, "Where's his necklace?" Cuz it wasn't on his body. And so as I'm pulling the bag out, there's this necklace. And the cop cop there was goes, "I'll take that." I go, "No, you won't." Where'd the cop come from? There was no cop in the original story. Remember the cops had released the car and he just goes out to the car and he gets the bag and oh there's the necklace.Oh yeah, Erica was looking for this Mikey here. Take this to Erica. There was no cop involved before. Now he's telling cops no. Who is this guy telling cops no? Who is this guy? Who tells a cop no when they're collecting evidence at a crime scene? Oh, I'll take that. No, you won't. Huh? >> You're not taking this. >> No, you're not taking this. Copper. popper. Crimestoppper. Um, Frank, he's collecting evidence in a murder investigation. Are you telling me you refused to give him evidence from a murder investigation that was from an active crime scene? You yourself said that the car had been declared a crime scene. >> I'm giving this to Erica. She wants it, you know. Oh, he's going to give it to Erica, not give it to Mikey to give to Erica. So, I just put it in my pocket and as we drove to Salt Lake City, I took everything of value out of that bag. I'm wearing scrubs now. In fact, everybody that was attending to Charlie was in scrubs now. We couldn't wear the clothes we were wearing. >> Um, blood. So, I just I don't want Erica to see the bag. I don't want her to see the blood. So I just told the cop sitting next to me, "Can you dispose of this bag somewhere once we get there?" Yeah. So, um, later that night in her hotel room, we were all in there, just maybe 10 of us. And I gave the I said, "Mikey, you know Erica better than I do. I found this. Give it to her." So he did. >> So Mikey shows back up after all. But uh ladies and gentlemen, he was telling cops no as they were trying to take evidence from a crime scene. No, you may not have the evidence from the crime scene. I am going to give this to Erica. It's a it's a it's a little more nuanced story. And the other thing is he's throwing his bag away because he didn't want Erica to see it. Why would Erica see your bag in the first place? Is is she in the car with you? No, she's not in the car with you. In fact, you had to go to the hotel where 10 people were in the hotel room in order to give the medallion to Mikey to give it to Erica. So, she obviously wasn't there in the hotel room. So, why not just leave the bag in the hotel room? Why did you have to throw the bag away? Why are we throwing away things from an active crime scene? Why are we taking SD cards out of videos uh at out of cameras? Why are we uh uh refusing to hand over necklaces to police officers when they ask for it? Why are we throwing bags away? What was in the bag? You know what? I don't understand the gallse relative to the crime scene. It's just unbelievable. Absolutely unbelievable. So, here is the question about what happened to >> the shirt. We have a question about what happened to Charlie's shirt. I've asked this question several times because I think this shirt would go a long way towards either confirming or dispelling the exploding microphone or the exploding necklace theory. Candace was quick to to to dismiss the exploding necklace. I not so much. I not so much. Um I do not say what happened under his shirt. I just feel like something happened under shirt. Could have been the necklace. Could have been the microphone. Could have been something else strapped to Charlie's body. We don't know. But we do now know what happened to Charlie Shirt. We go to the Shawn Ryan Show interview with Chief of Security or head of security Brian Harple information uh to the staff there. Uh I end up getting on top of him and cutting the shirt that he had on off that white freedom shirt.And so I cut it off so they could get to him so that um I I I didn't articulate this to them, but I wanted to get that stuff off so they could put a defibrillator on him. that Charlie's been dropped off at a trauma center, a an emergency department. There's an emergency room physician. and their emergency room nurses, techs, professionals, transporters. And in all the chaos, who jumps up on the stretcher with Charlie, who's suffering from a a purported gunshot wound to the neck? Who jumps up on the stretcher after Charlie is brought in and starts cutting away at the shirt? Where did he get the scissors? I don't know. But but but who jumps up on the a security guard? A contracted security guard is jumping up there and cutting clothes off of the patient. I don't believe that story. He goes on, if you watch the rest of this interview, and I'm not going to play it because we've gone over this interview already. He goes on to say that he's directing we need this, we need that, I need an Why is the head of security giving medical direction. Turn the body over, old man, and get out of the emergency department. Stay in the waiting room. We'll let you know how it turns out. That's what typically happens. That's probably what happened. I have no idea why he's claiming to have jumped up on the stretcher with a patient with a cervical neck wound from an alleged gunshot who later turns out to have six broken vertebrae. Allegedly, if I ever have six broken vertebrae, stay off of me. Don't jump on top of me and start cutting. Leave it to the medical professionals, please. In fact, don't chuck me in the side of an SUV like a side of beef either. Please, by all means, stabilize me. Let some professionals tend to me who might know a thing or two about how to pack a wound, stop bleeding, uh, immobilize the neck so you don't do any permanent nerve damage. Don't Don't get a guy like that involved. How about that? Let's just start there. Let's just start there. Let's let's let's leave G.I. Joe out of it. I will let the medical professionals tend to your humble host. Can we agree with that, ladies and gentlemen? Can we agree with that? So, that answers a few questions that came up today on Candace's show. Now, I do want to get to an opening statement because it plays into the Lance Twig story that I want to cover today. Oh, I already got it open. It plays into the Lance Twig story that I want to cover today because the Lance Twig story, the timing is awfully suspicious. Would you believe there's a nonprofit corporation involved in this suspicious timing? So, without further ado, somebody complained the other day that I don't rub my hands together anymore before the opening. So, as a throwback to like two weeks ago when I did this every single time, this is The roots of America's nonprofit corporations trace back, believe it or not, to the colonial era. Early settlers formed voluntaril voluntary associations. They address community needs in the absence of what we have today, you know, government safety nets. Uh, churches, schools, hospitals, orphanages, fire departments. These all emerged as public serving entities and they drew from English common law traditions. They they operated on the principles of mutual aid, benevolence. They filled gaps in social services. Formal federal tax recognition came a lot later.In fact, there was a tax act in nu uh 1894, excuse me, that provided one of the earliest statutory exemptions for organizations that were quote organized and conducted solely for charitable, religious, or educational purposes. Then you had the Revenue Act of 1909. Then you had the Revenue Act of 1913. And then you had the Revenue Act of 1917. This is all kind of gearing up towards the the new uh I think 1913 is roundly considered one of the worst years in American history. This was all kind of geared right around that. But they introduced an individual charitable deduction and what this did was it helped encourage donations because if I have to pay taxes on my money but I can instead give it to you and you can go do something charitable with it, I don't have to pay tax on that money. So in effect, the taxpayer then subsidizes my gift to you because otherwise I would have paid taxes on. In 1954, Congress codified this in section very famously 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code. It formalized taxexempt status for entities operating exclusively in these realms, religion, charity, uh, literary, scientific, educational, as long as there's no private benefit to the employees or the interested parties other than a reasonable salary. And from these foundations, the sector grew fairly modestly. From the 19th into the 20th centuries, uh, most nonprofits were supported by people like Andrew Carnegie, John Rockefeller, large industrial philanthropists, and they shifted from direct relief to targeting specific root causes from an organizational perspective. After World War II, especially on through the Great Society era of the 1960s and 70s, government started contracting with these nonprofits and they allowed them to kind of accelerate expansion for things like social services. The number of 501c3 organizations in the mid1 1970s was about a quarter million. From the early 2000s, just 20 or 25 years ago, it were it had skyrocketed four-fold to over a million. Today, there's almost two million registered 501c organizations. Two million. That's about one nonprofit for every 150 or so people in the country. They employ over 10% of the national workforce. There's 12 million paid workers estimated in the nonprofit world. That's a lot. Not on top of that, they they leverage a lot of volunteers. you know, tens of millions of volunteers volunteer for nonprofit. Uh the revenue from nonprofits is estimated to exceed $2 trillion annually. This is a scale and trustbased model, but it creates motives and opportunities for abuse. The vast majority of 501c3 organizations probably operate ethically. They fulfill their mission. They take advantage of of tax laws. the they have donor anonymity features, they have international reach, and there's there's light, you know, some, but it's pretty light regulatory scrutiny. But that light regulatory scrutiny exposes opportunities for things like moneyaundering, embezzlement, and just flatout fraud. Criminals can disguise illicit funds as legitimate donations. They can divert assets for personal gain. For example, let's say you had to you had to fly from Scottsdale to Nashville. Well, you could do that for like a,000 bucks round trip or you could take a Gulfream 5 for about $150,000. That is a diversion of assets for personal gain. 149,000 of that expense was not necessary. They even use shell companies to evade taxes and oversight.that people have highlighted these nonprofits as potential avenues for moving money, drugs, weapons, and yes, even humans. It uh to to cash flow and crossber operations, public goodwill. It's pretty common to find domestic embezzlement schemes in nonprofits. For example, the on your feet family resource center case. There were two founders, Gerald Dean and Clayton Hill, that were sentenced to prison for soliciting massive donations of clothing under the false pretenses of aiding the needy. Instead, they sold the clothing for personal profit of over $1 million and they treated the charity as a personal piggy bank and evaded taxes on all the po proceeds. So, it was a fraud that prayed on both co corporate donors and the taxpayer. It undermined the public trust. they went to prison. There was another case uh of a board member and president of the National Relief Charities. He was charged with conspiring to defraud the organization of about $4 million meant for Native American programs. Funds allegedly were laundered through controlled entities for personal benefit. And these kinds of insider schemes exploit weak internal controls and poor board oversight. You have high-profile frauds that include sham cancer charities that raised hundreds of millions of dollars before collapsing. Funds diverted to founders luxuries like private plane trips, luxury vehicles, luxury clothing and jewelry. The Feeding Our Future scandal, for example, in Minnesota allegedly used misused, excuse me, $48 million in federal child nutrition funds for personal expenses. Executives face charges of fraud and moneyaundering. And the embezzlement often involves things like falsified records, unauthorized transfers, or just inflated expenses. There was a CEO of a large charitable organization that embezzled over a million dollars for a lavish lifestyle, and he too was convicted of fraud, conspiracy, tax evasion, and moneyaunder. In Washington DC, a CFO of a nonprofit forged checks of over $500,000. He was able to steal the money. And this is just an example. I mean, just a few. There have been a lot. I just had to pick a few. But money laundering through charities typically follows an order. There's placement, there's layering, and there's integration. Illegal cash is donated. That creates a legitimate paper trail. There's your placement. You place the money into the 501c3. The funds are then co-mingled with genuine donations or they're moved through grants to affiliates. That's kind of the layering. You sort of hide the money among other money. And then finally, they're withdrawn. They could be withdrawn in program expenses, salaries, investments, shuffled off to And that's your integration. You're integrating it into your life. These techniques include overvalued inind donations, fake invoices, shell company donations, fiscal sponsorship abuses where the sponsors turn around and funnel the money back. There's red flags like rapid fund turnover, no clear program spending, uh disproportionate administrative costs, uh disproportionate travel costs, disproportionate food or clothing costs, lack of transparent financials, uh delayed or incomplete form 990 filings, form 990 filings that have to get corrected years later. These are all red flags that indicate not that something necessarily is going wrong, but something could be going wrong.You add on top of that uh charitable activities in high-risisk jurisdictions like Eastern Europe or Southeast Asia, places where um money is not money is not uh tracked very well. Then you have um [clears throat] obviously the example of executives living beyond their means. Do all your executives live in mansions? Okay, what the hell's going on here? You're running a nonprofit. You shouldn't be living in a mansion. The the biggest red flag though is a weak board. Anytime you have a founder dominated board or a founderapp appointed board, Nevertheless, anytime you have these abuses, it has consequences downrange. It affects not just your charity, but others because you have things like eroded donor confidence that can reduce donations to legitimate charities. You could have stricter oversight, not just to your charity, but others who can't afford the stricter oversight, but are doing everything right. the IRS, the Department of Justice, the FBI, they all investigate, but they typically investigate if they see something highly irregular or they get a whistleblower tip. There are sometimes revocations of tax exempt status where somebody has to go back and pay taxes. There are fines, restitution orders, or even prison sentences if it's particularly egregious. Even despite all that, most nonprofits remain trustworthy engines of social good. uh many but not all. America's 501c3 frameworks are sort of born from this common understanding we have as Americans that together we can do good. We can voluntarily associate with one another and the government is happy to step in and kind of subsidize that by not having you pay taxes. There's been immense almost immeasurable public benefit when they're used properly. But the massive explosion of growth in 501c3s and other nonprofit organizations should cause us to all step back and evaluate the entire industry. We should demand proportional safeguards so that there's not the um invitation for abuse, much less the the room or the uh area for abuse. Nonprofits should not be given the benefit of the doubt. If there are legitimate questions about the donations or the expenses, there should be a sound and thorough investigation. Sustained transparency and accountability will ensure charities remain forces for good rather than, as many have become, vehicles for crime. And that is your opening [clears throat] statement. Um, I am going to cover something before I get back to the if I if I get into the the Tyler Robinson and Lance Twig stuff, I'm afraid I'll get too bogged down and then I'll never get back to the Butler stuff. And I and I just got too much to cover in order to spend more than tonight on this. So, I want to open here with a guy who has done yo men's work on the Butler, Pennsylvania assassination attempt on President Trump is a guy named John Cullen. If you don't follow him on Twitter, you probably don't know who he is, but he has done really good work on these on this issue. So, I want to open here with his tweet that kind of summarizes a situation, a sitrep. The round that hit the railing came from the trees. I'll show you that round in a second. There was a round that pierced a hydraulic pipe that also came from the trees. I'll show you that trajectory in just a second. There's a round that hit a guy who was sitting behind Trump to his left. That round also most likely came not from Thomas Matthew Crooks, but from the trees.And all this will make sense in a second, but I'm going to start with a very global conclusion and then I'm going to show you how we got there. Uh, the Secret Service Hercules team that was on the roof. We famously saw them. They were being shot at, they said. We'll show you that testimony in just a second. Uh, we'll show you where they turned towards the trees because that's where they believe the rounds were coming from. That is right there. >> You can see him now turning towards the tree. See how he has turned towards the trees. Let me get you oriented here because this is a little blurry. Um Thomas Matthew Krooks is to our left. If if this guy was facing Thomas Matthew Krooks, he would be facing this way where he was originally facing when he had eyes on that area. Then he hears bullet rounds coming. He looks up and he turns towards the trees where he hears the bullet rounds coming from. So, we're going to explain all this in just a second, but I'm starting with the conclusion for a reason because it's been a long time since the Butler assassination attempt. It's been a really long time. You'll notice this guy over here has now just gotten down, the guy on the right hand side. So, let me go through some of this now that we have sort of a lay of the land. Now that we sort of know where we're headed, let me show you how we get here. I'll show you the document I'm going to be using a lot for the next few minutes. It is a transcript of one of the cir Secret Service members who was on that roof that we just saw. His name has been redacted from the transcript. That's fine. I have no issue with that. But this was his testimony. He had a lawyer there. This was Friday, August 16th, 2024, just a month or so after the assassination attempt on um Donald Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania. This was in front of the permanent subcommittee on investigations, which is a subcommittee of the Committee of Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, and he is an officer technician in the US Secret Service. So, we will get to um some of the important parts of this. Let me start on page 13. Let me scroll down to page 13. We're going to start here on line 16. Wait, wrong page. There we go. Page 13. We're going to start right here. And you guys just read with me because this may be new information for a lot of you because this was absolutely covered up. This entire investigation was covered up. We have no idea what really happened. But I want these are the words of the Secret Service agent who was on the roof. He said, 'I heard more cracks, meaning he heard bullet sounds. I thought that my partner was hit due to the proximity of these whip-like cracks and the impact report. So the whip-like cracks is the rounds he hears whizzing by his heads. Those are the whip-like cracks. And the impact report, if you don't know what an impact report is, if if if um you ever been out plinking, you know, we call it plinking when you go out and shoot steel targets. You hear that noise? That's the impact report. Report just means the sound you get back. So if you hit wood, if you shoot a tree, it's more of a dull thud. If you shoot a plate of steel, it's kind of like a loud plink sound. and he's saying he thought his partner was hit due to the proximity of the whiplike cracks in the impact report. Due to my position that I took on the roof, my radio antenna was pointed more towards the ground.And the way that our radios really work is when they're vertical, the radio transmission spread horizontally. When I'm angled towards the ground, my radio transmission goes towards the ground. Well, that seems like a real problem. We got to get that fixed. We can't have unidirectional radio signals for our secret service team. Guys, tighten up. Get a regular radio. Uh, that also works on the receiving end. So, radio transmissions are they become spotty based on your orientation with the radio. I had no idea that was the case that we had such lousy equipment in the Secret Service. But here we are. But the next transmission I heard was that a local was moving up to the AGR rooftop. Meaning a local police officer was moving up to the AGR rooftop. The AGR rooftop was the location of Thomas Matthew Krooks. I'll show you an image of this in just a minute where everybody was. So he went over to the radio to say, "Send them up." Because I did not know who put that transmission over. And I was observing trying to spot this local on the roof. He all of the sudden emerged from the trees that were obstructing our view. And we followed him. One of the problems that this particular team had, there were two teams on a rooftop. This is the team that was closer to the AGR rooftop. But the problem is they were obstructed from Thomas Matthew And because of that obstruction, he was afraid to fire because he didn't want to accidentally hit a police officer. He said, "We were worried about a potential blue-on-blue incident because we knew there were locals in that area." From that point, the motorcade and the protectee, the protectee here in this case being the candidate Donald J. Trump, had begun packing up and leaving the site for the hospital. And that's when it was determined that my partner and I would split off and go to the hospital when I first noticed I did not have cell service. That's the first time I had heard that there was no cell service at the event, which is a little terrifying, frankly, that you have a Secret Service team, local police officer teams, and no cell service at a presidential candidate appearance, a former president of the United States appearing in public. No cell service. He even tried to pull up the address of the hospital and he couldn't get his emails to load because there was no cell service. My partner waited our way over to the hospital by driving outside the site and pinging off a different cell tower. As we were leaving, my partner's cell phone was able to pick up service, navigate to the hospital. I followed behind him. [clears throat] While we were at the hospital, we took a position on the rooftop. So, they're just back up there now providing cover for the Trump team. and my partner and I discussed the proximity of the rounds that were being fired at the site. Pay very close attention here because this is not part of the official narrative even though this is sworn testimony of a secret service officer. Somehow this is being left out of the official narrative. I asked my partner how close he thought and he looked at me and said, "I heard them on my right." So, let me give you a little a little visual of what this means. This is the officer on the right. I don't know if my camera is reversed or not. This is the officer over here on the right.>> [clears throat] >> This is the one talking and he says, "How far to your left were these rounds." The officer right here said, "They were on my right." Meaning he heard them that way and he heard them that way. There were rounds traveling between them. That's that's the implication of what he's saying is there were rounds to his left and his right. They were traveling So, how far apart were these guys? Let's go back here. How far apart were these guys? They were approximately six feet between him and I when we were on the rooftop at the main site. So, that's the first little piece of information here. That's the first little piece of information here. Now, I'll bring this back up in a second. There's more I want to show you about this, but I want to give you a layout of what the scene Well, I don't want to pull that one up here. This is a good one. This is a layout from the Irish Times. I don't know who created this graphic, but this will give you an idea of what we're talking about. So, this right here, see this red dot in the middle? This is where the president of the United States was speaking. This red dot right here, you see this up here? This black dot to the left, this black dot to the left right here, this is where the Secret Service snipers were. They were on the roof of this building. They were actually probably a little closer to the middle of that red dot. Thomas Matthew Krooks was all the way over here. See this water tower up here? Up here on the left. Follow me down here. And just below this water tower is this sort of building structure. on top of this building structure. You'll see right here uh location of suspected gunman's body. That dot right there in the middle, that's where the this guy was. So, if Thomas Matthew Krooks is the only one firing a weapon and he is shooting this way towards this red dot and these guys are up here, there would be no bullets whizzing between them. No bullets should be whizzing between these guys. If he's the only shooter and he's shooting towards the president, there should be no bullets whizzing at That gives you just a little bit of a uh an understanding there of uh what's going on. Now, I'm going to show you a different one. This was produced, I believe, by John Cullen. It's on his Twitter page. This will give you an idea what I'm talking about. So, this yellow line, see these this uh yellow line up here on the left? There's some guys up here. These are I think agents or or maybe police officers investigating where the shooter was. So, that's him right there. [clears throat] and he's taking allegedly shooting this way towards the president who's standing right here in the middle. And you'll see how far away the Secret Service snipers are. They should be taking no fire from this angle. Nobody should be whizzing between them. But if you're going to whiz something between them, this is really the only location you could do it from because of the way they were situated. They were kind of situated left to right like that. not this way. In other words, [clears throat] they were sort of in line with one another with Thomas Matthew Crooks over here. So, you couldn't really whiz a bullet between them. But if you're back here, you can whiz a bullet between them from back there. You can sort of shoot something between these people up here. Now, we're not talking about these Secret Service snipers on the right hand side.They're they're really largely irrelevant for what we're talking about tonight. This is the ones on the left hand building that we're talking about over here. Hercules team they called it. I think it was Hercules 2. I think this is Hercules one over here on the right. We're not worried about them. We're talking about Hercules 2 right here. And this makes sense that they would have heard the bullet whizzing between them from this direction because again, if you go back to that original video that I was showing you earlier, let me pull the sound down on it and I'll pull it back up again. And this is a little grainy, but you'll see what I'm talking about. See how they're kind of in a line to Matthew Crooks, Thomas Matthew Crooks. So, you can't he couldn't whiz a bullet between them. But see that big tree back there behind them? That that is a perfect location to whiz a bullet between them. And watch how he responds. See that? He hears the bullet whiz by him and he looks back there. They are trained to know where bullets And that's where he turned when he began taking fire. He turned at that tree back there. You put all this together and it looks like there was at least a second shooter behind them coming from the trees. They heard bullets whizzing between them and he turns back there and points his weapon that way to try to take out the threat. Now, Well, first let's look at it how it looked before the Trump event. This is a mapping program called Near Map. You can't go anywhere in the world and you can't get on any date, but they have a lot of dates in a lot of places. They just happen to have a location of the Butler crime scene. There is a red dot that has been placed approximately where the president of the United States was speaking. That is Monday, March 25th, March uh of 2024. That's about four months, three and a half months before the president spoke. Does anyone want to guess what that looks like one year later? Would you believe it? They paved over the crime scene. [laughter] It's the same spot one year later. They paved over the crime scene. They've Yet another eerie parallel. Yet another eerie parallel. So just again to show you this is right here would be where Thomas Matthew Krooks was right in this area right here. He was firing right there. Can you believe they left that uncovered? I mean you can almost throw a rock that far. Look at that. From there to there. They left it completely uncovered. From there to there. Boom. The tree where the Secret Service turned to face is over here. Um, actually right there. I think it's this one. That's the tree they turned to face. That's where they perceived the threat coming from was in this area right here. Now, there were a lot of witnesses who claimed to see someone on top of this fire uh water tower standing behind this thing on top of this water tower. I've not invested too much time in trying to figure that part of it out. And there was one person that thought a round may have come from one of these trees back here over the shoulder of Thomas Matthew Crooks towards the But it's wild, man. They paved over the crime scene. They put a building on top Someone asked why they are shooting at the snipers. If you want to taking out the sniper who might neutralize the threat will go a long way The only real danger to Thomas Matthew Krooks was being shot. Shooting the people who might shoot him would go a long way towards making sure he doesn't get shot or whoever else's.The longer he stays alive, let's say there's two shooters or three shooters. The longer he stays alive and looks like a threat, the longer the other shooters can continue doing their job and they can keep blaming it on this guy down here. Uh this is an interesting um fascinating thing. Uh, somebody said the other day that that he used a ladder to climb the roof. I don't believe that's accurate. I think he climbed up, if I'm not mistaken, right there on that. Um, I think he got up that way and then gets up on the building and then runs across these little bridges from building to building and ends up over. I'm pretty sure that's the that's the story. He entered from over here, walked through this parking lot, and I think he walked through this little area right here and climbed up on that on that uh air conditioning and got up there, if I remember the story correctly. It's been a long time since I've looked into this. But yeah, paved [clears throat] over the crime scene. There is now a building on top of the crime scene. I couldn't believe that when I saw it. I could not believe that when I saw it. Uh oh, I wasn't showing you guys any of that, was I'll go show you again. I pulled a Baron. Sorry, guys. Won't happen again. Probably will. Probably will happen again. All right, let me go back and show you this time. I pulled it down. I didn't mean to. All right, let's go over here. Let's go over here. All right, this is um he he came in this way. uh over here, walked around this fence here, and then uh made his way, I believe, onto the property somehow this way, and then walked between these two buildings here and walked over to I think that air conditioning unit, if I'm not mistaken, and climbed up right there onto the roof and then got on that roof and [clears throat] and then walked and used these little these little areas between are connected And I'm pretty sure he used those to go from roof to roof. Or maybe he walked into got on this one for somehow. He got on one of these air conditioning units in between. Got up on the roof and then started walking between the roof using these little sky bridges in between the buildings. I don't even know why those exist. And then eventually laid down right there. Um if you look at this on a vertical, you can actually see how it's wider right here where they washed it off. That's where he was laying. That's where they like powerwashed it off and it's it's not as aged. There's not as much mold and mildew up there because they power sprayed it off. They really cleaned the hell out of it. They got it cleaned up nice. [laughter] They got it cleaned up real nice. Uh but [clears throat] yeah, paved over the crime scene. Absolutely fascinating. Okay, one more thing I wanted to show you uh Uh yeah. Yeah. Okay. Let me go back to this here real quick. Go back to the transcript. I'll bring it back up for you. Uh we got to go to one more page. 68-71. and I will make it as big as I possibly can because I'm polite and I don't want you looking at little bitty text if you don't have to. All right, let's scroll down to page 68 real fast. Um, yeah. Here you go. With respect to your early testimony, I'm going to ask you this question, then we can pause. I didn't understand what you were saying, but I think based on what your council said, you were talking about the actual shots fired. You said your thought your partner was hit and then you said impact report. Were you asking for clarification about that? No, sorry.That's a That is a firearms term. Impact report meanings if a bullet strikes a piece of steel, the steel will ring. If the bullet impacts like a rock, it will sound different. But the report that I heard was different from anything I'd ever heard before in my life in that it sounded as if it was traveling through So what you were communicating when you said impact report that I heard the around impact of soft tissue did that turn out to be the case? No. My partner was not hit. I don't know how. And then to your understanding again referring to your opening, you believe that a shot fired that made impact in between you and your partner. Is that correct? I heard that report after the That's important. He heard that sound whizzing between him and his partner during the first volley of fire. If you remember, there was like bang, bang, bang. That's when Trump was hit. And so if we're to believe that those first two or three rounds were taken directly at Donald Trump and these guys are sitting like 75 ft behind Donald Trump on top of a building, then it's impossible to believe that those first shots also whizzed between them. It's not possible. It's It happened at the same time. meaning someone was firing at them at the same I was unsure of the proximity of the report of that realm, but it led me to believe it was so close it had struck my partner. Were you and your partner standing inches away, a foot away? We were maybe six feet from each other. And then they go talking about the difference between a shell and a projectile and it's kind of boring at that. Um then the lawyer kind of explains what he So that's the second thing I wanted to show. Was there a third one? Oh, yeah. Here. So, he's explaining why Um, since you've received confirmation that a Secret Service counter sniper did fire the weapon at Crooks. Yes, I heard that one of our teams, Hercules One, engaged the threat. And yeah, just engaged the threat. So, that was I guess another team had never mind. Anyway, [clears throat] so that's a little revisit of Butler. Suffice it to say, count me among those who do not believe that Butler, Pennsylvania, is solved and that it is what we were told it was. that a lone gunman from about 120 yards away on top of an unguarded roof planned and executed an event that resulted in a death in broad daylight at a public event with a high-profile political figure speaking. Tell me if that sounds familiar. Well, I don't believe that happened and I don't I think there's plenty of evidence to suggest that it did not at all happen. The reality is that that's precisely the set of facts that we're supposed to believe happened with Charlie Kirk. That in broad daylight with a high-profile political figure speaking, a lone gunman, also in his early 20s, planned and executed the event by himself, alone without any assistance. I don't believe it. From an unguarded roof about 120 yards away. I mean, the whole thing is so stupidly made up. The whole thing is so stupid to believe that that's exactly what happened again. Now, something new that's come out recently that I did not know. I think this has only come out in the last month or so, and I haven't heard anybody really talking about it. There's a company called Judicial Watch. It's a nonprofit run by a really jacked guy named Tom Fitten. I have no idea why he's so jacked. It's weird.It's a little weird he's so jacked, but he has been filing Tom Fitton and his group has been filing Freedom of Information Act requests for you overseas people. There's a theory in the United States that we Americans own all of our public records. And because we own them, we should have access to see them whenever we want. There might be a small cost associated with it because you you have to pay people to put the information together and all that but but that's generally as Americans that's how we operate that we have a right to see these records. The reality is the government does not want to give you these records. They stall, they delay, they don't want to turn them over. They don't want you investigating. They don't want you looking. They heavily redact. They get lawyers involved. They delay. But they finally uncovered some records after filing a Freedom of Information Act request, a FOYA request, or as Captain Power Pony tells us, a FOIA request. Let me just say I'm a huge fan of the Power Pony. I love the Battle Bun, but I am team Power Pony from here on out. The shows this week have been phenomenal. and she's had the little uh headband on and the power pony bag. I'm telling you guys, her hair will give you an idea of what the show's going to be like that day. And this this week's been stellar. Anyway, Judicial Watch announced today it forced the release of 27 heavily redacted um pages. A woman who attended the Trump rally was interviewed by the FBI and reported that Crooks had an altercation with a group of people in the area where the woman was standing prior to the shooting. The witness continued that she observed crooks climbing the building a short Did any of you have any of you ever heard that? that Thomas Matthew Krooks got in an altercation with a group of people in the area where he then climbed the building shortly after the interaction and she watched him. She observed him climbing the building. The report shows another rally inter attendee interviewed by agents said he also heard the altercation involving crooks at the rally. The report states he reported just before Donald Trump came on stage, Krooks was making hateful comments towards Trump. He wasn't sure if Krooks was filming the event or speaking with Uh July 17th report shows that a woman contacted the National Threat Operations Center to report she had attended the Trump rally in Butler and she had seen a suspicious individual who was acting very nervous in the parking lot and she took a picture of his Hyundai vehicle. Another 302 says a deputy with the Butler Sheriff's Office, whose name is redacted, tells investigators she was assigned to the Trump rally two days before the event and was provided with a map of the rally grounds one day prior to the event. No other formal briefings were provided. asked what the role of post 345 and six were. She was told the post were to monitor and make sure the fence line remained secure. Not involved in any of the planning for the rally. Not briefed on the use of deadly force prior to the event. Not familiar with the Butler Farm No other ops or plans were given to the position was between the two fence lines Sounds like a professional operation was taking place. [cough] Excuse [clears throat] me. I might have to hit the cough button. I It's not unlike what happened at the Charlie Kirk rally.You had a team that showed up who was wholly unfamiliar with the area the very night before or two nights before whenever it was that Dan Flood gets this text supposed text from one of the students that says, "Oh, by the way, there's a walkway above Charlie's head. Someone could throw a rock down on top of his head. You should probably block it off." And from that they're like, "I guess all the buildings are secure. I guess the If I'm paying for security or I'm a government person getting Secret Service protection, I hope I get better Charlie Kirk got. That's all I can say. I just want better than they got because I would like to walk out of the event alive without without a wound in my neck or ear. That's I I you know that's me. All right. Now I need to shift gears We have a filing that was recently uncovered in the uh Tyler Robinson case and right on the front of it we get all the fireworks. We don't have to dig far through this to find out the big to-do of this and why in my opinion this is hugely problematic. Here is the first page of it. Opposition to the defendants's application for certificate for attendance of out ofstate witness. This is the state saying that the court should deny the defendant's application. So what they're saying is the the defense is saying, "No, no, no, no. You can't just introduce a document that Lance Twig signed. You got to bring him in and we get to cross-examine him." And what the state is saying is, "No, no, no, no, no. We're just going to introduce a document. We're not going to There's a statement Lance Twigs gave on Let me see if I can make this as big as possible for you. September 11th, 2025, just after Tyler Robinson turned himself in, Mr. Twigs gave a statement to investigators. Great. Is that the statement we're going to see at the preliminary hearing? Uh, no. No, it's not. In fact, because on April 20th, 2026, and we're going to look at this date in a second and tell you why I think it's problematic. On April 20th, 2026, September to October, November, December, January, February, March, April, 7 months, and 9 days later. 7 months and 9 days later. lot of water can flow under a bridge in seven months and nine days. Not a single cell in his body is the same seven months and nine days later. In preparation for the preliminary hearing, Mr. Twigs gave a recorded statement under oath. After an admonition that any false statement would be punishable by law and could be charged as obstruction of justice, Mr. Twigs was also given use immunity by [clears throat] the United States office and the Utah County Attorney's Office, meaning his statements at the April 20 meeting could not be used against him. By way of everybody who's ever watched a cop show knows when they show up to you, they say you have a right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law if you don't want to say anything. In the United States, we have something called the fifth amendment. It's a right against self-inccrimination. In other words, if something I say could be used as evidence against me, I don't have to say it. You can't make me speak in a way that will incriminate myself. I have a right to not do that. You have to collect evidence without my cooperation. In other words, without my testimony.But a lot of times in a criminal case, a prosecution can't meet their burden, their very high burden of convincing a jud a judge or jury beyond a reasonable doubt, a factf finder beyond a reasonable doubt someone committed a crime. Unless they give someone immunity because they have to have some testimony to put you away. They can't just show up in court and say, "I'm pretty sure he did it." Well, do you have any witnesses? No. No one's going to talk cuz they're all guilty. No, you can't do that. But if he was given immunity, it means he's committed a crime or potentially he's committed a crime. What that crime is, they didn't tell us. Maybe we'll be able to tell when we read the immunity, when we read the testimony, we'll be able to tell what the crime was, but he was given immunity to testify. His April 20 statement was consistent with his September 11 statement. Then let's just use the September 11 statement. Why do we need the April 20 statement? Why can't we just use the September 11 statement? Are we going to see the September 11 statement? Do we have a copy of it? Is it going to be produced in evidence? Why did we need a second statement if it In the statement, Mr. Twigs described several of defendants statements to him. Defendant being Tyler Robinson. So in the statement, I'm assuming the April 20 statement, Mr. Twigs described several of the defendants statements to Mr. Twigs, that defendant killed Charlie Kirk, that he hid the firearm, that he disposed of his clothing, and that he told Mr. Twigs not to speak to law enforcement. Most of these statements were through electronic messages from defendant and one came from a handwritten note. So nothing actually from the mouth of Tyler Robinson is what we're being told. These intimate lovers who live together furally gayely. didn't speak about it even though we've seen text messages that suggested they were together after the fact that Lance Twigs did actually go to their shared home while Tyler Robinson was there. That at least were planning to have that happen. in the text messages we saw on the um on the arrest affidavit on the arrest uh excuse me on the search warrant affidavit but these statements came in two forms according to uh this April 20 statement they came from electronic messages meaning text messages discord messages or from a single handwritten note and whether or not we still have that handwritten note is yet to be determined So, at the preliminary hearing, the state will offer that April 20th, not the September 11th statement, but the April 20th statement, as well as photographs of defendants messages, which were found on his phone. And you guys know how easy those are to fake. Have two people text each other, change the contact, boom, you've got you've got messages, you can make them So, that's what's happening. Now, why is April Why am I fixating on this April 20th date? Why does that bother me so much? Well, a lot happened between September 11th and April 20th. For example, the Twigs family purchased a home. Yeah, we do. I think we have everything adequately uh redacted here. The Twigs family purchased a home. This is a general warranty deed. Uh we got the grantees here. We've hidden the mailing address. We've got whatever. But that that that is a home. That's a warranty deed. So, that's one thing that happened that happened in June of 2024. And so, we have a home in June of 2024 purchased by warranty deed by the Twigs family.Well, anything happened after the fact? Yeah. The the the the home that was purchased has now been transferred into a family trust. It's no longer in the names of these people. It's now in a family trust. Here's the specialty warranty warranty deed where the grantors transfer it into Okay, that's a little different. So that's 3 months or so after the thing. Is that is that the only thing they done? No, as a matter of fact, it's not the only thing they did because shortly before they transferred that into a family trust, they actually bought another home. So, now we're owners of two homes. We've got this warranty deed here, December 4th, 2025. We've got a new mailing address, but we have a new home that's been added to the family uh wealth. Okay, so that's 3 months afterwards. Is that the only thing that's happened since September 11th, 2025? No, we actually have a new LLC that's been opened up for the Twigs family. This is March 5th, 2026. We have Greystone Development LLC opened in the state of Utah. Notice the mailing address is in Houston, but the principal office address is in St. George, Utah. So, we've now added a home that's gone from their personal names to a trust. We've got a new home that's been added. That's two things. We've got an LLC that's been opened in March. Is that the only thing that happened after September 11th and before We actually have yet another company that was opened, not just Greystone. But this is a company named Red Dirt Empire. Another company that's been opened here This one here, Red Dirt Empire, Inc. was opened by Jerry the father in the city of Houston and Amy the mother. And there's another child and we've actually redacted her first name because she's it it's it's pretty uh it's pretty unique name. It'd be pretty you know Jerry and Amy aren't that unique. The kid's name is pretty unique. So we've got Greystone LLC. We got Red Dirt Inc. We've got a new home. We've got a home being transferred into a trust. Is that the only thing that's happened between September 11th and April 20th? No. No. Believe it or not, even more has happened. We also have a charity. This gets to my opening statement. We now have a charity that's been opened. From the Twigs family for some reason, they're going into the charity business. The Faith and Family Charity right there. Faith and family charity. Jerry Jerry, Amy, and sister. Okay, so we have a home being transferred into a trust, a new home purchased. We've got an LLC, an Inc., We actually have the website of the Faith and Family Foundation if you want to see this fancy charity they've got Serving families, strengthening communities, building a generational legacy of compassion. The hell does that mean? The Faith and Family Foundation exists to strengthen families, restore dignity, and empower communities through faith inspired compassion and hands-on service. Our work is inspired by faith grounded in family expressed through practical support locally and around the world. Oh. Oh, are we going to Romania? Are we going to Romania with this charity? This one on March 9th. We've covered the name of this because it's uh it's identifiable. Something Development LLC. A lot going on in March in the Twigs family. Is that the only thing? Because we have the house going into a trust, a new house, Greystone LLC, Red Dirt, Inc., we've got a charity opening up. We've got LLC number one that we had to redact. So, we're at we're at six items now taking place in the month or so before this. Is that the only thing happening? There can't possibly Yeah, there can. We've got yet another LLC being opened up in March of 2026. This is again, this is an identifiable name, so we've redacted it, but there's Jerry Twigs. There's Houston, Texas. What the hell's going on in the Twigs family all of a sudden? I can assure you these are not wealthy people. Or they were not wealthy people before. I mean, they weren't poor, but they weren't upper middle class. They were just solidly middle class people. Like many people, they had, you know, a lot of title action on their primary Is that the only thing? No, actually, there's yet one more LLC. This one on March 20th. We're up to eight items, by the way, if you're keeping track at home. Here is item number eight. Yet another LLC. We've covered the name of that because of how identifiable it is, but this is March 20th. There's your LLC. Jerry Twigs, Houston, Texas. Amy And it's going into the family trust, one of the initial governing people. So, you see why I'm a little weirded out by the April 20th statement date. They had seven and a half months to get a statement from Tyler, I mean from Lance Twigs, but they don't get the statement in September. That's not the statement they want to use. That's not the statement they want to use. They don't get a statement in October when it's still fresh on his mind. You know, they can say, "Hey, we we didn't quite get the statement we wanted out of you. Can you come back in? Let's get another statement." No, no, no. Not in October. That would be too easy. Uh m Mr. Lance, Mr. Lance, Mr. Can you come in? Can you come in in November? It would only been a couple of months since the big shebang and we get we get while it's fresh on your mind. No, no, no, no. They didn't do it in November. Not over the Thanksgiving holiday. Not over Not over the Martin Luther King holiday in January. Not after Not over Valentine's Day in February. Not over the spring uh uh uh whatever it's called, the equinox or whatever. No, no, no, no. Not over that. Not over spring break in March.They don't get this statement from him and not until the home is put in a trust, a new home is purchased, another an LLC is opened up in March 5th, an Inc. is opened up on March 6th. A charity is opened up on March 9th. The charity website opens up on March 28th. A LLC number two or three or four, whatever it is, opens up on March 9th. And another one opens up on March 9th. And then another company opens up on March 20th. Only then, only then can Lance Twigs, Only then can Lance Twigs give his statement. Call me skeptical. I'm very, very skeptical about all this economic activity taking place, particularly the charity. You guys seem to have a lot going on. Why are you opening a charity the month before your son gives a statement? And you know with a charity when they take the money and they don't have to tell anyone where the money came from. It could come from overseas. It can come from large corporation. It can come from a private individual. It can come from the government. It can come from anyone. And they can hire themselves. We've looked at some charities on this program where people spend upwards of 80 plus percent of the money on salaries for themselves and expenses for themselves. So someone gives you $100,000, you pay yourself $80,000 to run the charity and you spend 20 on charitable purposes and boom, you've done yourself a good job. All on the up and up, too. It's all legal. Anybody comes in and asks you about it, you say, "Oh, yeah. We opened a charity and so and so ran it. I mean, we're just out here serving the public. We're just out here serving the public, sir. Spreading the family message around the globe. Maybe they give you $500,000. Well, you got to hire the daughter, you got to hire the dad, you got to hire the mom, you got to have your travel expenses, you got to have office space. Got to lease that out of your own home. Just a lot going on. A lot going on. And I don't know that I would worry about it as much if Lance Twig's statement from September 11th was the one being used. But there's something that obviously they didn't get out of the September 11th statement from him that they need or they feel like they need. And now that they're seven, eight, nine months into this thing, they say, "Oh my gosh, we need you to say this also." Oh, I got a charity opened up. I don't know. I mean, I'm not suggesting that's what I guess I sort of am suggesting that might be what happened. Um, but I don't I don't know for sure. I don't know for sure. Typically, if you have two independent sources, you can report something. I typically don't report things with one source. I've done it, but I don't like to. So, I reported that Blake Nev worked for Stu Peters. Stu Peters after the show put a 44 second clip of me saying that and then said this in response. Blake Nef was hired as a contributing writer for the Stu Peters network after Fox fired him. Now he's at TPUSA defending Israel and the official Charlie Kirk story. Great writer, but super weird and an ideological who flips for money and access. I guess I was right. [laughter] I got a bad habit of that, ladies and gentlemen. It's not the last time it'll happen. It's not the last time. Um, then he goes on to say this. Then he goes on to say this and then I'll give my final thoughts on this issue. Stu says pressured. Going back through my text with Blake Nef. It's eerie how similar the pressure he was putting on me to stay away from Israel is to the pressure Charlie was under. And I want to point something out here. was working at the Daily Caller under Tucker Carlson and he goes with Tucker Carlson to Fox News and it's the number one cable news show in America. Ridiculous numbers. Basically Blake Nef was with Tucker Carlson at his peak. He gets fired from Fox News and he ends up at Stu Peters about the time Stu is on a generational run. Stu had never been to higher heights than he was at during this period of time. This would have been like uh 2020ish uh to 2022ish, we'll call it right in that area right in there. And I believe Blake was still there as late as 2023, maybe into 2024 while he was working at the Charlie Kirk show. I can't I can't state that part with certainty, but I know he was still there on October 7th, 2023. I was told that. So Blake is now at Stu Peters while Stu Peters is on a generational run. Then he leaves and he goes to work for the Charlie Kirk show while Charlie Kirk is on a generational run and the number one podcast in America. Have we been reading Blake Nef all Yes, he was doing war gaming with the Marine War College while he was working with Tucker Carlson. But have we been Because when I read that line about Stu Peters saying that Blake Nef was applying similar pressure to him that Charlie Kirk expressed that he was feeling on the nation of Israel was like I've always just looked at Blake as some like nerdy little happy to have a job guy. But is it possible Blake is being sort of pushed into certain positions by certain people that are behind the scenes that we don't know about? And ooh, this guy's on a run.
