Well, we got them, ladies and gentlemen. We caught them red-handed lying. We caught them red-handed lying yesterday, and today I have bad news for the prosecution and the Fed sloppers. It's going to get worse. Guys, welcome in. Welcome in. Welcome in on the Well, I was going to say something I probably shouldn't say. On the um on the heels of crushing the Fed slot narrative. I'll say that. I'll say that. On the heels of crushing the Fed slot narrative, we're going to have a big show today. It's going to be a big show. We We have We're going to double down. We are going to double and triple down on what we covered yesterday. We are right. We are 100% right. And anyone who disagrees is a Fed slot pusher. We got them right where we want them. We got them right where we want them. If Tyler Robinson was guilty and there was a mountain of evidence, you don't make stuff up. You don't lie about what time he was taken into custody. That's over. It's done. You guys are done. You're caught. Your defense team gave us enough of an Easter egg, and we were able to run it down. Uh on your way in, hit the like button. Hit the like button. Uh talked to a bunch of people today who gave me additional information, pointed me in new directions, gave me even more confirmation we are in fact correct. We are in fact correct. I've never been more confident at any point in this investigation that we have them on the ropes. And um I I don't know what the other people are saying. I don't know what these Fed sloppers are saying. I don't know how these guys who have been pushing this Tyler Robinson narrative now for almost 7 months. In 2 days it'll be 7 months. I don't know how these guys are going to look you straight in the face and continue this nonsense. At some point, look, this is the measure of a man. I It was best said What was the name of that movie? Dirty Dancing. Remember that? Dirty Dancing? Nobody you remember what else the dad said during the Nobody puts Baby in the corner speech? I'm a man and when I say I'm wrong, I'll admit I'm wrong. I was wrong. These people need to admit they were wrong. It's the measure of a man. It's okay to say, "You know what? I had it wrong on Tyler Robinson. I thought he was the lone gunman. I thought there was a mountain of evidence and I was deceived. I was deceived by these liars. Not us. Not your humble host, not Candace Owens, not anybody on our side. They were deceived by the state of Utah, by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, by TPUSA, and by the sheriff of Washington County, by the sheriff of Utah County, by every single person who knew this entire time they were lying. Every single one of them. A little bit like Paula WHITE THERE. NO, NO, NO, NO, NO. What What is she saying? Can't remember what she was saying. I feel a little like Paula White. I might start muttering. All right, guys. Welcome in. We got a bunch of them. I got an opening tonight. It's fun. It's a fun opening. It's one I've been wanting to do.It's one I was going to do yesterday, uh but did not get to it yesterday because we just had too much to cover and the research took us right up to the uh end of the preparation hour for the program, especially going a little early. But because I had it mostly ready to go, I will get to that today. I'll set it up this way. Before I get to the open, let me set up I don't trust the people on the other side. Obviously. If they'll lie about Tyler Robinson and what time he turned himself in, if they'll lie about the discord the alleged discord confession, which is total fet slot nonsense, which is a total lie. If they'll lie about that, they'll lie about anything. I don't trust those people. I heard one of them make a comment about I'm not going to say who cuz I don't want to drill down who made the comment and in what context, but about how they knew everything about And I thought, "Ooh, that sounds a little PI-ish." They're playing a different game. Now, we're out here trying to solve a murder. Uh they're out here trying to destroy people's lives. Well, we're we're we're not on the same team. That's a little concerning. So, I wanted to do an opening that kind of warned of the dangers of such activity. Uh so, I am going to get to that. Um I do want to say uh where was it? A couple of things I'll I'll set up tonight. We're going to clean up the timeline from last night. We're going to add a little more detail, a little more clarity, and we're going to nail down the fact that we are in fact correct. Uh so, that's number one. Number two, um we are going to dive in tonight to a spy jet that we did not know was on the scene. We have now identified a spy jet that was on the scene while Tyler Robinson was in custody in Washington County. And it may give us an indication of when he was supposed to be taken into custody rather than when he was taken into custody. I keep going back and forth on this this sheriff's deputy who turned him in. You know, it's like flip a coin. Half the time it's heads and half the time it's tails. Half the time I think this guy's a hero. He saved Tyler's life. Half the time I look at and say, "Did this guy set these people up? Is he the reason that that Tyler Robinson was involved in this at all?" So, we'll get into that. Um and then I will speculate. I'll let you know when I'm speculating. I will speculate on what the timeline was supposed to be. I think that's important to do and to admit when we're speculating. I will speculate what I think the timeline was supposed to be based on everything else that was going on. So, let me dive into it. Let me get right into it. I don't want to keep you waiting. It's serious business, folks. This is very serious business. But, we got them. RIGHT, BUDDY ONIONS? WE GOT THEM. SO SICK OF THESE FED SLOPPERS. They've been doing this for almost 7 months, And we got them. But, before we get them, let me get into the opening statement. Um I had no idea how popular the opening statement was until I skipped it a few days. And then all of a sudden, people started panicking, asking if I had a fever. Oh, the only fever I've got No, the only prescription is more opening statement. All right, guys, you After a several day hiatus, this is We talked a lot about handlers and fixers on this program, but we've never really taken a very deep dive into the mechanics of what happens behind the scenes, how it happens. Tonight, I want to introduce you to a guy named Anthony Pellicano.Pellicano was one of the most feared and sought-after private investigators in Hollywood. Known as the private eye of the stars, the Hollywood Godfather, or simply Mr. Fixit. He built a multi-million dollar empire by solving the dirtiest problems of the entertainment elite. For decades, A-list celebrities, studio executives, and high-powered attorneys paid him lavish retainers to dig up dirt, intimidate enemies, silence scandals, and tilt legal battles in their favor. However, his ruthless methods of illegal wiretapping, bribery, witness tampering, and intimidation eventually led to one of the biggest scandals to rock Hollywood. This took place in the early 2000s. Eventually, he was convicted on dozens of federal charges, and he spent more than 15 years in prison. Anthony Pellicano was born way back in 1944 in Chicago, Illinois. Grew up in a tough, mob-influenced suburb of Cicero. He had Sicilian immigrant roots. Pelecano was raised primarily by a single mother who earned a little more than $150 a week. As a result, he developed a street-tough persona very early in life. He was kicked out of high school at age 16 for being, quote, "too interested in being a tough guy." I wish we could kick people out of high school today for such things. He joined the US Army Signal Corps where he worked as a cryptographer, earned his GED, and honed skills in electronics and surveillance. Those skills would define his career. After he was discharged, he returned to Chicago and took up a job as a bill collector and a skip tracer for the Spiegel catalog. He worked under the alias Tony Fortune. By age 25, this was 1969, just to give you some context. By age 25, he'd become a full-time private investigator specializing in debt collection, locating missing persons, and electronic surveillance. He amassed what he called a Batcave of high-tech gear worth hundreds of thousands of dollars in 1970s money, millions of dollars today. Pelecano's big move came in 1982. He relocated to Los Angeles. His breakthrough arrived almost immediately. Attorney Howard Weitzman hired him to assist in the high-profile defense of auto executive John DeLorean. John DeLorean was facing cocaine distribution charges after an elaborate FBI sting. Pelecano's investigative work helped secure DeLorean an acquittal, and more importantly, it catapulted Pelecano into Hollywood's elite circles. Suddenly, the tough Chicago transplant had access to the city's most powerful lawyers and their celebrity clients. He set up shop on Sunset Boulevard and quickly developed a reputation for discretion, efficiency, and results. He wasn't cheap. Clients paid steep retainers of tens of thousands of dollars or more because Pellicano could make problems vanish. By the late 1980s, all through the 1990s, his client list read like a who's who of Hollywood royalty. He worked for Michael Jackson when Michael Jackson had legal troubles related to his relationships with children. He investigated the accuser's family, and he also investigated La Toya Jackson's husband. Other clients? These are A-list celebrities of the era. Tom Cruise, Kevin Costner, Sylvester Stallone, Chris Rock, Courtney Love, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Farrah Fawcett, Roseanne Barr, even Elizabeth Taylor. She was late to their meetings, but she was there. Power brokers like super agent Michael Ovitz, Paramount chief Brad Grey, and legendary attorney Bert Fields. Bert Fields, excuse me, retained him regularly.Even political figures turned to Anthony Pellicano. He reportedly investigated Jennifer Flowers for Bill Clinton during the 1992 campaign and later probed Monica Lewinsky. For stars facing divorces, paternity suits, business disputes, even tabloid threats, Anthony Pellicano was the ultimate fixer. He located Roseanne Barr's long-lost adopted daughter. He dug up dirt to intimidate a spurned lover of Ed McMahon. And he handled a Hungarian model's paternity claim against Chris Rock. His methods were a mixture of old-school Sicilian heavy-handedness with cutting-edge technology. He bribed Los Angeles Police Department sergeants for access to confidential criminal databases and DMV records. He cultivated insiders at telephone companies to install illegal wiretaps. He hired a software developer to create a custom program to intercept telephone calls. His office became sort of a surveillance nerve center, stored encrypted files, cash, and even weapons. He employed old-school intimidation tactics like threats. He left dead fish on people's cars, something of a telltale sign, and even applied psychological pressure. To clients, he was the protector. To targets, he was the prince of darkness. One former associate quoted him telling Courtney Love, "If you come to me, that's the end of that. I'm an old-style Sicilian. I only go one way. I'm very heavy-handed, honey." End quote. Pellicano's empire peaked in the late 1990s and into the early 2000s. He moved offices to accommodate neighbors like Paramount Pictures CEO Brad Grey and film producer Bernie Brillstein. Hollywood feuds, divorces, studio power struggles, personal vendettas, they all kept him in constant demand. Victims of wiretaps allegedly included people like Sylvester Stallone, Garry Shandling, and others. Prosecutors later estimated he earned millions and millions of dollars through this large criminal enterprise. The fall of Anthony Pellicano began in November of 2002. The FBI raided his office. There was a bizarre threat against a journalist named Anita Busch. She'd been investigating Pellicano's client Steven Seagal. When agents busted in, they found two hand grenades, C4 plastic explosives capable of downing a commercial airliner, wiretapping equipment, encrypted disks, and evidence of widespread illegal surveillance. He was arrested, obviously. They got him on weapons charges. He pleaded guilty in 2004 to illegal possession of dangerous materials and served about 30 months. And many assumed that was it. They thought the scandal was over. Unfortunately for Pellicano, it was just the beginning. While incarcerated, federal federal investigators uncovered a vast wiretapping conspiracy that spanned years. In 2006, Pellicano and more than a dozen associates, including lawyers, police officers, and tech experts were indicted on racketeering, wiretapping, conspiracy, wire fraud, and witness tampering charges. The case exposed how Hollywood's elite allegedly used Pellicano to spy on one another. Key evidence included wiretaps on the ex-wife of billionaire Kirk Kerkorian during a contentious paternity dispute. Attorney Terry Christensen was accused of paying Pellicano $100,000 for some telephone intercepts. Victims and witnesses ranged from major stars to entertainment executives. All of Hollywood practically was involved. Pellicano and four co-defendants were indicted on 76 counts, including racketeering and wire fraud.In August, he was found guilty on additional conspiracy and wiretapping charges and the judge sentenced him to 15 years in federal prison and ordered him to pay nearly $2 million in forfeitures. The Pellicano scandal laid bare Hollywood's culture of paranoia and impunity. While some clients faced civil suits or embarrassment, it's noteworthy that very few faced criminal charges themselves. The fixer, Anthony Pellicano, had protected the powerful. But he couldn't protect himself. In 2023, a New York Times documentary called Sin Eater: The Crimes of Anthony Pellicano featured Anthony Pellicano speaking from prison and asking, "Why did so few stars face the consequences he faced. He was released from prison in 2019 on what happened to be his 75th birthday. Rumors are that some Hollywood figures funded a large trust to keep his mouth shut. Pelicano, for to his credit, reinvented himself. He's now a negotiator handling corporate disputes. By 2021, he was reportedly working for producer Joel Silver on a business arbitration with financier Daryl Katz. Pelicano insisted that he was no longer in the PI game. He was quoted saying, "If I was back in the business, I'd be back in prison." Pelicano's now 82 years old. And he remains both a symbol and a cautionary tale of Hollywood's excesses. His rise from Chicago street tough to the fixer who could bury any scandal showed how far the industry will go to protect its image. The lesson, of course, is about how the machinery of protection often runs on the very crimes it claims to prevent. Pelicano's example mostly is about Hollywood. There was some modest crossover into the political and corporate world. But the key is there are Pelicano's in every field. They continue to operate. But today they operate terrifyingly with technology Pelicano would only have dreamed of being able to deploy. Time will tell whether they, like Pelicano, will be held accountable for their crimes. And that is your opening statement. I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did. Opening statements ARE I'LL SAY THIS, I THINK I think the lesson of Pelicano, As I sit here today after last night's show and knowing what's going on behind the scenes against a couple of people, I think the lesson of Pellicano is people who are scared will do anything to get the upper hand. And it's happening. There are people out there that do anything they can to get the upper hand. They are on the ropes. And you'll notice something, it's never the innocent people doing these things. The innocent people aren't hiring Anthony Pellicano, it's the bad guys. It's the guys who have something to hide. It's the guys who don't want to be discovered. It's the guys who want to put pressure on people like your humble host and others. So, gather around, gather around, we've got a lot to cover tonight. This is going to be a big, big show. Cuz a couple of things I want to do is I want to open up I was pointed to this today. This is a recap, believe it or not, from September 17th. From September 17th. Uh on September 17th, well, before I get there. Last night we demonstrated, I think, beyond a reasonable doubt, Tyler Robinson was in custody at 6:25 p.m. on September 11th. He was being Mirandized. He and likely in all likelihood was in custody before that. Perhaps as early as 6:00. Maybe I don't know, maybe earlier, who knows. Um and we got a lot of pushback on that. A lot of people said, "No, no, no, no, no, the 6:25 applied to the next day." Nonsense. Total nonsense.That's That's not It's just not true. It's It It goes It flies in the face of investigative tactics. It flies in the face of of competent police work. It is impossible to believe that Tyler Robinson was in custody the evening of September 11th and did not get Mirandized until the evening of September 12th. That is not the way police detectives work. That's not the way police investigations work. It's also unbelievable that Tyler Robinson's family would wait 24 hours after he was in custody to start the process of trying to find a lawyer. So, that's nonsense. It's not true. Um, I don't know if you guys watch other podcasts. I watched about a 40-minute clip today of Danks. Uh, I think his handle is Dankster Intel. Uh, Danks did a remarkable job of of demonstrating that not only is the timing wrong with the uh, with the alleged Discord confession, but the mechanics of the alleged Discord confession are all wrong as well. I will admit, I'm not a techie. Uh, he speaks at a level and and talks about these things that in a level I just don't follow very quickly. I would have to watch it multiple times to understand it. Uh, but if you're interested in the Discord confession and somebody who just tore it apart, look at it. Watch Danks. Watch last night. It was about maybe from like the 15-minute mark to maybe the 55-minute mark, I think was probably probably about a 30-40-minute run where he really just kind of disproved the whole thing. Um, it's formatting, it's imaging, it's font, it's date, uh, the way the dates are written, uh, the way the emojis look, everything's wrong. Everything's wrong with it. And he did a really good job. He did a really good job. And and I walked away thinking, okay, no wonder they had to fake it because it's not real. And they did an okay job trying to fake it and had we all moved on after a couple days, they'd have gotten away with it. But we did not. We did not move on. And then I got a call today. Got a call and said, "Hey, great show last night. Do you remember Candace's show from September 17th?" And I said, "No, I watched it. Sure, I've watched all her shows on this topic, but I I don't remember that particular one. Do you care to enlighten me on what it might have been about?" And he said, "What you did was confirm what she had been reporting." And I said, "Well, let me go watch it." So, we'll watch it together because I think I agree with this person. I did in fact confirm what she had been reporting and I don't remember her mentioning this since. This is all the way back on September 17th, 1 week to the day. 1 week to the day after Charlie Kirk was removed from this temporal plane. Candace Owens had this to say about when Tyler Robinson allegedly was in custody. >> It's cuz Tyler told him, "Duh." You're going, "Well, if Lance is really not guilty and he hasn't done anything, this would be a good time to to speak, right?" No, Lance is not doing that because Tyler right here says, "Don't talk to me, don't take any interviews or make any comments, and if any police ask you questions, ask for a lawyer and stay silent." So, that's how it happens. Uh and I want to tell you that we can jump back into the timeline here. Our source informs us that it was around 7:00 p.m. when everybody locally began receiving the text messages that Tyler Robinson was in custody. >> It was about 7:00 p.m.local time when everyone around town starts receiving the text messages that Tyler Robinson not will be in custody in the It's about 7:00 p.m. when everyone in town, you know how it works. You know how it works when you live in a small town. I live in a small town. Trust me, if somebody my kids had gone to high school with was in this situation, we would have known about it within 10 minutes or so. That's the way it works. I'll give you an example from just today. There was a a little kerfuffle in town involving one of the high schools. It did not take long before the grapevine, the coconut telephone, uh what a the coconut telegram, heard it on the coconut tele telegraph, telegram. It's a Jimmy Buffett song. I don't remember the name of it. Coconut telegram, telegraph. Tell coconut telegraph. It It take long for the uh grapevine to get kicked up and everybody in town already knew about it. Before they checked it out and realized it was a fake call. But it involved one of the high schools. This is the way small towns work. When you have a national scandal like this, an international scandal like this, you have prime ministers of foreign countries weighing in on the death of an American political figure, and disclaiming the responsibility for being involved in the death of an American political figure. I mean, it's a big deal. And then someone in your little hometown that your kids went to school with? Is in custody for it? Every text message in town is going to light up. It's going to look like a Christmas tree. It's going to look like Lights everywhere, right? Everybody's phone's going to go up. You might as well put out an Amber Alert and just get it all out at once. And her source is saying it was at 7:00 that all these text messages were going crazy, which means he would have been in custody well in advance of that. I'd forgotten she said this. I'd been operating under this assumption the entire time he was taken into custody closer to, you know, 9:00 or 10:00. But you have to ask, why did they lie? And this is where I'm going to speculate. I'm going to allow my mind to wander a little bit. I'm going to to think out loud. Cuz I think I I I do everything in decision trees. If you've been watching very long, you've seen me do this. It's either this or this. And if it's this, it's this or this. It's a It's just how my mind works. I can't help it. Either either based on the plot I think he was associated with, either he was supposed to die before he was taken into custody or he was supposed to be turned in That's your first decision tree. He was supposed to not be taken alive, he was supposed to be taken alive. I tend to believe he was not supposed to be taken alive, and I think I have evidence for that. When we talked last night, we played a clip from the sheriff of Washington County. If you didn't watch the show, you should to know what's going on today. It's it's I thought it was a good show. I thought it was a groundbreaking show. Um, if you watched last night, the sheriff of Washington County said before he was taken into custody, he was driving around in rural Utah threatening That is inconsistent, ladies and gentlemen, with what we know about this case. Because supposedly the reason he turned himself in was because he was afraid he might die in a hail of gunfire when the police showed up. Well, that's that kind of is consistent with offing yourself. Like that would do the job, right?If if if your concern is, I don't want to be taken alive, well, you could do it yourself or you can let someone else do it for you. Same result. So, it's going to the same place, right? So, I don't think he was supposed to be taken alive. I think that was the sheriff saying he was driving around in rural Utah getting ready to off himself. I don't think he was driving around in rural Utah getting ready to off himself. I think he was driving to meet somebody. This is my speculation based on everything we now know, based on the fact that I'm sure he's a patsy at this point. Based on the fact that I'm sure they're lying about the timeline of when he was turned in, based on the fact that I'm sure they're lying about the confessions on Discord, based on the fact after discussing with other people that I'm sure his family has not said the things they said I'm I'm confident on that. I'm very All these lies add up to only one conclusion for me. He was a patsy. And if he's a patsy, if he was, you know, tangentially involved, sort of on the perimeter, they might say, "Hey, we're doing a meet up out here. Come out here, we'll give you your next marching orders. And by that time he's probably he's a smart guy. He's probably coming in and thinking, "I don't like the sound of that." You know, if someone died today. And they're going to want to do a cleanup job. I got to clear my name. I got to get out of this situation as quickly as I can. Makes more sense that that happened. And that the driving around in the desert getting ready to take yourself out, that was going to be the excuse. Oh, he drove out in the desert and he took himself out. I'm sure it would have looked like he did. And I'm sure it took everyone by surprise when he didn't show up to the meet and instead turned himself in 2 and 1/2 3 hours early. So, that's option A or B. Option A is he was not supposed to survive. I tend to favor that. Now, he did survive. Let's say he was supposed to survive. Let's say I'm wrong about that. If he was supposed to survive, when was he supposed to turn himself in? Cuz that would be part of the plan. Obviously, the plan was for him to turn himself in later. After 8:00. They had a press conference scheduled. They were going to release some more photos. That was going to be the linchpin. That was what's going to be identified him. Then they would go pick him up or he would turn himself in. He showed up early and messed the whole thing up. And this is where I have trouble with the neighbor. This is where I have trouble with the retired deputy. I don't know whether he's a good guy or a bad guy. Another decision tree. Let's say he's a good guy. He's in the retired deputy community. He He hears things. You know how cops talk. And he hears, "Hey, they think they know who did it and they think it's one of our own." And he goes, "Oh my gosh, who?" "A kid named Tyler Robinson." "Oh my gosh, I know him. I better reach out to his folks. We got to get him in. He's in danger if he did it." That's the good guy. And he goes out there and he brings him in a couple hours early before they have a chance to take him out. That's good guy. That's option one. The retired sheriff's deputy finds out through the police chatter that Tyler Robinson is a suspect. He gets in touch with the family and says, "Hey, your son is a suspect. Get in touch with him. Figure out where he is. We got to get in touch with him because this is not going to end well for him." That makes him a hero.And half the time I think that. And the reason the other half of me is so willing to be half the time convinced this guy's a bad guy is because of what he did for a living. What this retired Sheriff Deputy did for a living, if the news reports are to be believed, is trap people who were interested in kids. I don't know any other way to say it. People who had that inclination, he would trap them. He would get online. He would purport to be a young boy or girl. And he would trap people. They would show up and arrest them. It was like uh Chris Hansen, you know, like what he In doing so, for the local community, you probably knew all the scumbags. You knew all the people who were being trapped. You knew the names. You knew their identities. Think about George Zen, for example. Think about George Zen. George Zen shows up at the Charlie Kirk event. He's like a 70-something-year-old man. He is um present around a bunch of high school kids for some reason watching Charlie Kirk. Immediately when the bang happens, he stands up, starts waving his hat, and saying, "I did it. I did it. I did it." His pants fall down. He's got some kind of like gym shorts or something on. So, I don't know if he had planned to have his pants fall down. I don't know what that was all about. He wasn't wearing like normal underwear. He was wearing I mean, it looked like he was wearing gym shorts. Like he was about to go play ball or something. If he was like 35, I might have thought he was going to going to the YMCA afterwards to shoot hoops. But he he gets taken into custody, and then they find scandalous images on his phone. The only way I can say it. You guys know what I'm talking about. They find scandalous images of little people on the phone. Not little people, but you know, Well, if he's involved, and that looks involved to me, and he remember Candace reported he allegedly told someone at A guy who might know who he is and know he has that predilection is a guy like that officer who deals in that Well, the question has been raised over and over again. If Tyler's a patsy, how did he end up involved in this? Well, the same way. Either Lance or Tyler may have also had this predilection. May have also gotten caught up in this at one point. And if you do get caught up in this, you've got an option. You can go to prison for that. It won't go well for you in all likelihood. There's rumors about what happens to people who do that and have that predilection and end up in prison. So, you don't want to go that route. So, they offer you an out. Well, we could put you in prison for that or you could do us a favor. I need you to be here at this time, carry this, drive over there. We'll call you and let you know where to go next. I mean, you take your chances, right? If your option is to go to prison for solicitation of little people or looking at little people. If that's your option, maybe you take the the drive around and be seen here and be seen there and run this errand and run that errand during That would make the cop a bad guy cuz he's part of the plan. So, I'm 50/50 on this guy. Sometimes I think, man, this guy's a hero. He's the only reason Tyler Robinson's alive. He got in touch with the family. He got the family asking where Tyler Robinson was. They figured out where Tyler Robinson was. They got in touch with him. They got him in. They got him in protective custody. And now he's safe and he's alive. And the case remains open for investigation.And we begin to find out they lie. And then half the time I'm like, yeah, but the guy worked in a field that creeps work in. He I mean, he's around a bunch of creeps all day. And he would know who all the creeps are. He'd be the perfect person to be a patsy generator. But it's neither here nor there. That's all speculation because what we know for a fact is by 6:25 p.m., Tyler Robinson is in custody in Washington County and he's being Mirandized. I got several questions last night. What does that mean, Mirandized? It's just a uh a a verbation. It's turning the word Miranda into a verb. Miranda versus Arizona, I think was the case or Arizona versus Miranda. Um it it was a it was the case that established you had a right to remain silent, you had a right to an attorney, you had the right to an appointment of attorney, you had the right to an attorney being present when you're questioned, and that you had to be alerted of all those rights when you were arrested. If if you were in custody and you were interrogated, those are the two triggers. If you're in custody and you're being interrogated, you have to We we know this most frequently because we watch I don't know what the modern cop shows are. I'm thinking NYPD Blue, but I'm old. We watch old cop shows, Law & Order, NYPD Blue, Chicago PD, and every time they arrest somebody, The Wire, greatest show ever. Uh second, third greatest show ever. Um every time they arrest somebody, they come in and as they're putting their hands behind their back, like, "You got a right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot uh afford an attorney, one will be appointed to you. You have a right to have your attorney with you when you're being questioned." It's just it's just part of the American system. You could people overseas may not have heard the word Miranda or Mirandized, but that's what it means. It's just the set of rights you get that the officers have to articulate out loud to you, and you have to acknowledge them. Usually in writing or on the record on a videotape or audiotape. And so we know for a fact he was being Mirandized at 6:25 p.m. So, he was in custody. So, we know where he was. He was in the sheriff's office. We know they lost the tapes, lost the tapes of him turning himself in. They accidentally deleted them or something. And so, we see the genesis of a setup here. We see the genesis of a setup. Now I'm pointed back in time to September 17th where Candace says she has sources on the ground in St. George, Utah who are saying that that is consistent with what they understood at the time. That Tyler Robinson was in custody before 7:00 p.m. Because by 7:00 p.m. everyone in town knew about it. That would put him in custody at 6:00 or 7:00 o'clock. So, I'm recapping a little bit last night's show. And that's very consistent with it taking 3 and 1/2 or so hours to drive from Utah County, from Provo, Utah, from Spanish Fork, from uh Orem, wherever they were basing out of that night, all the way down to St. George. It's about a 3 and 1/2 drive 3 and 1/2 hour drive from the southern part of the the metroplex there to St. George. I don't know if they call it a metroplex. That's what it looks like on a map. Kind of like Provo to Ogden. It's one big city. Just You just don't even know you're going city to city. Um And so, that's consistent. And that and and that puts us with an arrival time of 10:00 p.m.from Brian Davis from the State Bureau of Investigation, which we have documentation on. I'll show that and I'll show that again tonight. So, I'm just kind of setting the stage for where we're going tonight because we are going to double down on that story. We're going to double down on the timeline and we're going to prove it again if we have to. So, there's a lot I want to go through. First, I want to clear up one other thing. We showed two sets of pictures last night. Uh do I have them still pulled up? I might. I do. We showed two sets of pictures last night. I'll show those again right here. Of Tyler uh the alleged shooter, the person who's alleged to be Tyler Robinson. I'm now convinced there were three people captured on camera yesterday or uh on the September 10th. I'll show you the first set that was released. And I'll pull it up here. This was the first set released. There were two pictures released. This is the first one here. If you zoom in, you can see his face is smudged out here. There's obviously this thing has been blurred. They're hiding something or or This this picture's been altered. But it doesn't look like Tyler Robinson. That hat does not look like the same hat Tyler Robinson is later seen wearing. I don't think he was supposed to be captured by the Dairy Queen camera. This obviously is not Tyler Robinson. I don't know who that is. But it's not Tyler Robinson. This was the first set of pictures Then we get this second set of pictures that are released the evening of September 11th. This is a different person than was captured in that first image, I believe. If not, it's just another person that's not Tyler Robinson, but I think this is a second person or that's option one. Again, decision tree. Option one is it's a different person. Option two is this picture's been altered. And and Kash Patel admitted as much when he said these were enhanced. Enhanced. Uh note to the police, stop enhancing photos of criminal suspects. You're changing the looks. You're changing the way they look. Don't enhance them. Just give us what you got. If you're worried that the stills don't actually accurately capture it, give us the video. Show him walking up the stairs. Show the other people walking around. Maybe we'll recognize them. But this is the second set of images. You'll notice here this logo is popped off the hat. The hat has a little fold here at the top. has cars in the background. There were a lot of questions that were perhaps these pictures were actually taken at a different time. Maybe, just maybe these pictures are not from that day. So, I'll come back to this photo in just a second. But, this is the second picture you can see clearly his left knee has been here. Third picture, again, it looks like a different person. Tyler Robinson is bald. There's a tremendous basically bald. He's got a tremendous amount of hair pooching out the back here. The hair looks black. It looks curly. Looks not like Tyler Robinson's hair. Again, curly hair in the back, nice full, almost looks like a ponytail or something tucked up under here in the back. Let's go back to this picture for a second because I want to go to a little tool we have that we can look at the parking lot from that particular day. Someone asked me to do this last night on the on the fly. I was not able to do it on the fly. After the show I stayed up late. I was following up on all the questions that people had and I was able to track down the image I was looking for.So, let me take a second and pull it back up cuz I have to Let's see. Uh panorama, I think it was There we go. Where's the parking lot? That's over Yeah, it's this view. this right here. See these two cars right here? I'm zooming in real tight. There's a pickup truck here kind of parked off in an angle. You can see the big tires poking out. And you got a little hatchback here, a little silver hatchback parked a little farther forward. I want you to look at where this is compared to where the picture was taken. This is the tunnel right here that he walked through. This is where that image was captured. It was captured in this tunnel right here. There's a camera on this side down here. This the the part at the bottom. There's a camera right there and it pictured him it captured Tyler or not Tyler, the alleged Tyler right here. And so the angle would have come right That's where that angle would have gone and I want you to look those are those two cars. That's the truck backed in, the big wide tires. And up here is the hatchback pulled in much farther back. So I think that definitively ends the discussion because the satellite image I That satellite image was from September 10th. So I think that definitively ends that discussion of what day was that picture taken. I think it was taken on September 10th. The question is is it Tyler Robinson? And if it is Tyler Robinson, the question is did he then go and climb on a roof, take a prone But we don't have to worry about that tonight. Because if that happened if that was Tyler Robinson and Tyler Robinson did indeed climb up to the roof and they had it on video the whole way and they can prove that maybe that's his cell phone in the pocket and they know where his car was and they got him on camera this whole time and they see him climbing the stairs to the Loews Center and they see him walk to the edge of the Loews Center right before the big bang and they see him lie down in the prone position, probably put the backpack down in front of him, prop a rifle up on the backpack. They can see the kick of the rifle cuz it's a .30-06 now. It's going to bounce. And they see the shot. And then they see him grab the rifle and they see him run off and they've got clear imagery of this and they they track him right into those woods over there and then he leaves and he's wearing different clothes and he's you don't lie about what time he was taken into custody. You don't lie about him posting on Discord after he was taken into custody. You don't create a Discord log that doesn't look anything like a Discord log that has formatting errors, that has visual elements that don't look right, that has letters that don't look right. You got You got to go back and watch Dankster's treatment of this. It's really good. I think he's right. I think he's right. I like Dankster. I think he does good work. I think he's uh a conscientious researcher. And he's becoming a pretty good little broadcaster. Good show. It was a great show. But you don't do all that if you've got him dead to rights. You don't have to manufacture evidence if you've got the guy. If you're manufacturing evidence, it means you don't got the guy. And everybody running around out there saying there's a mountain of evidence, you have to confront the fact that they manufactured evidence, that they lied about what time they took him into custody, and this Discord chat does not look like a Discord chat.And it doesn't make sense that he would have access to Discord if he's in custody. No one takes their cell phone into the holding cell. No one's banging on a computer while they're in custody. It's just not possible. cuz we do now have a little update on something we gave last night that we've had to shift back 10 minutes. Last night we said that the phone call couldn't have taken place between Washington County Sheriff Brooksby Brooksby Nate Brooksby and Utah County Sheriff Mike Smith at 8:04 or 8:02 to 8:04 that that phone call couldn't take a place because Mike Smith was on stage at a press conference. Well, we now know our time was wrong and we're look I'm the first one whenever I get a fact wrong to come out and tell you. I wasn't called on it. No one pointed it out. We discovered the error and we're bringing it to you. I'm not going to sit back and wait on someone to find it. We found it. Well, Daisy found it. I want to go back and remind you of the timeline according to Sheriff Nate Brooksby and then I want to um show you why it is I still think there's problems with the timeline even though the timeline has shifted 10 minutes. So, here's the timeline according to Sheriff Brooksby first. >> Obviously we knew uh Charlie Kirk was assassinated at UVU in the afternoon. Um about a 33-hour manhunt ensued and uh I was winding down for the evening and uh about well, at exactly 8:02 on the 11th I received a call from a friend of mine who happens to be a retired detective that worked for me for many years. >> So, we now know he's lying about that in all likelihood. In my opinion, he's lying about that. He did not receive a call from a friend of his at 8:02 if Tyler Robinson was in custody at 6:25 Like that just doesn't happen. That's not that's not that doesn't work. I don't know whether the defense team has subpoenaed his phone records to see if that guy called. Maybe that guy called anyway just to continue this this lie about what time he was taken in. But that phone call was unnecessary. Not only do I think it didn't happen, if it did happen, it was totally unnecessary. He doesn't need to have a phone call at 8:02. He's had Tyler Robinson since at least 6:25. At the at the very latest he had him at 6:25. But let's hear the rest of this timeline and ask yourself if this makes sense. >> Um I didn't put that out there initially. I wanted to protect that individual as much as possible. Um unfortunately the court documents, which is standard, uh he was referenced as a retired Washington County deputy. So I didn't put that out there. It was in the court docs. I was trying to protect even that information and just saying retired law enforcement in general. So so I get a call from my friend and uh his his said, "Hey, how you doing?" Good. And it's not you know, he's been retired a few years. He he'll we'll call each other. It's not it's not unusual for me to get a call from him or vice versa. And at 8:02 p.m. he calls me. Hey, I can tell his voice is kind of shaky. So my first thought is who who died? Like who who's who's he going to tell me that died? And then uh And then I can't I couldn't fathom what actually came out of his mouth. So he said, "Hey, um I know who I know who Charlie Kirk shooter is. Um I I know the family through religious association. And uh he's in he's in Washington County now. And we're working on trying to get him to come in voluntarily.During that phone call um some information was provided about Tyler uh potentially having some suicidal ideations was en route to remote area Washington >> I just want to stop for right now to tell you we've been listening to him for a minute and 41 seconds. That's how long We're already been listening to him recap the call for a minute 41 seconds precisely at this moment. He can't even recap the call in the time that he said the call last. But but but we'll let him continue. >> Washington County. Um the parents convinced him not to do that and uh you know, conveyed that they would uh, you know, stand by him and help him help him um, surrender peacefully. So, at that point um, that that phone call was a minute and 41 seconds. Um >> Again, why did it take you longer to recap the duration of the to recap the phone call than the actual duration And put yourself in the shoes of a sheriff. You've been working at the sheriff's department for 30 years. You're now the chair You're now the sheriff. You're the elected official. You're the chief law enforcement officer of the county. You get a phone call that an an an international incident You don't ask any more questions? You The whole call takes a minute 41? Really? Really? The whole call took a minute 41? And and remember you had this well, did someone die? His voice is shaking. I had to ask about the suicidal ideations. I had to ask about you know, where he was and oh, then there's parents All that in I venture to say that's impossible. And I believe I'm confident in saying it's impossible because we know he'd already been in custody since 6:25 at at the latest 6:25. We knew by 7:00 everyone in Does that look like a confident man on your screen right there? Does that look like a man who's telling the truth? Is that the posture of a man who's being honest? You know, as a juror, you're allowed to evaluate credibility. Does that look like a man who's being Now he goes on to say, "Well, then I had a phone call with the sheriff I immediately hung up and I immediately called and had a phone call with the sheriff of Utah County. He says listen to how long he says this >> Wait, it was about a 2 and 1/2 hour waiting in a room not not communicating with the the suspect. Our job was not to interview. Our job was just to get him here. So after about 2 and 1/2 hours we ended up getting federal agents. >> I think I skipped too far ahead. Hang on. Oh, here it is. I called Sheriff Mike Smith. Okay, so here. Let me back up a little bit. >> point that that phone call was a minute and 41 seconds. Um I immediately called the Sheriff Mike Smith in Utah County who I knew was at the incident command in Utah County. So for about 40 seconds I'm I'm telling Sheriff Smith, "Hey uh yeah, I I'm I'm confident we have the shooter in Washington County. We're working on getting him to come in and surrender at my office. We we didn't have him yet. And after about 40 seconds Sheriff Smith like Wait. Wait. What what are you talking about? So he was he was shocked as I was to hear the news. And so I repeated myself. He said, "You know, how credible is it?" I said, "You know, I trust this this guy that called me with my life. And I I think it's time you need to get your your people the lead investigators head to Washington County. >> So that's after 8:00. It's 8:02. He talked for 40 seconds. I don't know why he remembers the 40-second mark, but he talked for 40 seconds before Mike Smith said, "Oh, who? What?What are you talking about? Huh?" "Well, I'm confident. I trust the guy with my life." Okay. Okay. Got you. Got you. I don't think either of those calls took place. If they did take place, uh I don't think they took place. I mean, if there if there are call records that showed that two calls went back and forth I don't I think that was just part of the fit slot. I think that was part of the setup. Uh I don't believe this guy. I think he's a liar. That's just my opinion. Just my opinion, Sheriff. But I think you're a liar because I think if you guys didn't delete the dadgum recording of him turning himself in, it would have been obvious you already had him in custody. Which is why I think you guys wouldn't respond to the news station who absolutely had a right to view that footage, absolutely had a right to have it turned over by your your uh agency, and you guys pulled some fast one to avoid turning it over. Shame on you. Shame on you. Shame on your whole organization. Shame on all of you. But I wanted to to revisit that timeline press conference last night. And I think that's why they had to make up this timeline. So, I'm going to show you. I don't want to listen to this press conference again, but I want to show you. This was the press conference we showed last night, and now we have footage that has the actual time on it. Lower right-hand corner down there. I can't make it any bigger. It says 7:51. Anybody want to guess what time they 8:02. Isn't that convenient? Isn't that convenient? This was the press conference where they announced they were releasing additional video footage and four more pictures. They walk off the stage at 8:02. Oh, who The family friend. That's convenient. That's That's really convenient. Thank of you. Thank you, family friend, for waiting until the press conference was over so that when I call Mike Smith, he's not standing on a stage with Governor Cox and Deputy Commissioner of whatever Bo Mason. No, no, no, no, no. He's not up there with them. That's amazing. It was almost like the commissioner, the the the retired deputy was watching the press conference live and was like, "All right, are they about to end? They're wrapping up. Okay, they're walking off. Let me call the Let me call the sheriff now." Guys, we were wrong last night. I'll be the first to admit it. I was wrong in that I thought the press conference started at 8:00 because the FBI press release said it started at 8:00. It started at 7:51 Just happened to be the exact moment the guy called. That's awfully convenient. So, we got a lot more to talk about tonight. I just wanted to set the stage from last night uh and double down cuz right miraculously as the press conference ended, they find the guy. That's when that Uh it's amazing. We had our press conference and poof, Tyler Robinson shows up. Now, keep in mind uh Kash Patel says it's because the dad saw the video and the enhanced photography. And that's why he was able to turn him in. Uh that was about 7:55 p.m. About 7 minutes or so before the family friend calls. That's really tight. I don't buy that, Kash. I don't buy it, Kash money. I don't buy it any more than I buy the country music sensation. I'm just not Not buying it. Not buying it. All right. I want to show you a couple of things we found that are just interesting. Are just interesting. Um hold on, I don't want to play that. And she also claims that it's been a couple years since she's been able to be vocal about who to vote for, but I guess now that her husband isn't a sheriff anymore, she can do that. >> Interesting. Uh, Sheriff Nate Brooksby has resigned suddenly. He had like a you know, like a COVID resignation, died suddenly, resigned suddenly, okay? And um, that's the Washington County Sheriff, just to jog your memory here. Uh, Nate Brooksby was the guy that initially came out. It was to the Washington County um, Sheriff's Department that allegedly Tyler had turned himself in. >> So, if she only follows 13 people on Pinterest. But, one of them happens to be the wife of the sheriff. I So, I don't know what the connection is with these people. I just again, we're just beginning to dive into this family. This is not a family we spent a lot of time uh digging into. This is a Lance Twiggs. Just in case you haven't seen the old pictures here. A young Lance Twiggs. Um By the way, if you've never been to Utah and I I have once, these buildings are amazing. Um I don't know much about Mormon theology and all that, but I know about their construction. Their their buildings are remarkable. Like I visited the main temple there in Salt Lake City. WOW. I MEAN, WOW. IT'S CRAZY. It's crazy how beautiful that building is. It's a little weird that they all know each other, and they're kind of chummy. Kind of chummy. How many people are in St. George? St. George, Utah population. Uh 100,000 people. So, it's it's a smallish town. I mean, it's it's not tiny, but it's it's smallish. You know, it's not Manhattan. It's not Manhattan. You know, Manhattan, by the way I don't know if you knew this. That's where Erica Kirk used to live. She summered in the Hamptons, she lived in Manhattan. I don't know if you've ever heard her say that or not.She's mentioned it once or twice. All right. So, now I want to go back in time. I want to go back in time because there was a plane we were looking at. I want to switch gears entirely here. There was a plane we were looking at back in time uh that had gone to Fort Huachuca. There's a plane that had gone to Fort Huachuca. And it had gone to Fort Huachuca on its way to Kalispell, Montana. And Kalispell, Montana kept popping up, and Fort Huachuca kept popping up. And we looked at this plane, and we decided this plane is something worth talking about. And I'll tell you the connection with this plane through this. I'll just let it replay. This is a preview I don't remember what show this was. Uh 86, so just a couple of weeks ago. Landed up at the Fort Huachuca. It lands at 9:33 a.m. And it's there all day. It does not But real quickly, that is not the plane I'm talking That's not the spy plane I'm talking about. That is a a plane that is used by TPUSA. That's the plane that had been at Fort Huachuca before Candace broke the news of Fort Huachuca. Just to recap where we are and why we're talking about it. Why is a plane frequently I don't want to say exclusively used by TPUSA, but I want to say frequently used by TPUSA. Why is a plane used by TPUSA going to Fort Huachuca? Now, this is The morning of October 4th, it flies into Fort Huachuca, and then it flies to Kalispell. So, we know that Kalispell was um a plane a a destination that that's, you know, we we questioned whether it was related or not, right? We we had this we had this question of of are these Kalispell planes somehow related to all this? Let me Let me jump this ahead for just a second. Charlie's plane not keyed up exactly where I wanted it to be. Let me just go back and and do it this way. On the day Charlie Kirk was taken out, there was a mysterious spy plane. Tail number was N November N1098 Lima. 1098L. And it is a Bombardier 6500 uh commercial plane, but it's being adapted for military use. It's a spy plane. It's an ISR plane. The interesting thing about that is Fort Huachuca is sort of the nation's premier ISR training base. Um, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance. It's It's you know, high-tech spy stuff. And this this 6500 this Axel 10 plane this N1098L These planes are being outfitted with some of the most sensitive military spy equipment ever known. There's stuff you can't even imagine. It's able to intercept communications. It's able to deploy drones. It's able to do all kinds of crazy stuff. This is a fancy pieces of a piece of equipment. And we knew that on the day um on the day of the big bang we know that this flight took place because we looked at it. If you've been watching a while, this is a little bit of recap. We knew this flight took place. It went from uh El Paso to Kalispell and on its way up there, it did this little loop-de-loop. It was flying to Kalispell from El Paso on this little uh teal looking line down here. It comes and takes a hard left. It goes over the southern part of Utah Lake. It flips back around and it flies really low. Really really low. 114 knots it's flying. I mean that's almost stall speed. If it went any slower, it would And it's flying at like 100 or 200 ft off the deck. I know you over here it says 5100 ft, but you got to subtract the altitude. You got to subtract the altitude of Provo, which is like 5,000 ft in the air. And it's coming in and it and it makes what looks like an approach over Provo.Well, the interesting part of this is this is Utah Valley University campus right up here. So, I mean it's just right there. If it flies super low and slow right next to where the Charlie Kirk event's going to take place. And keep in mind what this plane can do. This is a very, very fancy plane. It's a very sensitive spy equipment. It can detect I'll show you an article in a minute on what it can do. It can detect movement, it can intercept communications, it can I mean de-encrypt stuff that you think is encrypted that is is being transmitted over the air. It's a very, very fancy piece of equipment. So, that took place before the event. It took place about 9:16 a.m. About the time we're told Tyler Robinson showed up on campus. Weirdly enough. Now, after the event after the event the plane is flying back And it leaves Kalispell and it starts coming down and it flies down and here it is again just adjacent to Utah Valley University, which is right over here. Just adjacent to Utah Valley University. It's at 12:48 p.m. So, just 25 minutes or so after the big bang, Tyler's on it I mean uh um Charlie's on his way to the hospital. Exfil teams, if there was more than one person, they would be getting out of the area. It would be really nice to be able to have a plane with incredible technology on board that can bring in tremendous amounts of data using server racks that are actually on the plane in real time process all that data and see what's going on on the ground. That's what these planes are used for in real life. And again, it's flying at 123 knots just over stall speed at 4,900 ft. I mean, right on the deck. And then it does its little loop around and then it leaves the area and goes back to El Paso. Now, we've seen these planes deployed in real life. They have one that flies back and forth over the DMZ or just south of the DMZ in North Korea. And I watch it on ADSB all the time. You watch it, it goes out, it goes in towards China, does a big loop, and it comes out, and it goes out towards Japan, and does a big loop, and it just sits there and flies back and forth all day. And what these planes are able to do is, if North Korea was trying any funny business, if they were moving troops, or they were having communications, or they're using their CBs, or they're using encrypted communications, they're any kind of satellite commun- And for some reason, this plane was interested, or this plane that has that capacity was flying low right over Provo about the time the Charlie Kirk event was starting. And then it flies back low right after the event happens. And I thought that's a little bit of a coincidence, but people have tried to explain it away. I don't think they can explain it away after we're going to show you what we're about to show you. What happens next is absolutely incredible. the day Tyler Robinson turns himself in. There's a planned trip. One of these planes. This is not Axel 10, this is Axel 21. It's a different tail number, a different plane, but the exact same program. And I'm going to highlight it here for you. I'll zoom in as much as I can before I pull it up so that you guys This is the day Tyler Robinson turns himself in There's a planned trip from one of these very highly sensitive, fancy planes. This is September 11th, 2025. It leaves Ontario, California at 6:59 p.m. It lands in El Paso, Texas at 10:15 p.m. So, it's in the air a little over 2 hours.I guess you lose an hour going And we had looked at every single plane that had flown in and out of St. George in and around the time Tyler Robinson was turning himself in. Cuz we wanted to know, was anybody else And this plane did not show up on the local landing scheme. Because it wasn't supposed to be in I'll show you the track of the plane, and then I'll show you some telemetry of the plane. It leaves Ontario, California here on the left, where the yellow little yellow plane is. And it's headed this way, and it's going to land over here. So, you would think, what's the sh- shortest distance between two lines? Uh between two points, it's a line. So, you would think it would fly this way, right? It would go from here over to here, but it doesn't. It goes up here. And we zoom in and we say, "What's up here?" We can't tell. There's no labels on this map. It's the same type of plane. It's the You'll never believe where this plane went that night. This is while Tyler This is where Tyler Robinson turned himself in. St. George, Utah. You can see if I back it out here, this plane leaves Ontario. It does not fly over here to El Paso, where it's going. It flies northwest and it does a little loop over St. George, Utah, and at one point it's flying very low and very slow, just like it did just like its brother plane did at the Charlie Kirk assassination. It's flying 126 knots at one point. And then it circles around. The entire circle it arrives on the scene around uh 2:35 Zulu time and it leaves the scene around 3:10 Zulu time. So, it was there about 45 minutes You can chalk that up to coincidence. You can see how it loses altitude after it passes Las Vegas and holds that low altitude and then then drops a ton of altitude as it circles around St. George and then heads back out. You can say oh yeah, well, you know, lots of people fly from uh Los Angeles to El Paso via Utah. I mean, I guess you could make But you've got on your hands an unbelievable piece of equipment. I'm going to show you a little bit about This is an announcement from the company that made it. Um it's a delivered the aircraft in support of the United States Army's High Accuracy Detection and Exploitation System, HADES, program. Uh during a ceremony, let me make this a little larger for you here so you can Um during uh during a ceremony held at the US headquarters in Wichita, Kansas. It's interesting. Wichita, Kansas. We've seen that a lot when we looked at the Egyptian planes. It was lot of Wichita, Kansas. A proven platform providing range, speed, reliability, and endurance represents the ideal fixed-wing solution for the US Army's next-generation intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance aircraft flying higher, faster, and farther than legs legacy airborne sensor platforms. Um I think that was all I wanted to see on this one. Here are some of the capabilities of this fantastic machine. It truly is a fantastic machine. I just wish it wasn't around in the aftermath in the early hours before the Charlie Kirk assassination. It makes me a little weird considering what we know now. Uh it's been monikered the ML-11 ME-11B, but the sensor suite, including the ASARS-2B and signals intelligence system, enhances the Army's ability to collect actionable intelligence in real time, a critical factor in multi-domain operations.ASARS-2B is described by The War Zone on March 27, 2025 builds on the legacy of the Royal Air Force's Sentinel R1, which utilized a similar radar on the Bombardier's Global Express. Advanced data processing capabilities, supported by SNC's AI-driven RAPCON-X system, enable rapid analysis and dissemination of intelligence reducing the time from collection to actionable decision making. Capabilities particularly vital in scenarios where mobile targets such as missile launchers or troop movements require immediate tracking and response. As noted in the Army's strategic vision for deep sensing in defense group. Um, this is an unbelievable piece of machinery. It can deploy drones. It can read encrypted communications. And it processes them all in an onboard AI environment where it can give you That machine decided to fly over it closed over St. George at 9:07. It started little after 8:00. And if Tyler Robinson was supposed to turn himself in around 8:00, it would let us know what's going on in the area. But even if he turned himself in at 6:30, they're able to come and still figure out what's going on on the ground around the place. In other words, did we pull It's unbelievable what this plane can do. It's unbelievable what this plane can do. I think it's important we go back and clean up one piece one more piece from last night. The timing of the arrest because there's been a lot of confusion on that today online. And I want to make sure people are not confused why I'm saying the timing is important. Um because people say, "No, he was arrested the next day." No, he wasn't. No, he wasn't. I'm going to show you this was leaked to Steven Crowder. This is the arrest and booking inmate booking and probable cause statement. You can see right here, plain as day, Tyler James Robinson from Washington, Utah. We've got the right guy. The arresting officer, B. Davis. We know Brian Davis is the one who drafted the probable cause statement, so we know that that's accurate. And we see the arrest date right here. The arrest date, 9/11/2025 The arresting officer was Brian Davis. But bam bam bam bam, why are you saying 10:00 p.m. when you were saying he was Mirandized at 6:25? Because he was Mirandized by Washington County, but they did not arrest him. They did not arrest him. The local sheriff, Nate Brooksby, his team did not He was arrested by Brian Davis from the State Bureau of Investigation. That arrest took place at 10:00 p.m. on That is definitive, absolute, bulletproof evidence that I'm right on this. It also, if you think about it, that 10:00 p.m. date, it's about a three three and a half hour drive. So, if he shows up at 6:00 6:30 and they deploy somebody from Utah County, from Provo, from Spanish Fork, from Orem, wherever they're headquartered up there, if you deploy somebody from there at about 6:30, they're going to show up around 10:00. This is just additional evidence that we are right. This is additional evidence we are right. Now, taken from Washington County back to Utah County where they booked him. And so you'll see on other documents a booking entry or an arrest entry there. But it doesn't negate the arrest time and date that appears first. In other words, you People asked about planes that might have come in. We did find one that might have had something to do with this. I'll go ahead and show you that just in interest of full transparency.I don't know whether it had anything to do with this, but I know Brian Davis wasn't on this plane. Because this plane shows up after the Utah Air National Guard. It leaves from the Utah Air National Guard um on the evening about 10:00. Oh gosh. I got one of these things going on. This is the buggiest poppiest site poppiest up site you'll ever join. And then it lands here at St. George. I think at like 11:37 p.m. or something. But we know from that arrest booking and probable cause statement document that I just showed you a moment ago that he had already been arrested an hour and a half before that. So it's possible that who flew down on that plane was members of the FBI, members of the State Bureau of Investigation. Because if you go back and listen to Candace's episode, and I'm not going to play that because we've been going for a while already tonight. But if you go back and and and look at the um if you go back and and look at what she had to say Lance Twiggs was taken into custody by the FBI a little after 11:00. And that would be consistent with that plane. So maybe that's who that was. I don't know. But, there's no other plane that's relevant. There's no other plane that's relevant that day. Nothing else pops up and screams this plane was involved. Those people drew drove. Those people drove down there. They drove down there from Utah County and it took them 3 and 1/2 hours. They left around 6:30 and they got there at 10:00. I'm telling you that's what happened. That's what all the evidence suggests happened. It's my opinion, but it's it's informed. It's educated. This And so, we're left at the end of all this. What did we learn tonight? We're left with a Federal Bureau of Investigation that appears on their face to have lied about the arrest time, about the time he was turned in. We're left with a local sheriff that on his face appears to have lied. He looked like he was lying, if nothing else. I mean, his demeanor was horrific. But, he looked like he was lying and I think he was. What do we know about the sheriff? We know he has connections to Lance Twiggs' family, at least online. Again, she's only following Lance Twiggs' mom is only following 13 people on Pinterest and one of them is the sheriff's wife. We know that the father and the sheriff follow each other on Facebook. We know that the wife and the sheriff follow each and the sheriff follow each other on Instagram. So, we know there's some sort of connection between that family. We're we're beginning our deep dive into the Twiggs family. We're going to get there. I've done a deep enough dive that I know where he is in Texas and all that. Who they're living with and all that. So, I'm at least up to date on that. But, we've not done a truly deep dive on who is this family and how are they connected? Tyler Robinson was in custody in And the implications of that are terrifying. Because every time someone from TPUSA gets up on the camera, on a podcast, on an interview, on Twitter and tells you that there's a mountain of evidence against Tyler James Robinson, it's built Every time somebody from the FBI, the President of the United States, the Vice President of the United States, every time they get up and they tell you there's a mountain of evidence against this guy, it's built And every time one of your fellow podcasters attacks your humble host or Candace Owens or Coach Colin or every time they attack one of us, their attacks are informed at least in part on a lie.The lie is that he confessed on Discord. He could not have, he was in custody. The lie is that his parents recognized him and turned him in. According to Kash Patel, they recognized him after the release of the revised photos. Those revised photos were released after he had already turned himself in. So, they're manufacturing evidence. And I'll end with this, you do not manufacture evidence against people you know are guilty. It's unnecessary. Especially when there's a mountain of evidence. They've jeopardized the case against Tyler Robinson. The judge should find out about this and be furious. And I do believe with all my heart that the defense knew we would find this. And that they included that timestamp so we would find it. Because it's it's unbecoming and probably unethical of a defense attorney to point that discrepancy out themselves on the press, to go to a podcast or hold a press conference and say, "Hey, wait a minute. They're They're saying he turned himself in at 8:00. He was already in custody at 6:25." That that would be That would be wrong. But it would not be wrong of them to just include a fact, an unnecessary fact though it is, but a fact in a legal pleading and hope we find it. And we did. There's probably other facts that they've enclosed in there that we haven't yet picked up on. We're going to I'm going to spend some time this weekend really digging through the pleadings looking for other Easter eggs. But why do we crowdsource this investigation? What's so important about the decentralization of this investigation? If we didn't crowdsource this investigation, if it wasn't decentralized, if we were just counting on the defense team alone to come up with all this and we weren't talking about it. Now you know why they want us to shut up so badly. Now you know why they get so angry and they call people evil and demon-possessed and and and horrible names and they attack us and they bring up some 15-year-old legal case I was involved in. Now you know why. Because the more we talk about it, the more Danks gets information that he can look and say, "Those aren't Discord messages at all. Those are fake." The more we talk about it, the more Chris Friel looks and says, "Hey, wait a minute. That zealous monkey timeline doesn't add up. Have you guys seen this?" We keep this alive night in and night out three, four, five nights a week. We keep this alive and we keep digging into it and we keep finding connections and we keep finding threads to pull on and pieces to investigate. And it allows hundreds of thousands of independent investigators to look at the evidence that's available and say, "Oh, I know what that means." I mean, I wouldn't have been able to tell that that Discord message didn't fit the format of Discord, but Danks did because he built Discord platforms. I didn't know that. I've never even been on Discord but by me like 10 times. It would have never dawned on me to look at the pill size of the box around the emojis, the width of the heart, the the letter G and U and I and the date format. Oh, there's a comma. There's not supposed to be a comma. It's supposed to say yesterday but it said it says 9 12. It's not supposed to say September 12. I wouldn't have even crossed my mind to look at all that stuff. But it crossed Danks' mind, but it wouldn't have crossed his mind to look at it if I didn't have my show yesterday where we talked about the timeline not adding up.It caused him to take a This is why they want this to go away. This is why Erica Kirk is filing things in court saying she wants a right to a This is why they're pushing back. This is why they keep hitting us with this overwhelming mountain of evidence. You don't understand how much evidence. I do. It's all fake. At least the time he turned himself in is. And if they're willing to fake that, why wouldn't they fake a gun? Why wouldn't they fake where the gun was found? Why wouldn't they fake two people, three people walking through the parking lot, on campus, off campus, we what he was wearing this when he was home, he's wearing that when he was home? I'm telling you right now, the hat he was wearing in Dairy Queen was not the same hat that was seen in the stairwell. Those are two different hats. Now, it's possible Tyler Robinson has two remarkably similar looking hats and he took them both that day and he decided to don one while he's walking around campus and don another when he goes to get a Blizzard. I find it highly unlikely, but it's possible. And if you're going to try to not look like the guy who did it, you're going to put back on the clothes Here's what I think happened. I haven't brought this piece of evidence up yet. In that motion, they mentioned a burned document. And in the burned document, he admits he did it, supposedly. Tyler Robinson wrote out some document, I did it. You know what I think was on that burned document? You know why I think they I think it's fake. Like like all the other evidence. I think there was a And when he turned himself in early, the note was no longer useful. They had to burn it. That's what I think happened. That's I don't think Tyler Robinson was supposed to survive. I don't think any of us were supposed to be sitting here 6 months and 29 days later talking about this. But here we are. And we're coming for you. And hell's coming with us. Here are my certificates of good standing. I've had no actions against me. I'm willing to abide by all local court rules. I'm willing to abide by all Ohio rules." And then they the judge lets you come in, but you can only like work on that one case. You don't have like a general practice a license to practice law in the in the state. It's just for the one case you're admitted. And some states go as far as saying you In that state. Here's what I don't understand about her lawyer. Her lawyer is Erica Kirk's lawyer. It's a guy named Jeffrey Nauman. Jeffrey Nauman is the attorney who represented a guy named Alexander Acosta. Alexander Acosta is the former US attorney for the Southern District of Florida. He might not ever be known except for the fact that he oversaw the incredibly controversial slap on the wrist prosecution of Jeffrey Epstein. That's when he was That's his That's like And so, he acted as the spokesperson and the lawyer for Alexander Acosta. I just don't know why she has to be associated with that. Like there's a zillion lawyers out there. You don't even live in Florida. You don't even live in DC. Why that guy? Why is he your lawyer? Why not somebody from Arizona, where you live? I'll show you one little article here, A Republican chairman of the House Oversight Committee on Friday asked Alex Acosta, the former US attorney who signed off on disgraced financier Jeffrey E. Man's controversial 2007 plea deal if he wanted to clarify his recent testimony to the panel. Representative James Comer's request follows a report by Bloomberg News that cited emails from JE's private Yahoo account to show that Acosta's office investigated JE for money laundering as part of a intimacy crimes probe 17 years ago. Acosta told the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee in September that he didn't recall any discussion of potential financial crimes. Acosta's attorney, Jeffrey Niemann, responded on Friday to Comer in a letter, which was obtained by Bloomberg. Mr. Acosta's recollection was and is that the Southern District's investigation was focused on intimacy crimes that took place in Palm Beach. Yet given the passage of time, this does not rule out prosecutors seeking financial records and investigating potential financial crimes as part of the ongoing intimacy crimes investigation. Niemann's letter also said that Acosta approved the terms of the plea deal that federal prosecutors offered JE in July 2007. In citing Bloomberg's reporting, he said the cadence of financial records request increased in August 2007. Neiman declined to make any additional Alexander Acosta, as you may know, went on to be the 27th You don't have to be involved with people who represent people in and around cover-ups of child transportation.
