Welcome. You guys were wrong. It's not yellow. It's not gray. It's army green or whatever kind of uh retired green this is. I don't think they use this anymore. I think they've been using the uh the desert shade for a while. But welcome in. Welcome in. Welcome in. Not Kermit the Frog green. No, no, no. This is some sort of army green. Um I love this color. I shall forever be known as Candace Green. Candace Green. Um guys, we got a lot to talk about tonight. Tonight's going to be an interesting show. I think it's an important show. It's a show that uh we need to go back into the basics. As we talk about going back to the basics, this is an important part of going back to the basics. And what I mean by that is what did the people on the ground think they heard and saw. We know what the media tells us. We know what the official narrative is. We don't know what it was. We haven't seen a lot of it. Frankly, I've only shown a few clips here and there. We don't know a ton about what the people on the ground told us. they heard in Saul. So, we have a litany of witnesses we'll hear from tonight. There's a common theme among the litany of witnesses and we'll draw some conclusions based on that common scene. But, welcome in. That's an insanely high number. I'm not sure. I want to know what I look like in 72 inch plasma or or LCD or whatever you guys are watching on. But nevertheless, nevertheless, um I do know um Candace had a bit of an issue at the start of her program for whatever reason. And I don't think those things are necessarily weird or or uh I don't think they're out of the blue. I don't think they're coincidental. Um so I'm curious if we'll have any issues. Last night, people were saying there were some uh there were some sound issues right out of the gate. So, maybe maybe we'll get through without any technical difficulties. Maybe we'll get through and everything will be absolutely crystal clear. Uh good evening grumblers over there on the left hand side of the desk. Good evening and good evening everyone else. It's something I've hinted at before. I've talked about it a few times. It's going to be a continuation of our Patsy series. We've talked about uh how people become psies. I actually had an interesting text conversation just moments ago with a friend about sometimes how people become psies. And um tonight's open sort of leans into that, continues that series a little bit. And then we will do a brief bit of um of political news just because there's some breaking news that I think is tied together and I'd like to show you how I tie the news together. Uh and then we will get into the topic of the evening which is who saw what and who heard what most important.So without further delay, ladies and gentlemen, without further delay, I will launch into what I think is a really fun opening. I know most of you have heard this story. Most of you probably haven't heard all the details. And when you do hear all the details, I think it'll shock you. It certainly shocked me as I started digging into it. I learned things today putting this open, putting the finishing touches on this open. I didn't know. So, there's even more detail to this than most people realize. But here we go. If you are indeed ready, buckle your safety harness, grab a hold of your seat. We're going to get going. Here is your opening statement. Actually, let me Oo, that water was boiling about 4 minutes ago. All right, here we go. In the spring of 2020, as the CO 19 pandemic gripped the United States, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer implemented strict lockdown measures allegedly aimed at curbing the spread of the virus. These measures included stay-at-home orders, business closures, mask mandates. Unsurprisingly, telling Americans they must shutter their businesses and lock themselves in their own homes sparked a fair bit of widespread controversy. Some viewed these measures as necessary steps to preserve public health. Others saw them for what they were. Tyrannical overreach, destruction of constitutional rights, infringement on personal freedoms, and more. Anti-government sentiment boiled over. Protests erupted at the Michigan State Capital in Lancing, where armed demonstrators stormed the building in April of 2020. The unrest gave the FBI a good opportunity to monitor online chatter in militia circles. Social media platforms and encrypted chats began buzzing with Bellose bluster targeting politicians, including Governor Gretchen Whitmer. One such group was the Wolverine Watchmen. The Wolverine Watchmen was a loosely organized militia formed on Facebook for firearms training and survivorist activities. The FBI's involvement intensified when an informant, an Army veteran named Dan Chapel, joined the group after alerting authorities to alarming posts about targeting police. Recruited as a confidential source, Chapel embedded himself deeply into the Wolverine Watchmen. In fact, Chapel rose as high as second in command. His reports to the FBI fed into a broader investigation that uncovered discussions of kidnapping Whitmer from her vacation home in Northern Michigan, blowing up a bridge to hinder the rescue, and holding a mock trial for treason. By October of 2020, the FBI had announced the arrests of 14 men. They hailed it as a thwarted domestic terror plot. However, defense claims soon emerged that the scheme was not organic at all. In fact, it looked a lot like an amplified FBI orchestration, which raised legitimate questions of enttrapment. The FBI's role in the Whitmer plot went far beyond passive surveillance. Informants and undercover agents actively shaped events through their words, logistics, and encouragement. the defense attorneys argued crossed into inducement. I'll pause at this point and say a lot of this is my opinion the way I look at the news. At least 12 informants and two undercover operatives were embedded in the group. They handled nearly every facet of the operation from inception to execution. Their actions included organizing meetings, providing resources, suggesting violent ideas, and proddding reluctant participants. often while overlooking the crimes of their own informants.Dan Chapel, the key informant camed Thor or Big Dan, was a central figure. Chapel was in an Iraq war veteran. He worked as a mailman. He infiltrated the Wolverine Watchmen after flagging a Facebook post about using a hunting app to track police. The FBI paid Chapel over $54,000, including $24,000 in cash and reimbursements for expenses like losing his home. He quickly became second in command, teaching military tactics such as room breaching and building clearing. These were skills drawn from YouTube, but approved by his FBI handlers who said, quote, "You can do what's on YouTube." End quote. Chapel prodded the alleged ring leader, Adam Fox, to refine plans and recorded calls. In one such call, Fox discussed hog tying Whitmer for public display. And Chapel offered training support, saying he'd help organize. In fact, Chapel drove members to events, paid for gas, food, and lodging. FBI special agents Jason Chambers and Henrik Impola served as Chapel's FBI handlers. They explicitly directed his efforts. In a September 2020 text, FBI special agent Chambers told Chapel, quote, "The mission is to kill the governor specifically end quote." FBI special agent Impila texted Chapel to quote maximize attendance at surveillance of Whitmer's home and instructed him to invite specific suspects like Daniel Harris, Ty Garbin, and Brandon Caserta. During a nighttime recon trip to Whitmer's Birch Lake Cottage, Chapel drove a vehicle that included two informants and two undercover agents. They ensured the group proceeded despite mishaps like getting the wrong address from the FBI. At the direction of the FBI, Chapel allegedly encouraged the unwitting leader Fox to draft a manifesto outlining the plot. What good is a crime without a manifesto? Chapel also recruited others and provided snacks and transportation to keep momentum. When group members hesitated, such as Caleb Franks, saying kidnapping was not cool, Chapel became insistent and persistent and drew them back in. Another informant working with the team was Steve Steven Roberson. Roberson had a lengthy criminal record that included fraud, theft, and a no context plea to sex with a youth. His role was to amplify the plot's scope. The FBI paid Roberson nearly $20,000. Robeson organized key gatherings and funded them through fake charity scams the FBI ignored. He created a private Facebook group called Michigan Patriot 3enters, announced Fox as a commanding officer, and urged violent planning against officials. Roberson invited Barry Croft to a meeting in Dublin, Ohio, where the kidnapping was first seriously floated. Roberson paid for hotels and food to boost turnout. He persistently called reluctant attendees like Jeremy Deer and pestered them until they agreed to go along with the plan. At one training meeting, Roberson demonstrated tactics and discussed manufacturing weapons. During another meeting, he approved an undercover agents pipe bomb video, exclaiming, "Oh, yeah." Roberson also handled illegal firearms. He acquired and resold a 50 caliber sniper rifle, but because he was a felon, it was illegal for him to have possession of any firearm. The FBI overlooked these felonies to maintain his utility. He invited another member to help conduct surveillance and instructed FBI informant Chapel to destroy footage captured in an effort to avoid exposure. Undercover agents further escalated by posing as enablers. Timothy Bates aka Red was an explosives expert.Red introduced the idea of blowing up the Elk River Bridge near Whitmer's home and actually went as far as offering quantities of the explosive compound C4, quoting prices like 1,600 bucks, maybe a,000 bucks. He showed videos of bombs destroying vehicles led close quarter combat training at a September event. Red had previously encouraged violence in Colorado by offering a $500 hitman. Another agent, known only as Mark, rode in a surveillance vehicle and offered to manufacture weapons. Agents hid recording devices in things like key fobs to capture conversations while informants coordinated acts like field training exercises. FBI agents like Chambers and Impila set rules allowing deception and ignored armed plans such as a potential grenade at a capital protest. After his arrest and during a five-hour interrogation, agents coerced the FBI informant Robersonson into silence, saying, quote, "A saying we have in my office is, we don't let facts get in the way of a good story." Right? And also, we now have the power, right? We now know we have leverage. End quote. They had Robersonson sign an NDA and used his crimes against him as leverage to prevent testimony that could expose the FBI's enttrapment. Jeremy Plunk, another informant, co-administered the Facebook group and handled an illegal rifle. These interventions, the funding, the organizing, the suggesting of tactics, the pressuring participants, they transformed loose talk into actionable steps. informance. Informants turned big talkers into conspirators by providing opportunities and applying excessive pressure. Defense attorneys argued that no viable plot actually existed at all without the insistence of FBI agents and informants. The Whitner Whitmer kidnapping plot trials unfolded over multiple years. To put it mildly, they yielded mixed results. Juries appeared skeptical towards the government's case amid enttrapment allegations. Of the 14 people who were charged, nine were convicted or entered a guilty plea and five were acquitted. Federal trials began in March of 2022, Adam Fox and Barry Croft Jr. Both were portrayed as ring leaders and both faced conspiracy to kidnap and use weapons of mass destruction. Their first trial ended in a hung jury with two codefendants outright acquitted as jurors doubted predisposition beyond government inducement. Ty Garbin and Caleb Franks pleaded guilty earlier receiving reduced sentences. Garbin cooperated and received two and a half years. Franks cooperated and received four after agreeing to testify against the others. In the retrial, Fox and Croft were convicted on all counts. Fox received 16 years in prison. Croft received 19 years and seven months. In that trial, judges explicitly rejected entrapment as a matter of law. They cited pre-existing violent rhetoric like Fox's calls for brute force and Croft's prior advocacy for violence. State trials followed in in uh Jackson. Pete Musicico, Joseph Morrison, and Paul Bolar were convicted of aiding terrorism and gang membership and were sentenced to ranges of 7 to 20 years. Sean Fix and Brian Higgins pleaded guilty and received probation with short terms of incarceration. The final trial acquitted Eric Molader and twin brothers Michael and William Null of material support for terrorism and firearm charges. Jurors in that case were allowed to consider entrapment and they cited heavy informant involvement as undue influence.Of course, as happens after a conviction, appeals naturally followed for those convicted. In April of 2025, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld Fox and Croft's convictions in a 300 ruling, affirming sufficient evidence of predisposition and deeming any trial errors, like excluding some informant communications as harmless error. The panel noted jury exposure to a host of video and audio recordings showing defendants active participation without reluctance. The outcomes fuel debate on FBI tactics in domestic extremism cases. Acquitts and the initial hung jury are clear evidence of public distrust when they are allowed to consider enttrapment as a factor. This is further amplified by revelations like the leaked Robersonson interrogation tape showing agents prioritizing their desire to preserve their preferred narrative over allowing an investigation where all of the facts are available for review. The legacy of the Gretchen Whitmer Whitmer kidnapping plot is in my opinion quite clear. Rather than investigating a potential crime, the government took active steps to facilitate it. This isn't what the average person wants the FBI doing. It puts people's lives in jeopardy and erodess faith in law enforcement. It breeds distrust. In short, it isn't right. While prosecutors hailed the convictions they managed to procure as victories against real dangers, when you consider the split verdicts, the hung juries, and the low conviction rates of around 50% of those charged, it underscores the fine line between crime prevention and crime provocation. And that is, ladies and gentlemen, that is your opening statement. Now, why am I talking psies? because I think we've got a case of a psy and a lot of times people don't understand how psy's come to be. I know that because I get comment after comment after comment emails I get I get um I don't know I get a lot of feedback that people say I don't understand how Tyler Robinson would end up being a psy role he would play. I don't understand how it comes to be. Well, this is how you say a few stupid things online and all of a sudden there are people proddding you and poking you and pushing you along. That's how that is how you become a psy or you've committed some illegality and they've got you by the hook and they just encourage you. We'll get to some of those later. Uh but that is that is your opening statement. All right. So, I got to get to a couple pieces of news here real quick because I think I have evidence the war in Iran is going poorly. And here is that evidence. Uh Trump says the Iran war will end very soon. Um this originally was supposed to last a few days, then we were told a month or so, and now we're told it's going to end very soon. I think that's probably evidence it's not going nearly as well as we've been told. Oil shot up high. A lot of our allies have been attacked and and this is the key kicker here. Trump speaking to Russian leader Vladimir Putin about the war. Uh so if that began on Feb February 28th, we're on what day nine or 10 of the war. So hopefully it's a a short deal. I don't have a ton on it. I just wanted to say that. Here's another reason I think it's going to end quickly. I saw this headline. I thought, "Aha, now I see what's happening. Now I see what's happening. It's backfiring. It's backfiring. Bright red Texas. Bright red Texas. We're at risk of having a Democrat senator come out of bright red Texas.Uh Talerico holds a small lead over Carin and Paxton in the US Senate race. And if you scroll down here, they have a nice little thing. Check out these favorable unfavorables. Republicans are getting murdered right now. Cornin and Paxton's favorable numbers are 25 and 30. That's on par with like I mean that that's lower than most politicians you've ever heard of. Their unfavorable rates are 54 and 53. That's more than half of Texans voters, Texan voters. That means fully one out of four people have an unfavorable opinion more than have a favorable opinion of Paxton. And uh Cornin is about the same. is really really not doing well. The Democrat is pulling pretty favorably. Obviously, he hadn't been battle tested yet. They'll throw some hits at him and drop that number down. His unfavorable rise a little bit, but that's a that's a bad deal. And if you go down here and look, he's actually beating both of the Republicans headtohead right now. Terico the Democrat 44, Cornin the Republican 43. If you switch to the other way, Talico 47, Paxton 45. And so if you're if you're a Democrat in Texas, you got to feel pretty good about I cannot imagine a scenario where a Democrat wins Texas, but we'll find out. And if it happens, that's not going to that that does not bode well for the the rest of the country. Uh if you can't hold Texas, you're in bad shape. You're in bad shape. So, that is the way I'm looking at the global news situation right now. The way the war in Iran obviously not nearly as popular as we're led to believe, not going nearly as well as we're led to believe. So much so that it's weighing down on races down the ballot and it's at risk of absolutely decimating Republicans in the election. Uh I saw someone say, "Don't believe polls." I believe polls. Why? Because they're almost always right. They're almost always right. Now, a poll months before an election may not be right. It's only March. The election's in November. The the poll nine months out may not be right, but I do believe it's an accurate snapshot of today. Uh in fact, I've done a lot of polling. I've read a lot of polling. I've reviewed a lot of polling in 25 years of following politics. They might be off a couple of points, but they're not off 10. Usually, they're not off 10, 15, 20. They're they're usually pretty good. They're usually pretty close. So, um yeah, they don't call everybody. That's not the nature of statistical polling. But anyway, all right. I have one leftover question I've had to answer, and we finally found an answer. And then we'll get into the uh bulk of the we'll get into the bulk of the content for tonight. There's one leftover question that's been bugging me and it's been staring me right in the face and I had this video last week and it's been right there the whole time and we found it. Um, the question that that I could not find the answer to is why was Erica Kirk being interviewed? What was the nature of the interview for Erica Kirk? What is it that Charlie saw in her? What was it Tyler Boyer saw in her? What was it that they were going to have her do? She said she was getting a Why did he invite her to dinner? Why did he invite her to talk about it? What was the job? We now have an answer. She's given us the answer in a poll, in a uh in a uh Q&A, in an interview. And I but now I do. And now you're going to know it as well here because I'm going to play this clip for you. And it gives it it just outlines it perfectly.We watched a little bit of this last week and she may have given the answer and we didn't catch it. But here is what Erica Kirk was asked to do for TPUSA. This was the guise of the interview that Charlie was going to interview her. You know, he went to New York. He said, "Let's meet at Bob's Burgers." She'd never been to Bob's Burgers. I don't know why she makes such a big point about that, but she'd never been But we we now know what the position was and I will let her explain it here. >> The our family friend was like, "You need to meet the owner, blah blah blah." And he turns around and I was like, "Oh, hi. You're the guy from the ticket line." Oh, I did was so koi. I was like, "Oh, nice to meet you." Like, "I have to get back to New York, so I'll see you again soon, I think." And so he had discussed the mutual family friend worked for Charlie and they were trying to get me to do like a faith component within Turning Point USA. A faith component within Turning Point USA. I never knew why they were asking her to do. I didn't know if they wanted her to be a secretary, if they wanted her to lead a division, if they wanted her to go into marketing, if they wanted her to to model for pictures. I had no idea what they wanted her to do. I had no idea whatsoever. But apparently this idea of TPUSA faith 2020, I guess 2020ish. Apparently the um the TPUSA faith component was something that had been in in the works for years and I had no idea. I had no idea. So that's it. I saw someone say balance the audio. Is it too loud on the Is it me that's loud or is it her that's loud or I don't know. Um but that's it. That's that's all I wanted to play from that. We're we're making good time. We're making good time. But apparently there was a TP US fa faith component in the works. And I had no idea. I had no idea that that was a something on their agenda back in 2018 because he went to interview her in what they say September of 2018. August of August, September, October of 2018. They didn't launch TPUSA Faith till 2020, but apparently at least I know we can't take her word, but whatever. Um, apparently there was a TPA TPUSA faith component even that early on. Okay, now I want to jump into the content tonight. I want to jump into the main meat of what I want to talk about, but I want to set it up this way. I think I've told this story before. Um, a single eyewitness might not be a very good eyewitness. You know, you don't know what they saw. You don't know where they were positioned. You don't know how good their eyesight is, how good their hearing is. Are they mentally stable, but by the time you start triangulating an eyewitness, you get two, three, four people and they kind of tell you they saw the same thing. Oh, yeah, the light was red when he went through the intersection. Oh, okay. Well, a single eyewitness tells you that, you're like, "Yeah, maybe the light was red. Maybe the light wasn't red." But, but if you get three people telling you the light's red, you're like, "The light might have been red." You get 10 people telling you the light's red, you're like, "That's pretty compelling evidence that the light was red." You get 20, 25 or more people telling you the light was red. You think the light was probably red? Like I I think it's pretty definitive at this point. But what if all of them are telling you the light was red and then the news media comes along and tells you the light was green?You hear it on Fox News, you hear it on CNN, you hear it on ABC, you hear it on NewsNation, Newsmax. Everybody's telling you the light is green. In fact, you hear it so often you believe the light is green because you watch the news. You pay attention. Everybody on social media is echoing that the light was green. And you think, "Yeah, the light must have been green." And then you never go back and listen to what the eyewitnesses had to say. You never go back and you never say, "Well, wait a minute. There were 10 people at the scene who said the light was red. Why is the news so insistent the light was green? Does that make sense?" Well, we dug and dug and dug. I showed a few clips the other night of people saying what they heard. I wondered how many more there were. We just spent a little bit of time, a few hours, and dug and dug and dug and were able to find out what witnesses were saying at the scene. What is it they heard? It's important. It's important. Um, we're going to hear from a guy named Henry Dells. Henry Dells tells us what he heard. But before he tells us what he heard, he does a couple of other interviews where he talks about Hunter Kak, the last person to ever ask Charlie Kirk a question. Uh Henry Dells, by way of introduction, was the first person at the event to ask Charlie Kirk a question. He spent about eight minutes back and forth with Charlie Kirk. Charlie under the tent, Henry Dell's at the microphone. They were talking about the LDS faith. They were talk at, you know, Charlie famously said, "Oh, I love my Mormon friends." And they and every the crowd went crazy because he's in Utah. It was a It was a nice moment. It was a sweet moment. And Henry Dells was such a good sport about it. He was asking questions that, you know, admittedly were kind of tough questions. Charlie was throwing back answers. They were having a good back and forth. And at the end, the crowd was like, "All right, move on." And so he moves on and then steps up to the microphone, Hunter Kak, who asked the very now infamous question about transgender violence. Bang. right as he's asking the question But there's an interesting interview that Henry Dells had given with CNN and I want to play a clip of it because he talks very specifically about the question Hunter Kak posed to Charlie Kirk and conversations he had had with before Hunter Kak asked the question. Now, we covered last week, I think it was Wednesday and Thursday last week, part one and two with Hunter Kak. We covered about how Hunter Kak's question was preapproved. You didn't watch that, go back and watch. There's a part one and a part two on Hunter Kak, but we talked about how the question was pre-approved. But let's get Henry Dell's take on the question. What he was under what what was his impression was going to be asked because it's a it's an interesting it's an interesting dynamic when you consider what it is he was told. Now I can't make this any louder. This is as loud as it possibly will go. I can't help it that it it doesn't transmit nearly as loudly. So I'll back up a little bit and start getting softer so that it won't be quite as shocking. >> Question. It was a man before the event started. Uh what can you tell us about that conversation when you were talking about your your questions, the chance >> Yeah. Um after we each kind of got selected, they picked about four or five of us to be at the front of the line.Uh we each kind of had about five five to six minutes where we just kind of discussed like, hey, like what are we going to talk about? What what are your questions and what are your questions? You know, there was a lady that was going to talk about some abortion issues, which was understandable. Charlie talks about them all the time. other was some racial issues and his was transgenderism and you know the why people feel like they are something that they earned and uh I never got anything out of that or even heard anything where he was going to refer to anything about shooting. Uh I think it's I don't I mean I don't know if it was purposeful or not or what the whole thing was but it was shocking to me just uh looking back after the events the sequencing of everything and uh I think uh it kind of I'm intrigued by that. I'm intrigued by that. I'm intrigued by uh Henry Dell's recollection of saying that there was going to be a question about the issue of transgender violence. No guns, no anything like that. He gave another interview. He gave another interview um where he basically says the same thing. He dials it down. What this tells me is Henry Dells, at least before he was approached and gotten to, Henry Dells was pretty confident that there was something here. There was something to the fact that Hunter Kak did not mention that there was going to be a violence component to his question before they talked. Here, here he is telling a different person. And it was really weird because the second guest that I talked to when it before I went and asked him the question what I what I was going to ask him, he was talking to him about how he was going to ask about transgenderism or something like that, but not and nothing about shootings. And this is the irony that came to me, which was like right when he asked that, not like five 10 seconds later, he was shot and after I got >> Yeah, it was ironic to a lot of us, Henry. It was ironic to a lot of us right when he got to that question. And we'll hear more from Henry Dells about what he heard in just a second. But I I play that because everything seems too scripted. Everything seems a little too on the nose. Everything seems a little too right. And the Henry Dell's analysis of the Hunter of the Hunter Kak question. I don't I don't think that's something you could just look past. It was his original impression. It was his on the ground day of day after whenever these uh uh interviews were. They were very soon after the event. This wasn't two weeks, four weeks of him listening to the news. This wasn't him giving interviews to all these people and getting feedback. It wasn't him hearing from all the people he met up with about this. And we'll show another interview in just a second or actually a couple But at the time it struck him as that he he being Hunter Kak asks the question about transgender gun violence at the moment he's taken down. And we later learn by a guy who lives with an alleged transgender person. I think I think that was a little too much for Henry to swallow and he didn't know how to he didn't know how to address it. He was addressing it the best way he could. Now that Henry Dells did with one of our favorite YouTubers who's done more to break news and support Candace Owens. He's done more to to hold the fed slop narrative accountable than probably any other YouTuber out there and entirely by mistake. This is noted government contractor Gary.Um, and we'll we'll show you his interview here. This is interesting. If you watch the beginning of it, Gary walks up. He's like, "Yeah, just happened to run into Henry Dell's right." Henry's just wandering around UVU long after the Charlie Kirk event in a suit. I got it. Yeah, I'm sure you just happen to run into each other. But I want you to listen to what Henry Dells says he heard. Listen here to what Henry Dells says he heard because this becomes an important component that we need to begin diving into. Again, not what the news told us they heard. They weren't there. Not what Erica Kirk told us happened. She wasn't there. Not what Jesse Waters says happened. He wasn't there. Not what Tyler uh Tyler Boyer said happened. Not what Andrew Kov happened. A apparently I said I have something under my right armpit. I don't think I do. Anyway, I want you to listen to what he said. He heard >> me. And to be honest, it sounded like like what a lot of people have been saying. It sounded like a firecracker. I didn't think it sounded like a hunting rifle to be honest, just because I was raised from East Texas. Sure. >> Hunted a lot. It sounded like some type of tactical, you know, whatever. AR or something like a crack. >> Okay. >> Um but um that's just my opinion. When I think of a hunting rifle, I think of a hunting rifle boom, not not a crack. You know what I mean? >> He heard a firecracker Okay. duly noted. If he was the only one who said that, I wouldn't be making a big Here is what Gary Oh, put captions on when possible. All right. Duly noted. Duly noted. Uh, here is a second interview. Uh, I got to back that up a little bit. I didn't realize it was going to start playing as soon as I pulled it up. So, A second interview Henry Dells did with Here is a second Let me see if I can put caption. Can I put the captions on? Oh, yeah. Here we go. This is going to be great. >> For a paper that they were going to publish. And um and that's when we heard the shot go off. And at first it like I told you kind of like in the interview uh that at at the campus um it didn't sound like what the audio makes it clearly sound like. You could like when you listen to the audio it's like how does someone mistake that for a firecracker? No. In person it sounded like a firecracker. Like cuz you can even look at the crowd and at first they're confused. They didn't re they didn't you know uh think that it was a gunshot that went off. It didn't resonate with them until they saw Charlie. then everyone really started getting down or running out out of the >> So, this is an interesting interview to me for a couple of reasons. One is this is his second interview with Noted Gary. Um, but he goes back and he says again, "It sounded like a firecracker. It didn't sound like it does on the audio." It didn't sound like it does on the audio. Well, who controlled the audio that day? All the footage that's being played is given to us by Terrell Farnsworth and his team. They controlled the audio that day. And so when we review the audio and we hear a boom boom crack and we go through and we that that is a different audio because if you listen to it on the cell phone footage it doesn't sound like a boom and and TPUSA didn't control that that audio they only controlled the audio feed coming from their equipment.And so you you begin to understand you have this difference between the cell phone audio which sounds like a light crack, all the witnesses who begin lining up to say it sounded like a light crack, a firecracker, and then you try to contrast that with the audio that people are listening to on the news, which is coming from the event, which is coming from the event. Um, I've got more. Here is uh someone who was a little farther away in the crowd. Now, remember Henry Dell says it's kind of a loud boom. Here is someone who was a little farther back. Here is her recollection of what she heard. >> Um, so I was probably about 30 or 40 feet away from him. There's tiers in the amphitheater and I was on the third tier and he was having a discussion about um transgender people and school shootings and he was commenting about mass shootings and he was shot in the neck. >> He was in the he was in the process of talking about mass shootings when the bullet hit him. >> And what did that sound like when when the shot was fired and and could you tell where it came from? Um, it came from behind me. I believe it came from one of the upper buildings. Um, it wasn't very loud. It sounded almost like fireworks. So, at first I didn't think it was real. And a lot of the people around me didn't realize what was going on either. >> It wasn't very loud. Sounded like fireworks. >> I didn't think it was a gunshot. I didn't think it was real. Okay, that's interesting. um when she says it came from behind me from one of the upper buildings, you you start to wonder how much some of these witnesses were influenced by the immediate um reporting that had gone out telling them that it because that was almost immediate like within an hour it was released publicly that it was a shot that came from the Losi Center. And so all these people that are doing an interview that afternoon, that evening, the next day, the day after that, even though it's still very early after the event, they've been exposed to this constant drum beat that this was a gunshot that came from the Losi Center. But when you listen to them, they say it didn't sound like a gunshot. It wasn't very loud, and it sounded like fireworks. Sounded like fireworks. Now, remember Hunter Kak when he was saying up close that it was loud. I'll show you this one here. um where Hunter Kak this is a news article so there's nothing to play but I will show you the print version of this is Hunter Kak saying Kak told the Tribune he immediately sensed what happened like a firecracker I thought it was fired two feet away Well, where was Hunter Kak standing? He was the closest person in the building in the in the in the entire facility. He was the very closest person to Charlie Kirk. He was literally like 10 ft away. The only people closer were the security And he thought it was fired 2 ft away from him. It was so loud. Now, this woman standing 30 or 40 feet away says it it didn't sound very loud. It just sounded like a firecracker, which raises the question, who was closer? Who was closer? Because if she's right, she actually is closer. And it should be louder to her. It shouldn't be louder to Hunter, who was farther away from it than he was than she was. It should be louder to the people closer to the building, 30 or 40 feet back that way. a third of the way to the guy shooting. She's the one who say who should say it's louder, not him. Here is uh Hunter Kak on 60 Minutes saying what he thinks he heard. I like these captions.I can read along. You guys think the audio is bad going out to you? It's worse to me. >> There's video of you in that moment. What was that moment like? >> I thought I heard a firecracker and um um I see his uh um I see the bullet hit his neck and um I thought I heard I I thought I heard a firecracker. I saw it hit his neck. That's awfully descriptive. But again, more people there saying they thought they heard a firecracker. Now, this is what's interesting to me because we talk about Hunter Kak saying it was super loud. We talk about the people farther away from Hunter Kak saying that it wasn't very loud. Now, we're going to hear from people who were standing right under the Losi Center, right next to the Losi Center. They have a cell phone camera out and they're telling us what they heard in the immediate aftermath. They're not talking a day later. They're not talking to an interviewer. They're not on 60 Minutes. They're not talking to a newspaper reporter. They don't have any benefit of having heard the Losi Center story. They don't have any benefit of having heard anything. This is what we in the in the media or in the legal world will call perhaps even an excited utterance. This is just them saying in the moment what they think they heard, like literally moments after it happened. You'll see people in this footage still running from the scene. This came from Sam Parker on Twitter. Listen to what they say they heard. Let's see if I can turn captions on here. I don't know if I have captions on this. I'll tell you what they said. If >> right there, he said, "Geez, it was down there." He says it was down there. >> The shot came from down there. >> And then woman says the shot came from >> And he says, "Yeah, it came from down there." Now these people are standing right near the Losi Center on a balcony of the Sorenson Center like literally a few not too many feet away. The in the immediate aftermath, their understanding of what happened was it came from down there. The shot came from down there. I'll play it again so you can hear it all the way through if it if the sound's going out. And I'll stop stopping it so you can hear it all the way through. >> Jesus down here. So, if you were able to hear it, this is live on the scene literally moments later, eyewitness testimony of what they heard and where they thought it came from. And they're standing in front of the Losi Center. If a shot came from directly over their shoulder, I think they would be the best people in the They're the ones who told you it came from down there. Hunter Kak tells you how loud it was to him. It was so loud. He's standing right there. As you get farther away, people say it gets softer and softer. Again, why is this important? We've still not solved the basic first few questions. Who killed Charlie Kirk? How did they do it? And why did they do it? We don't even know the answer to any of those three qu. Well, I mean, we might know the answer to the third one, why they did it. I think the kickoff of the war in Iran is pretty clear evidence of why they did it, but we don't know how. We're told it was a gunshot from the Losi Center. We have eyewitnesses immediately in the aftermath standing right there in front of the Losi Center. They're like, "Yeah, it came from down there." We have Hunter Kak who's standing right next to Charlie Kirk said, "Oh my gosh, it was so loud." And then we have people halfway back in the crowd.They're like, "Yeah, sound like a Here is an interview in the New York Times. It has a couple of people quoted in it. The first one is a guy named Andrew Pascalo. He's the famous one-armed bandit. You remember him? Everybody thought he might have something to do with it. He just had the one arm uh the fake hand or whatever. Um I can't think of the right word. prosthetic hand and he was seen fleeing the scene and he it looked like he had like a Mormon mission uniform on like a white shirt, a black coat, maybe even a name badge. I can't remember. Uh but he was carrying a bag and it had a a tan strap on it and everybody thought that might be a firearm. And he came out and said, "No, it's the strap to my camera." And the there was police radio chatter. Should we interview Andrew? Should we wait? They said, "Wait, don't interview Andrew yet. They're almost there." Here is what Andrew Pascalo had to say It was surprising. No one really got down until the people in the front of the stage did. I don't need your popup There we go. Shot sounded like a firecracker. Here we go. Um Isaac Davis, a junior at Utah Valley University, said the shot fired shot wasn't that loud. He added, "It was definitely noticeable, but it sounded like a firecracker." So again, Andrew Pascalo is there and he's in the crowd. He's saying wasn't really that surprising. I mean, it was surprising, but no one really got down. It wasn't that loud. Where did the people get down first? The people immediately in front of the stage. They got down first. It might have been And then they go to the other guy who says, "Yeah, it wasn't that loud. It Now, we have a professor, a professor from UVU, Here is what Mark Anderson had to say. Again, these this is before people had the benefit of being told by the news what happened. UVU professor Mark uh Michael Anderson was about 50 ft away at the event when he heard what he thought was a firework while Kirk was answering a question. Then people started running So again, we have the farther back away you are, the more it doesn't sound like a gunshot. The more it sounds like a firecracker. Even the people right up next to it said sound like a firecracker. This is an interesting one because we now have the first evidence that the shirt drew people's eyes, that the shirt did something unusual and drew people's eyes. Tim Miller said he saw Kirk's shirt bounce after hearing the loud noise and turned around and ran. He got up and was speaking and you just heard a pop. It sounded like a firecracker and he hit the ground and I instantly knew what happened. I grabbed my wife and we took off running. I'll add there's an interesting component to the timing in that if he heard the shirt bounce after the noise, then the noise would have to be closer to Charlie. Because if it was a rifle round, you would hear the sound after the bullet makes contact. The bullet will arrive because it's going faster than the speed of sound. The bullet will That's just that's just physics. I I that's not me speculating. That's just the nature of physics, the nature of how sound travels versus how bullets travel. Here's yet another person from this article. Same article. They all three heard the same thing. Kenan Conto, who came to the event with a friend, said he was listening to Kirk speaking about how much he loves members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.And he looked down at his phone to send a message when he heard what he thought or he heard what sounded like a firecracker. You see how this happens? You see why it was so important that they immediately begin planting the they shot Charlie, they shot Charlie, they shot Charlie. Why it was so important Terrell Farnsworth get up there and say they shot Charlie. Why it was so important Phil Lyman had Jed Jacobe uh there and they were talking about the gunshot and he rehearsed I saw Charlie get shot. I saw Charlie get shot. Do you now see why this is such an important part of this narrative? Why we're even still looking If we're going to make the case, and I do make the case, because I don't think it happened, that he didn't get shot. I think it's important to review the nearly simultaneous statements of witnesses. They did not think it was a gunshot at first. They thought it was a firecracker, a small explosive device. That's what a firecracker is. a small explosive device. We've all heard firecrackers. A lot of us have heard gunshots. They are distinctly different sounds. They are distinctly different sounds. A small explosion, if a small explosion went off under a shirt, which I do believe happened, but a small explosion is going to sound fundamentally different from a And everybody that we're talking to here Here is an article that is quoting Jeremy King. Jeremy King was standing right next to Charlie Kirk. The opening line here, this is uh former local residents react to Charlie Kirk assassination. The opening line, it and then they go through and they quote Jeremy King here. I just heard a pop. King said it almost sounded like a firecracker, maybe a 22 caliber. It did not sound like a high caliber rifle from where I was standing. And then he goes on to speculate again because the news has told him it was a high-caliber rifle. Probably because it was 200 yards away. Well, it wasn't 200 Here is a different witness. I immediately thought it was a firework because it was right at the start of the second question. And then suddenly everyone dropped down and I started running. She also thought she heard a firework. Jeremy King heard a pop almost like a firecracker, maybe a 22 caliber. If you've ever been around a firecracker, you know the sound. If you've been around a 22 caliber, you know the sound. If you've been around a 306, you know the sound. A 306 sounds like a cannon. Here is a witness. Here are two additional witnesses. This time on video, so we can play these telling you what they thought they heard. Again, these were people standing very close to Charlie Kirk. I'll let them take it away. second um um student and uh came up to the the mic. Um we just moments after heard heard the shot. The shot came from the left side and I looked over just like that and I thought, "Wow, isn't that funny? Somebody lit off a firework." Somebody lit off a firework. Interesting. Uh interesting take. There is a uh a second one, a different witness. We'll scroll forward to that. He'll give his uh she'll give her take. Here is what she says she thinks he heard. >> Then what do you remember about the next few moments? I looked to my left and like he said like he thought it was a firework at me and like my family just said we were waiting for like confetti to pop out >> perhaps a confetti firework. It becomes monotonous when you start listening to these people back to back to back to back to back.But it's important to listen to them back to back to back to back to back. These were the people who were there. This is what they heard. They did not hear a 306. Yet another witness, believe it or not. Yet another witness. Wonder what he's going to say. He thought he heard what he thinks he was supposed to have heard. He's now explaining it away. It was weird. The shot must have reflected or the sound must have reflected around off the buildings and the people. I now know what a gunshot sounds like when you're downrange. No, you don't. You don't know. You don't know. Now, I'm going to take you to an interesting moment in Real Baron podcast history. We had on this very program one of the witnesses who was there. This was very early on. I don't know how many of you were around back then. You remember Adam Bartholomew from Life is Driving? He graced us with but I asked him what he thought he heard. Now, you'll notice I had a bad haircut at the time. I can't I can't help it. So, I warn you before I share the I told you. I tried to warn you and and I didn't. But let's listen to what Adam Bartholomew thinks he heard other direction. When you heard the gunshot and you've shot a 306, you know what that feels like. You know what it sounds like. You know the depth to that sound. Anyone who shot a 300 6 knows there's a signature to that that's not available to a 5.56 round or a 223 round or a pistol round. Did it sound like a a 306 round to you even from a 100 yards away or 150 yards away? >> At the time of the shot the my first I was literally hoping that it was firecrackers. The first thing out of my mouth was was that a firecracker? >> First thing out of his mouth was that a firecracker. This guy was actually there. We had him on this program. Asked him the question. What did it sound like to you? Did it sound like a 30 odd six? Well, I I asked I hoped it was a firecracker. Uh, we played the Taylor Beldine version of this just last week. We played this. We'll play it again here. What did Taylorine hear? >> Oh, no. Whoa, whoa, whoa. Nope, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. Almost got away with one, didn't I? You guys almost retreated to a moment. You didn't. >> I My initial thought was just shock. I I was so scared. I was like, "Oh no, it's a I was thinking it's a gunshot, but then I was thinking it's in Utah, so it's maybe just a firework cuz no one was dropping to the ground just yet." And then everyone started screaming and freaking out. So I knew it was a >> So, even Taylor Baldin thought initially, well, it's Utah. Maybe it was a firework. Well, maybe it was closer to a firework than what you believe. Um, here are two people describing what they think they saw in this particular article here. if I can get it to come up, which I don't know that I can because I have opened it too much. So, let's go to Here is I'll make this smaller so his uh his words are bigger. Those outside barely had time to think, they told me. Mark Ellison, a married student who'd brought his wife and one-year-old son to hear Kirk speak. At first, I thought it was firecrackers. Then I saw people running, realized he'd been shot, grabbed my son, and ran. So that's the first person there. Here is the second person. When the shot rang out, I heard everyone get down. I got up a little bit higher and was like, "Was that a firecracker?" Then saw Kirk slump in his seat.His So, both of the people quoted in this article thought it was a thought they I'm telling you guys, I could do this all day. I could do this all day. This is how many people at the scene said they thought they heard a firework, a firecracker. Here's yet another take. >> Walking for a little bit and we heard a big loud we heard a loud noise. And at first I didn't think it was a gunshot. I thought it might be like a someone I don't know setting off like a firework At first I didn't think it was a gunshot. I thought it was somebody Now we see how important it was that everybody get out there and immediately establish the gunshot narrative. Because if we would have let the witnesses just go to the news, if we would have let the witnesses just describe what they saw, just describe what they heard, maybe we would be questioning, as I do today, maybe we would be questioning whether or not they heard a gunshot at all. Here is yet another witness. >> Everybody seemed like there was a gunshot. One girl said it sounded like a firecracker. And then another person came in and said there was blood rushing. >> So she's talking there after the and then they saw the blood rushing as if that's the only thing that could cause blood to rush is a gunshot. this one's not going to have a um well I can share the screen but it's not very exciting. It's just audio. I'll go ahead here is a an eyewitness a woman named Emma Pittz. Here's what she heard. >> Then Pitts walked Scott through what she saw. So, Charlie Kirk, he had just I mean maybe 10 minutes I had started. He was on his second question. Um and before he could even a answer um the second question that the interviewer asked, went to go pick up the mic and I watched I heard first the sound. It sounded like a firecracker. >> I heard at first the sound it sounded It be it becomes a pattern. It becomes a pattern. We shut it off when we collected 25 clips. We stopped when at 25 clips of people saying firecracker. We're like, "All right, we can't play a hundred. We've just got to play the 25. We've got uh an article, a news article Before Kirk could answer, what sounded like a firecracker popped off in the air. I watched him fall from his chair, and for a second, everyone stopped. Emma and I dropped to the ground, and she told me we needed to pray. She asked God to bless Charlie Kirk and protect us. This is uh an interview article by Eva Terry. I saw the bullet hit Charlie Kirk. Well, she claims she saw it hit Charlie Kirk, but she claims she heard a firecracker. I'm almost through these, by the way. But I think it's important to share the monotony of it. It's important that we get the uh the entirety of all the what all these people have to say. >> A lot of the people because um we had been there early since around 9:00 a.m. We were interviewing lots of people just about the atmosphere. Um and the audience initially thought it was a firecracker. >> That's a news reporter. They'd been there early. They'd been interviewing all the people. The audience initially thought they heard a firecracker. This is before they saw the news. This is before they were told it was a gun. This is before they were told what to believe. This is before it was soaked into everyone's mind he'd been shot. This was before everybody had been calling everybody and say he got shot. This is before all the news events immediately. Every headline in America Initially, all of the audience I'll play it again.thought he thought it was a firecracker >> cuz um we had been there early since around 9:00 a.m. We were interviewing lots of people just about the atmosphere. Um and the audience initially thought it was a firecracker. >> The audience initially thought it was a firecracker. Not a person in the audience, not one or two people, the people she talked to. Here's yet another guy, believe it or not. Let's hear what he has to say. Anybody want to guess what this guy has to say? I spoke to a student who broke down in tears when detailing what the last day has been like. Then a bang ran out. At first, everyone was confused. Maybe it was a firecracker, he thought initially. Here's another witness. This is a CNN video. yet another witness believes. Well, you guys can probably guess who >> two two pops and we ran. Um, and some a lot of people ran with us when I was standing by the door kind of overseeing what was happening. Some people were standing there still taking videos. So, I went back out to look over the railing to see like maybe someone just did some firecrackers, something. went over to look over the railing to think maybe someone did some And finally, the last one, ladies and gentlemen, the very last one I have to play. Yet another eyewitness who was there who believes Well, I'll let you listen to him. >> And they had just gotten into the second question, I believe. And that's when I heard like a huge pop. Whenever I hear sounds like that, uh, you know, first I think, okay, maybe it's just fireworks. But after a few seconds, you know, all of us kind of standing together. It's a it's a very suspicious sound to hear with tons of people. There were so many people there. And um, there was a I guess like a cement pillar or wall kind of right behind me. So, as this suspicious sound has just gone off, I kind of put myself behind the wall. It was very, very good cover. He thought he heard a firecracker. Sees everybody running and and obviously >> takes cover. >> Uh, as is natural. I'm not knocking any of these people for taking cover. In fact, we scanned every photo I could find of the event. I scanned every single photo I could find of the event. Do you want to guess how many people plugged their ears from this firecracker sound? You could take I mean, you could take a guess. You don't need more than one Again, from Sam Parker, I think he's captured all of them here. I think he's captured all of them. Only three people in the entire event thought to cover their ears. Two of them are here on 60 Minutes. Jeb Jacobe and Hunter Kak. Hunter Kak in the middle here. He's the one who was asking the question. Famously covered his ears and backed away in horror. Remarkably similar to a move he had done before the event that people said looked like he was practicing. Here's Jeb Jacobe sitting to Hunter Kak's right on 60 Minutes. Here he is in the crowd covering his ears. Jeb Jacobe, by the way, the one who famously said in his what looked like a rehearsed speech to the camera girl who said, "Three 2 1 go. I saw Charlie Kirk get shot." And that that was immediately released. And then the famous, the amazing, the great, the miraculous Mikey McCoy. Ladies and gentlemen, Mikey McCoy, one of only three people we could find of all the photos covering their ears. And one of them worked for TP USA. The other two were on 60 Minutes. The other two immediately started planting the story that it was a gunshot.One of them asked the question that planted the story that it was a gunshot. Those are the only three people we could find covering their ears. Jeb Jacobe, Hunter Kak, Mikey McCoy. All three I find that suspicious. I find that incredibly suspicious. The whole crowd says they think they heard a firecracker, a firework, but those three cover their ears. Those three all played central roles in But why are you doing all this? Here's why. If we're going to go back to the basics, we need to know what these We need to know what they heard. If we're going to contend that something might have happened under Charlie's shirt, which it seems increasingly apparent that absolutely happened. You can see gas escaping out of Charlie's sleeve. gas escaping out of Charlie's neck hole. You can see his shirt moving in multiple different directions. A microphone being pulled all the way across from his shirt. A microphone clip. You can see something fly up in his shirt and hit him in the neck. There. These are not things that physics permit when you get shot in the neck by a bullet. It just doesn't happen. It's not been recreated. You've not seen video footage of it. You've seen a lot of people try. You've And when you have dozens of people, dozens of people going on the record in the immediate aftermath, minutes, sometimes seconds in some instances, you remember seconds later, someone said it came from down there, the shot came from down there. They were standing in front of the Losi center. The shot came from down there. They're standing in front of Everybody thinks they heard firecracker. Well, imagine a little microphone. How If I'm the defense team, a lot of people ask me this. If I'm the defense team, I want to bring a lot of these people into the stand. What did you hear? Did you hear a 300 6? Do you know how loud a 300 6 is? Go to a gun range sometime and stand next to people. You know when you go to a gun range, they They make you wear those big overthe-ear hearing protections or some kind of inner ear plug. Those rifles are like cannons. Boom. big, deep, thick, boom. Not crack like a 22 caliber or a firecracker. A totally different sound. A totally completely different sound. So, if I'm the defense council, one of the things I want to establish was he wasn't shot at all that we've not yet proven he was shot with a gun. And that the witnesses at the scene, their immediate aftermath, their immediate reactions were that that's not And that was one of the key components of establishing this early on was sending out a few key people like Hunter Kak, like Jeb Jacobe to immediately begin planting the narrative, to immediately begin planting the idea that Charlie Kirk was shot. Again, Terrell Farnsworth 26 seconds after the Big Bang was already recording himself saying Charlie Kirk was shot. you counter the billions of dollars worth of media that we've been inundated with that told us Charlie Kirk got shot. And it's a lot. I mean, you think about it. All the network news, all the cable news for days, maybe a week afterwards, every show was dedicated to the Charlie Kirk shooting. Every single one. And that's the way they turned. The Charlie Kirk shooting. Charlie Kirk shot. Charlie Kirk shot dead at 31. Every single one. Remember the person who called Andrew Kulvit?Andrew Kulit said the lady who called him, he didn't say who she was, but the lady who called him, "They shot Charlie." I was always told they is an anti-semitic word, but that's that's neither here nor there. That's neither here nor there. Now, we haveual people describing the scene, but not Well, I don't know that I want to get into this right now. I'll do this another day. This is a second component of the uh this is just going to take too long. It's going to be another 30 or 40 minutes here and I don't I don't th this is there is a litany of people talking about the security posture because again if you're going to say that somebody shot Charlie from an elevated position from a distance, you have to establish the reality that there was no security present to stop that kind of an attack. And so you get these people brought out in front of the media time and time again to point out there was no security. Security was lax. I didn't have to give a ticket. You could just walk right up. Nobody was checking who was there. There were no metal detectors. You get this this whole litany of people that are trotted out in front of cameras to establish that, oh, of course Charlie could have been shot. Of course, Charlie could have been shot. I've had different people, including Wolves and Finance, did it to me recently, and it's it's it's not right, but whatever. Who try to say, I'm married to this narrative or that narrative. Oh, Baron Coleman, he believes he was electrocuted. Oh, Mary Cole. He believes a a microphone exploded in his shirt. I don't know what I believe. I believe he wasn't shot. I mean, I do believe that. I don't believe he was shot. I don't believe there was a gunshot that went off that day. I think the the 25 people we just showed you kind of confirm that. I think all of the people who tried to shoot into beef, pork, lamb, whatever they could find, any kind of hunk of meat that was about, you know, 15 inches around, about the size of a neck, and they all shot into it trying to see if they could get a bullet to stop in there, and none of them did. They all went through completely. I think I think they kind of established that reality. I think the sum total of the evidence when you put it all together establishes the reality in my opinion beyond a reasonable doubt frankly the other way the innocence has proved beyond a reasonable doubt that there was no gunshot but certainly it doesn't establish he was shot beyond a reasonable doubt that element is not going to be able to be satisfied in my opinion but I I think it's it's a it's a fascinating early component it must be re-examined and And and if we're going to go back to the basics, as we claim we want to do here, we want to go back to the basics. We want to give a good thorough look at everybody. We did two episodes on Hunter Kak and the events surrounding him. We looked at Jeb Jacobe. We're going to look at Phil Lyman. We're going to look at Tyler Ber. We've looked at Erica Kirk. Obviously, if we're going to go back to the basics and look at these people, really look at them closely and try to determine what it is, if any, role they may have played in this.
